Armin x Reader: Let's see the sea together, okay?

"Hey, Armin! What'cha got there?" You asked the blonde boy.

"It's a book about outside of the walls! My grandpa had it in his basement, it's cool huh?"

You sat next to the earnest boy and looked at the beautiful pictures with him. You were only 10 at the time, him 12, but you had a huge crush on him.

"Hey Armin, what's that?" You asked as you pointed to a big blue picture.

"It's called the sea. Hey, promise me something" he said.

You nodded.

"Let's see the sea together, okay?" He said/asked.

"Okay!" You said.

Your promise never really came true, but you guys did join the survey corps together.

You were laying on his bed, him laying next to you. Your head was on his chest and you could hear his heartbeat. His heartbeat soothed you.

"Hey, (Your Name)?" He asked.

"Yeah?" You responded.

"We may not have gotten to see the ocean together, but, I want to wake up and see you every morning for the rest of my life. Marry me?" He asked the last sentence sweetly while holding out a beautiful blue ring matching the shade of his eyes.

"Yes, Armin. I promise you will."
