2 hours missing.

"hey sensei, is amelia with you? she never called me" hawk said over on the phone

"no she's not with me, i thought maybe she headed over to yours?" johnny said getting worried

"she's not with me, was she going anywhere other than the rehab facility?"

"not thag i know of, she would have called," he told her, "i'll ask around. please call me if you find out anything"

"got it, i'll ask around as well" hawk said worried for his girlfriend.

Where could she be? Why didn't she call him? Is that why she hugged everyone?

Did she run away? was she kidnapped?

Hawk tried calling her one more time but nothing. He decided to call some of his friends and hers and they knew nothing.

He took his car to look for her, she was nowhere.

Miguel and Tory were also on the lookout, worried for their best friend.

No one knew how to tell Robby, so Tory had gone to tell him.

Robby scared as hell, went to look around for her.

Johnny had called them an hour and a half later.

"did you find out anything?" hawk asked, sounding like he was crying.

"i need you to bring robby, miguel, and tory to the apartments and quick." johnny said hanging up.

The boy did as he was told, and met up with johnny. All of them had seemed like they were crying.

This wasn't like Amelia, she made sure she told everyone where she was.

"guys, i think we should ask the hospital, all together." johnny told them and they all looked up scared.

They took hawks car, and headed to the hospital.

"is there anyone with the name Amelia Keene?" hawk asked anxiously.

"is she around the ages of 16-17? she was headed north?" the nurse asked

"yes! that's her," johnny said looking worried

"i'm sorry," the nurse told them, "the doctor will be out with you guys shortly."

Robby went to hug his dad, for the first time.
Miguel and tory hugged hawk.

Scared to what was coming next. The doctor did come out shortly.

"keene family?" he called out and they all went to him

"i'm sorry to bring out the news like this," he looked at them, "amelia was brought after a drunk driver hit her. she was walking. The driver called, but by the time the ambulance got there. it was too late" he paused.

"we tried everything we could."

Hawks world collapsed, it couldn't be. She couldn't be dead. The love of his life was gone.

He couldn't hear nothing, all he could do was cry. He wanted to hug amelia one last time. he wanted to be with her.

He wanted to hold her. They were one week from their anniversary, who could do such a thing.

Why would they drive while drunk.

The boy just needed to hug her. He wanted to marry her, start their own family, their own grandchildren.

This wasn't fair. he hated the world. he hated everyone.

Everyone was crying, those words hurt all of them. Mostly hawk.

They all went outside so they wouldn't disturb anyone.

"i have something for all of you from amelia," robby told them still crying, "it's at the larussos. i can get them to you by tomorrow," he said wiping his tears with his arm.

Hawk sat on the floor. touching where amelia last touched him.

"she told all of us she loved us today," miguel told them, "maybe she felt like she was going to die"

"stop miguel," tory said crying even mkre, "she was too good for this world, but we needed her"

"i wish i could have been there, she wouldn't have had pain. if i had just taken her," johnny told them, "i'm sorry i let you all down" he cried.

Hawk just looked at them, and shook his head.
Robby did something, he would have never done.

And that was to hug hawk. Even if Amelia had passed away, she brought everyone closer.

It was getting late, and johnny took all of them home.

Hawk stayed in amelia's room. He smelt her. Like her presence was still there. All he did was lay on his side of the bed and cry.

He looked at their pictures. This pain he had never felt before.

They were going to be forever and now that could never happen.

He just wanted to kill whoever killed her.

He wanted to bring her back to life, so many ways they could have prevented this. and they didn't.

He sprayed her perfume on his clothes, and a pillow he pretended was her.

The only way he could peacefully sleep.

None of the kids went to school that day or week. The school had been notified why, and they allowed them to stay home.

Robby had come the morning after their death to give everyone their letters from summer.

To miguel, my other brother and best friend.

oh miguel, my first highschool friend. you're an amazing one. you helped me get through the first day. you helped me find my dad and start a daughter and father bond. you helped me find my boyfriend. you were there for me. Your family was always so welcoming, i hope they're doing good. I don't know how i died, i wrote this the first day of summer. but know tht i'm safe and well. know that i love you and wouldn't trade you for anyone. i hope you tell your children about me, and keep up the great training. you're gonna be that rich person you always wanted to be. and i hope everything goes great. i'll be looking after you miguel. i love you a lot. thank you for everything you did for me in earth. you're funny and could bright up the whole room. I want you to be happy. Please don't cry over my death, it's the way of life.

Dad, i know we started off rough and i'm sorry. thank you for taking me in. i'm glad to have you back into my life. It has been awesome. you're a really good karate teacher by the way HAHA. i love you dad, and however i died. you couldnt have stopped it. Thank you for being there for me and supporting me. Hawk wasn't okay, and no one knew if he ever would. The day of the wedding he was numb. couldn't believe it still but there was his girlfriend in the casket.

People woukd try to talk to him but he woukd push them away. He wanted nothing to do with them.

And when he was forced to go back to school, he would only do his work and go back home. All junior year. he applied to the universities Amelia had looked for him.

He got accepted into all, but he had to choose. and that was hard.

He had not one hook up, one girlfiend, one kiss. The rest of junior year. Everyone had moved on and yet he was still stuck on the first part of moving on.

His mom was scared for him. She couldn't eve call Amelia now to help him. Because she was gone.

The only person he woukd sometimes talk to was Demetri. He had tried talking to demetri , after what amelia had told him. but they would barley conversate.

Hawk woukd forever have his heart broken. With a hole in it.

And he knew it would heal eventually. but it wasn't soon.

He woukd visit her everyday. and he even bought the perfume she used so he could smell her every once and there.

Even her favorite candle.

He just wanted to hug her. That was all he wanted.

But all he got was pushing people away. Even robby would sometimes visit him. but there was no luck.

he was by himself, lonley and sad. while his dead girlfriend was happy wherever she was.

ans that's the only place he wanted to be in. with her.
