After Reki left and they came running to me as soon as they spotted me, I quickly put Rekis S pin into my pocket, running to the scene with them.

I took a glance around the place.

It's Langa!

I stopped and told Miya and Shadow to go before me since I spotted Langa on the way.
They nodded and left as I turned to Langa.

"Snow! You are truly wonderful!" Adam called out, making his voice echo through the place while his picture was conveyed through the screen.

"Langa!" I quietly called out as I tapped his shoulder, making him give me a quick glance before turning back to the screen.
"Y/N...I thought you went home already." He simply said, staring at Adam.
I shook my head, anger building inside me as I thought of Cherry.

"You should be able to go together with me." Adam continued.
"Because you are the new one I found....Eve!"

"Eve?" Langa whispered, staring at the screen.

Eve?! Adam is obsessed with this Eve thing!

"Tsk!" I turned around and started running to where Adam and Cherry are at.

"That bastard!"

"Y/N!" Langa called out but stopped, knowing that he's trying to search the last place Reki could be at.

I ran as fast as I can and stopped after finally reaching the place.

Joe, Miya and Shadow surrounded Cherry while Adam stood there, others watching.

"Oh? Yamiii~ Came to visit me?" Adam smirked, opening his arms for me.

I glared up at Adam, stomping towards him.

"Have you lost your mind?! Who would hit someone...--. Who the heck would smash a board into a former friend?!" I got angrier, stepping forward to grab his collar but was stopped by Miya and Shadow.

"Relax, Y/N..." Shadow growled, also staring right at Adam.

"Yamiiii? Where's the cute girl you show everyone, hm? I can only see a ridiculous, furious and dangerous girl in front of me. If only I could cut that hair...Where's the unimportant red head?" He added at the end, getting quieter.

I clenched my teeth, not knowing what to say.

Reki's important.

"What's up with that hair thingy, huh? That's just weird!" Shadow growled once again while I relaxed, stepping back.

Miya and Shadow also retreated their protective state.

"This one's for Reki and Cherry!" I growled as I took this as a chance and jumping forward, smacking him right on his cheek.

"Y/N!" Miya and Shadow yelled in shock while the sound of my hand hitting his cheek echoed.

"He deserves it..." I heard Joe mumble before he slowly raised Cherry up.
"Let's get him into the hospital. Shadow, lend me a hand!"

Adam's head was still tilted to the side, his red cheek facing us.
He was in a shock state while I just glared up at him.

"You will regret this." Adam smirked once again, taking his hand up to rub his cheek.
"Never." I replied, gritting my teeth.

Miya quickly grabbed my hand and walked me towards Cherry and the others, practically saving me from Adam.
I sighed and turned to Cherry.

"Cherry....you okay?" I furrowed my eyebrows upon seeing the wreck in front of me, being held by Joe and Shadow.
He nodded, closing his eyes for a moment.

"Let's go." Joe announced, moving forward.

I followed, clenching my fists.

Before leaving, I shot Adam one more stare.
He just stood there, doing nothing but stare at us.

He wasn't even smirking.

He was glaring.

He's bored. He clearly is.

"Y/N?" I heard Miya call out, making me turn around and jog up to him.

"Yeah, I'm here." I smiled down at him.
He nodded and followed the others alongside me.

"Miya..." I started, making him hum in response.

"I met Reki twice today. He said sorry and all kind of things he could. I try to get to him. I listen to him. But he keeps rejecting me..." I quietly explained, Miya listening carefully.

"I think he needs time. He will come back eventually." Miya shot me a sweet and comforting smile, patting my shoulder once.

I nodded, looking up at the stars.

I saw three. One shining very bright, making the other two look dim.

I stopped, raising my hand up and closing one eye.
I put a hand in front of the bright star.

Now you can see, compared to the other small stars around those two.

They shine brighter than they seem next to the brighter star.

"Y/N? You've been spacing out a lot today." Miya once again called out, making me quickly walk to him without a comment.

"Sorry." I simply said as we continued, Cherry and the others being a bit further away already.

I woke up in the morning, yawning and stretching my whole body satisfactorily.

"Y/N! Breakfast!" My mom yelled from downstairs, making me jump up and run into the bathroom before walking to the kitchen.

"Morning..." I quietly spoke, knowing that my father is home.

"Good morning." My mom smiled while my father glared at me through his glasses, his phone in his hands.

He raised his glasses up to get a better look at me.

