"I don't think you and I are a good match anymore."

Langa didn't know what was happening. The person that he thought he would be bestfriends with forever, the person he loves, was walking out of his life.

"Wait!", Langa yelled out, and grabbed Reki's hand. He didn't know what he was going to say yet. All he knew was that he didn't want Reki to leave.

Reki gave up trying to walk away. "What?! You don't have to pity me. I know you're better than me in every way. Better at skating. Better grades at  school. You don't need me Langa... Just get new friends that you deserve. Soon you'll forget about your friend that nobody even cares about.."

Langa's heart pinged at what Reki was  saying. He couldn't believe it. The person he strived to be, the person he loved more than anything, was hurt. Langa wanted to fix Reki's heart but he didn't really know how.

Langa just pulled Reki into a hug, and rubbed comforting circles onto Reki's back. Reki was now crying into Langa's chest, hugging back.

Langa then started to spill out everything he wanted to say,

"Reki. Listen to me, okay? Please don't say things like that. It hurts my heart to hear you say that about yourself. Reki, I don't want any other friends, I just want you. You don't realize how amazing you are. I honestly think I'm the one that doesn't deserve you. You always know how to make people feel better, you're funny, you're really fun to hang out with, you're one of the kindest people I know, you always help people even though you don't have to. I- I kinda wanted to wait to say this but.. I love you. I'm in love with you. You're amazing, never forget that. Don't listen to anyone that says otherwise."

Reki looked up at Langa's face, Reki was surprised to say the least.

Langa wiped Reki's tears off of his face.

"I love you too." Reki replied and kissed Langa's soft lips. Langa kissed back.

They stood there in each other's arms for a while until they headed back to their homes.
