Asoka Pov.

I'm floating in darkness. Feel myself falling, then splash- as if I've been submerged in water. Its darkness thats around me. I don't know what it is. Black water perhaps?

Yes. Black water drowns me to the bottom of my soul. I try to swim up, but I cant, I don't know how. I'm falling down like a rock. I soon give up, my throat burns. I let out my last breath of air, a bubble floats to the top, giving a slight light. I suddenly get a reassurance that I didn't have before. As if someone telling me that if I get to the island the light goes to, that I'll be fine till they save me.

I kicked my legs and arms. I didn't know how to swim, but I had to try. I keep working hard and soon find myself closer to the light. My throat burns worse and the view that I have on it begins to blur. I accidentally took in a mouth full of water because I had to breathe. My arm reached out to grab the orb, but it was too late. I coughed out the water and found myself suffocating. More bubbles escape my mouth and float to the top. Leaving me falling. I wish I could continue trying. The light was so close.

Why can't I die? Why wont this horrible feeling around me just stop! My chest burns and I cant do anything about it. I curl myself into a ball and try to breathe again-finding that I can now breathe under water. I closed my eyes and opened them. I found myself on a sandy floor. Crabs and water life were swimming and skattering away from me. The water was still darkness, but the sand was made of pure white light.

Bending down I took a handfull of the soft sand-only to discover that there was a sharp glass shard in there. It slashed my finger, drawing blood, but instead of dissolving in the water and floating away, it dropped into the sand and turned the light coming from it into red. Then as if the world shifted, the sand was suddenly an endless wall infront of me. I saw it morphed into a golden door with red markings.

I stared at the markings and tried dechipering them in my head. It didn't seem to be helping me at all.

Suddenly the markings detached from the walls and floated around me. I glanced at them silently. They spun and spun- faster and faster until they became a blur of red going around and around.

"Asoka... we have questions, but you must answer them truthfully. Or the darkness will continue growing around you." An echoing voice called around me.

I grew confused. What was so bad with the darkness?

"If the darkness completely suffocates you- you shall die, and go to neither heaven nor hell- cursed to walk eternity. Searching for answers you already know."

Eh. Worth a try. I nodded.

"Do you like someone?"

"Yes."

"Does that person like you back?"

"Yes."

"Do you love him?"

"...N-" I felt such a heavy pressure wrapping around me, squeezing me. I cried out in pain.

"No lying."

"But I'm not-Agh!" It constricted around me tighter, only drawing pain from my words.

"Do you love him?"

If no is a lie- then is it yes? It seems like the only thing that I have left, is to choose is yes. But is it true? That I love him? Well... I guess saying it wont hurt.

"Yes." The words constricted around me, still applying painful pressure.

"You don't mean it. Why don't you mean it?" The voice boomed around me.

"Because I don't know!" I yelled and the constrictions let me go. I fell down onto the floor, coughing as I tried to get my breath back.

"Fine. One last question. Do you have people that you care for?"

"Yeah." I said, being reminded of Kakashi, the Hokage, Riza, Hich, Watanuki, Kiki, and other people.

"Alright. Now walk in your thoughts." The golden doors opened and the red disappeared. I walked into the golden doors to see a field.

One half was pure white-monochrome. The other was pure black- monochrome. Both opposite- but essential in living.

I stared at them, looking for every flaw and difference among itself.

A dark crow stood on the dark side, on the other was a white dove. Both were in a posture of superiority and high manor. They suddenly snapped their head towards me at the same time, their beaks opened slightly- as if in shock.

"Hello." I waved slightly.

"Welcome." A dark voice said.

"Hello." An angelic one added.

"Who are you?" I asked, confused. I wasn't afraid of those large birds. For some reason, I felt as if... I knew they couldn't hurt me.

"We are one- but not one. We are none without the other. We are your sanity, and insanity. The two parts- of your own." The two voices spoke in sync. Creating an overpowering feeling that whelmed inside of me. Strong and powerful, as if the words could hurt you with the silence made.