"Morning. I see that you don't have a new skateboard or anything. I also saw a lot of school stuff on your table. That's how it's supposed to be." He nodded, taking a sip from his tea.

I gulped, my hands shaking in fear.

I also nodded, quickly walking next to my mom and sitting down to eat.

"Masa-san has arranged a meeting with a politician. We will cooperate so I was thinking to introduce him to my family as well. Always gives a better impression to invite those people into your home and give them food from your wife. It builds better trust." My father spoke up again, smiling at my mother.

So that's why he's home again....

"Oh, okay. When?" My mom asked as she refilled her cup.

"Is today suitable?" He asked.

"But I have school." I informed, hoping that I could escape this.

"Okay, fine! Come home quickly after school since we have guests coming at 6pm!" My mother informed me again before I sped out.

I jogged a bit until I got to the main road, getting slower now.

I sighed as I opened my fist, looking at the shining bracelet.

I swung my bag over my shoulders since it was in my hands and put the bracelet on my right arm.

I gently grabbed the pendant and smiled at it.

It's really a beautiful bracelet these two got me.

I chuckled and looked back up, not being greeted by a warm and gentle smile but a street lamp....

I bumped right into it, making me groan out painfully and stumble back. Closing my eyes, I felt like falling.

"Dumbass!" I cursed at myself, putting my hands up to my forehead.

I opened an eye again, jumping at the unexpected sight.

"R-REKI!"I yelled, pointing my finger at him.

"Yes? That's me. Why do you act like I'm some kind of weird creature." He stepped back, looking to the side.

I smiled and removed my hands from my forehead.

"What are you doing here?" I happily asked my best friend in front of me.

"I texted you that I'm walking you to school, didn't I?" He raised his phone, pointing at the message he sent.

"Oh..." I hummed, looking at his phone.

I didn't check them this morning.

Reki turned around and started walking.
"Let's go."

I quickly followed, walking beside him. I looked up at him, admiring the face in front of me.

"Stop staring." He suddenly said, making me quickly look back to the front, clearing my throat awkwardly while continuing to walk beside him.

"Sorry again...on how I treated you lately." He looked down sadly.

I turned my head back to him, staring at his face once again.

"It's fine. Are you okay?" I asked him, knowing well that he's not.

Just yesterday he was crying into my arms.

"Yeah." He mumbled, still not daring to look at me.

I smiled, being happy that he's talking to me.

"Reki! I missed you!" I said once again, slapping his arm a few times playfully.

"Ouch!" He yelled, pouting at me.

I laughed lightly, glad to see his smile partly being there.

He's still sad though....

"Let's hurry. We're a bit late!" I grabbed his hand purposely, jogging down the street before we're too late.

Reki gasped in surprise, looking down at our hands for a moment.

The bracelet....  Reki noticed, staring at it shining and jumping around.

His hands are so warm...I don't ever want to let go!

He gave in, holding my hand back and jogging alongside me.

I looked at the time and sighed in relief as we made it to the school gate on time.

We let go and breathed heavily, resting our hands on our knees.

"By the way....where's your skateboard?" Reki talked through his heavy breaths.
I jolted up, grabbing my bag tightly.

"Uh...didn't bring it." I turned around, speeding into the classroom. Reki was coming along behind me, slower, since I was almost running.

I quickly smacked the door of the classroom open, accidentally making a loud bang.

Not even a second after that the bell rang loudly.

"Woah, Y/N-chan is angry today!" Some guys commented, nodding to themselves that their theories are right.

Just as I was about to wave at him, someone grabbed my hand once again and gently dragged me to my seat.

"Ohhhhhh~~" A classmate yelled out, catching everyone's attention.

Everyone in the class turned to us, whistling and yelling around.

I blushed lightly, looking on our hands before looking back up at Rekis back.

I cleared my throat since I felt like something was stuck in it as we made it to our seats, making Reki let go.

I quickly sat down on my seat, catching Langas stare one more time.

"Morning, Y/N." He smiled simply.
"Morning." I smiled back.

"Morning....Reki...." Langa turned to Reki, only getting a hum as a response.

I sighed lightly, shrugging my shoulders at Langa.
He also did, flinching in his seat as the teacher came in.

I noticed and quickly turned around to look at the teacher.

Just then I noticed how hot I was feeling.

It's not even that warm today...

I looked down on my hands, clenching them into fists.
