Let me remind you.
1. I will only do underrated Naruto Characters that don't get much appreciation as they do in the Anime.

2. I won't be including Boruto characters. (I'm sorry)

3. I accept requests, but you have to give me:
     - Your character name
     - Some background maybe (I know many underrated characters so I probably know they're background)
     - A reason why they're underrated (optional, but sometimes I understand why they're underrated so no need for the reason why)
     - A prompt (optional)

4. Please excuse my grammar.

5. I do not own any of the characters.