"You are my mind?" I asked, realizing the words.

"Yes and no, we are the only things that keep your mind together- but not your mind. But without us- you would have been gone long ago. Byond insanity and past death." The voices spoke in one.

"...So you are, but you arent... that doesn't make any sense!" I shouted, slightly annoyed.

"Neither does the world, politics, and love." It replied.

"True..." I hesitatingly replied to the voice. I think it was the two birds.

It was silent... for a long while. I walked on the boundry of the white and black fields. It was as if both sides pushed me and I couldn't go to one, even if I wanted to.

Now to think...

- - - - - - Kiki POV - - - - - -

I'm SO BOREEED!

"Hey little hacker." Peter said, appearing behind me. I used to jump in the air and point any sharp object in reach at him. But by now I was used to it.

"Hello, White." I said to him. He nodded, White, being his nick name, as Little Hacker was mine.

"What are you working on?" He asked me. I shrugged, and moved my body to the side to show him the reddit home page.

"Attempting help- although, it did make it to the top page, but some people from Reddit don't believe me... well... most of them. I'm going to 4Chan next..." I told him.

He looked at me confused for a second and sighed deeply before shrugging.

"I'm starting to rethink giving you a reference for the plan..." He mumbled. I shrugged uncaring.

"Well, my friend Asoka is-"

"I've heard enough about her. It's always- Asoka this, Asoka that." He snapped. "Why don't you stop living a lie?"

I was shocked, and angry. How dare he... I knew boss was watching from somewhere.

"I'll show you- I'll show you all." I hissed, standing up with anger flowing through me. I pushed him from my booth and kicked him to the floor with a 'spartian kick'. "First rule of Wex, don't ever, EVER, doubt me." I hissed with a sinister smirk. He nodded, and backed up with his feet and hands.

I whipped around and went back to the computer.

I was almost finished with the prototype thesis. I just had to find the missing link, and I could connect everything. Then I saw it. Just a small hint that was everywhere around us. But so small- we barely saw it. Up till now.

It's patterns...

Everything goes in a certian order. As does light, gravity, and life. Its patterns.

After a while- history will repeat itself. Even from mistakes made in the past.

I added that into the formula and stared at it slowly as the plan unfolded. The world is made of small little changes and things that happen at one time. In one second- babies are being born- lives are changed, people are married, divorced, hurt, loved, caught, let go. So many things are happening in this one second.

Perhaps a leader for something later in the future would be influenced by a small gesture or saying by someone below him, who may have been a nobody, or somebody born in this small second.

A second.

Its small.

But makes a giant difference.

In a second- lives could be lost, or lives could be saved. Small things affect our lives in big ways. If it werent for that idea for the RPG- and Asoka and me didn't play. I wouldn't have been here. I would have been dead long ago.

A flash back swept over my eyes. The one where a man went to get me- but a word on the computer screen stopped him.

Rose.

It was simple, and small. But it was enough to get him to let me go. He knew he would get me soon enough.

The flashback ended and my eyes focused on the computer screen again.

It was a sequence of changes- everything revolved against one another. In sync, everyone went their own way, but traveled together. If we were robots and did our own things, and never worked together, how would we walked without bumping into the other, blaming it on them for not moving.

Walk to the side, as the other does. It prevents drama and fights.

I sighed and copy and pasted everything I had from the Microsoft document and went onto my secret email. I emailed Asoka, and then CCd the Director and even Peter to prove him wrong.

But I doubt Peter checks his stupid emails.

Whatever. He should feel special that he was included... stupid son of a.... shhh... calm down Kiki... He's just a field agent... He doesn't know better. I began transfering the thesis into my phone for good measure, along with a trojian and a small virus that will delete everything on my phone, and others computer if they dont have the password.

I sighed and got up from my seat, stretching till I heard a crack from my back, and the crick in my back was gone. My stomach growled, reminding me of my hunger.

I grabbed my phone, which was done with its syncing, and put it in my jeans pocket.

