Manik p.o.v.

Out of the blue ,my eyes open in the mid night ,just to realise Nandani wasn't there beside me ,I get out of the bed with a jerk

Where can she be?

Is she safe?

Why she would she can go at this time?

Suddenly all the possibilities come flashing to , I can feel my heart running marathon

Should I call the hospital?

Let it be I will check by myself,I grab my car keys and get out of the room only to hear some kind of voice in the kitchen

I followed the voice only to see her there

I can suddenly feel my heart at peace .a sudden thought came in my mind
'Why her absence make me restless?'
'why she effects me so much?'

"Are you going somewhere?"Nandani asked which dragged me into the reality. I just nodded my head in negative way while keeping my car keys at the kitchen slab

"Where would I go at this time?"
I asked , like it's just 5:30 in the morning

"I don't know. It's your habit to come late at night and go early in the morning without even informing about it to me "she said which make me feel so guilty about it , I could have avoid all this situation only if at time I have cared about it. It was all my fault and I accept it. And I promise I will make up for this

"What are you doing?"I asked just to divert her mind

"Can't you see?"she sarcastically asked or maybe answered

"I am cooking"she continue. Which only make me realise that I was hungry a little may be..

"Are you hungry?" She asked

"I think so "I said.. maybe because we eat french fries last night for dinner..

"Take"she extended her hand which having a plate of food

"What's this ?" I asked

"Dhosa" she answered

Before I can remember she said interrupting my thoughts

"Remember when I made it for you for the first time and you said 'dont make it again I don't like how it tastes' and then I said 'you shouldn't say that to food' and you left from there at nearly 12:30 in night"

She said in one go

"You remember the time as well?" I said with surprised how can a person can be so sharp

"Yup! Are you taking the plate or not? my hand hurts."
She answered which make me realise her hand was in air holding the plate . I took the plate from her while she sat on the kitchen slab

"I just give you dhosa because I make extra by mistake"she excuse for herself

"Like last time?"I said remembering when she cooked food for me stick the note which unknowingly made me smile while she glare at me.

"What your eating preference?"I asked eating dhosa while sounding like I am having a business meeting going on

"Anything that is not very spicy"she answered ..noted

"Let's go to the terrace"I asked out of the blue while she look at me with confusion

"It's 6,that's mean we can see sunrise" I said while looking at the wall clock while she just nodded ruining my exciting mood but never mind

We get to the terrace while the sun was already ready to rise

"Have you seen sunrise before"I asked

"I have saw the sun rise before but I didn't got time to observe it carefully"she answered d.r life must be so hard even emotionally.. I smiled that I am blessed to have someone like her in my life.

The Sun was looking beautiful all up there in the sky which make a perfect senerio

"What sun make you think?" Without even taking my permission those word escape from my mouth

"It's motivates me rise and give me lesson that it's just matter of time whenever bad things happen to us good things would eventually happen too"she said being surprised from her own thoughts

"Well for me sun give me a positive and good vibe"I answered the question which she didn't asked

Same thought just different words
I thought when I compare our lines

While she began to walk down stairs

"Where are you going?"I asked

"I am not boss . I have to reached hospital at time "she answered while going down stairs

Nandani p.o.v

I was getting out side of the mansion when Mr. Malhotra held come running infront of me

"Wait!"he yell while coming infront of me while I just gave a confuse look

"I have a surprise!"he said while hearing surprise from his mouth was not less then a panic attack for me

He open the door while I  was praying that this time the surprise much stand to it name

There was the surprise, my car all repaired .. I just can't believe finally I can go hospital in my car without getting a free company from Mr. Malhotra

I just smiled and took the car keys from Mr. Malhotra and got into the car

I miss you.. I miss you.. so much my car
To my dismay Mr. Malhotra also get into the car and I just made a bad face

"What?..I can drop you from my car but you can't?"he said which only make me annoyed

"You have your car!" I said which came out a little bit loud

"Why can't you drop me?,I don't see a problem."he said irritating me by being childish

"It's not possible,your office is way to far then my hospital"I gave him a genuine reason

"Okay then you go to hospital and I will give lift to myself" he said

"Isn't it getting late for you?"he asked dragging in to reality just when I realise that I was getting late

"Ok!fine"I yelled at him and starts to drive

I drove till my hospital and Manik took over my car ..I just hope he doesn't damage my car in any way

I entered the hospital and was going to my cabin when I saw Naina reading novel.. Naina is a 23 year old young girl.. Naina is not my patient, she was going to have a brain surgery which make her a neurosurgery patient she was very interested in novels and want become novelist

I reached her bed and greeted her
"Good morning Naina"

"Good morning Dr Murthy"

"What novel are you reading?"

"The girl in room 105.." and here she goes talking non-stop on the novel she is a very cheerful yet reserved person

The day went well, it was not a tight schedule atleast..

Should I call him?
It's almost 10:30 I thought whiled looking at my wrist watch

What he is planning to leave me here in the mid of night seriously he is impossible to understand

When I saw him coming , while he waved his hand from there and I  just walk and get inside the car

"How was your day?"he asked woO
from when did Mr. Malhotra starte caring for me
"Fine" i answered which he made a bad face I think he was expecting a essay on it.

He start to drive the car while I notice that he was taking the different route which make me think what was going in his mind

He stopped the car.

"Why you stop here?"

"Just come out" he said

I came out of the car only to found the sky full of stars. Shining at us from the sky

"Beautiful"the words left my mouth

"I know "I said acting like sherlock, at which I chuckled

"But why you bring me hear?"I asked

"This place is my favourite place ,full of stars"he answered

"This place give me a peaceful vibe, it make me forget all the stress, it relaxes me,it make me remember the good time but.."
He stopped

"But.."I repeated

"But now they remind me of you"he said staring at the star which makes my heart to skip a bit
