I sighed as I sat down on the bar stool next to Gray.

Your relationship with Gray was simple to everyone. They all saw you both as best friends. Always hanging out, using the same type of magic, etc. 

With your magic you made a mirror out of thin air. You looked at your appearance. (hair length), (hair color) hair, (color) eyes, (skin tone) skin. You were about 5'4", just a tad bit shorter than Gray. 

You made the mirror disappear. I guess you could say, Gray wasn't into the type of girl you were. Maybe he was into people more like Juvia. You didn't know anymore.

You looked over at Gray. He was looking back at me as well.

"Is there something wrong, (your name)?" He asked me.

I shook my head. I couldn't tell him I liked him. And anyways, I was almost certain he had a thing for Erza. I was pretty sure at least since he hung around her more than me. Or, maybe he even liked Lucy or Juvia. 

You frowned at your sudden negative thoughts. You really liked Gray a lot, and if you didn't tell him soon, he'd never know.

By the time you were done thinking, Gray had gotten up and walked over to where Natsu and Lucy were. 

Of course, you thought, always around Lucy.

You did admit to yourself, that you were in fact jealous. You sighed. You were going to confess to him at the cherry blossom festival that was coming up soon.