Turning around I was met with one of my colleges. I didn't know his name- but he was pretty much a geek- without the braces and acne. But still-somewhat a geek.

"You're new here-right?" He asked. His voice wasn't nasally- quite the opposite. It was smooth and low.

"Not to hacking I'm not." I said, pushing past him. He grabbed the lower part of my arm, stopping me.

"Dude- if you want to talk to me, talk over lunch. I'm starving." I told him. He nodded and let go. I walked towards the elevator. He followed behind me, the footsteps and typing sounds echoded on the blank walls and dozens of cameras scattered around the Head Quarters.

"Whats your name?" He asked me as I called for the elevator.

"Whats yours?"

"Evan, But my code name is Eevee." I scoffed. Pokemon geek.

"I'm Kiki, Criminal name is Wex." I said with a smirk, leaving him gaping as I walked into the elevator. The door almost closed as his hand stopped it. He walked in. Thankfully nobody was inside of it except for us.

"Wait! YOU'RE WEX?" He practically yelled in amazement. I would have asked if he heard of me, but... Who hasn't?

(A/N: xD Her Ego is so big! ;D)

"Yeah. In the flesh," I pinched myself softly and nodded, "Yep, flesh." I confirmed.

"But you're so young! How could you hack the FBI as a kid?!" I smirked and put my hand on my lips as I pretended to think.

"Because I'm Kiki. And I'm just elite like that." I stated and he pouted.

"I'm-like. A big fan of your work! Could you please sign my disk drive?"

I gave him a look, but he was serious. The double doors opened to show the café.

I sighed and nodded. "Yeah- after I get food." I said. He nodded and followed me like a puppy dog. When I remembered. I put my hand on his mouth and whispered in his ear. "Don't tell anyone who I am, I enjoy surprising and scaring them. Their low expectations just make it more entertaining." I winked and he blushed alittle-nodding.

I waited in line for salad and got it. I didn't have to pay, since I was kind of the FBI's prisoner. I got some chips, fries and ginger-ale.

I looked around for a table. Everything seemd full. I went to a vacant table and took out my phone. I had internet. Good.

Eevee sat down next to me, supprising me from what I was about to do. He then took out his phone and began writing, or something.

"What?" I asked. If he was going to sit next to me he should talk or something- what was the point of him sitting next to me..?

"Nothing. You just dont seem like someone who will bother me when I check for updates on books..." He said, looking up at me and back to his phone. I grew curious.

"What books do you read about?" His face flushed and he mumbled under his breath. I couldn't hear it because of the talking in the café. "What?"

"Anime and Manga fan fictions..." He mumbled.

"Naruto?" I asked. His eyes widened and he looked up to me.

"How did you-?"

"Pleasee don't tell me you like Asoka." I sighed. I remember reading that majority of the male cast like Asoka. And dislike the 'Kakoka' because they want a chance with their 'OCs' Yeah. I've read enough about that after asking around on 4Chan...

"Yeah.. Its Asoka." He mumbled. I sighed.

"Ohgosh... I have to let her know she has a fan group..." I mumbled to myself, as I composed an email for her. I wouldn't send it now, but when she replied. I finished and saved it for later. Adding a 'how have you been with 'youknowho'?'

It was silent for a while.

"Wait- Why should Asoka know she has a fan group? How would she-?" Eevee asked.

"You wouldn't believe me." I said shaking my head.

"Try me." He said in a low voice.

"She traveled through dimensions with her Kekkai Genkai." I just realized how quiet it got as soon as I said dimensions.

I swear you could hear the anxiety as silence constricted me to the point where I was hyperventilating. I got up abruptly and glared down at him.

"Asoka Rose is Asoka Hatake. I'll prove it to you- all of you. All I need is more time." I whipped around and glared at the whole café that was either snickering at my outburst, or confused at the silence. "I'll show you all! Fear me. I am Wex. And I will rule the inter-webs!" And I stormed off with a smirk.
