Extra| Christmas With Anโ
ther Dimension
Ho,ho,ho! It's that chilly time of the year where Christmas is celebrated all around the world! Class 1-A and the Dream Te... wait, what?
โ โ โ โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
December 23rd, 20XX
As Class 1-A sets decorations up in the common room of their dormitory, Dedede dashes in with another box of decorations, a few ornaments bouncing off the edge while Kirby follows behind, picking up the fallen ornaments. "Your majesty, please be careful with the decorations." Meta Knight calmly says, also walking with a bag of Christmas lights and wreaths.
"Sorry, not sorr-" the king then slips on some ornament left on the ground by someone else, making the box fly out of his arms and spill the decorations across the floor. Denki laughs hysterically, ending up dropping the Christmas star he was trying to put on top of the tree, painfully hitting his head. Kyoka snickers.
"Dฬธuฬธmฬธbฬธaฬธsฬธsฬธeฬธsฬธ," a certain someone grumbles under his breath as he reluctantly strings garlands across the wall, but faintly smirks. Tenya is quick to pick the spilled decorations up and pull King Dedede to his feet again. "Are you-pft-okay?" Hanta asksโnot very sincerely as he picks the fallen star topper up from the ground, handing it back to Denki.
Denki only chuckles and nods, disregarding the rather stinging pain in his forehead as he actually puts the star on top of the tree. It did hurt. "Poyo, poy~o!" Kirby giggles, running off to hang the ornaments he picked up around the tree.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! CHRISTMAS!!!"
A manic voice echoes across the building. A purple sphere with a jester hat teleports into the scene, the attention quickly shifting to him.
"Huh?"
Marx; the frenemy that isn't trying to destroy everything only because he's being fed. The students aren't so aware of what he's capable of, but they feed him anyways- just in case.
His pupils sharp with an insane expression on his face, his wings unfurled behind him. Marx blinks. "Oh, Kirby!" His appearance is quick to shift, his pupils now innocent and round, his wings completely invisible.
"Please don't cause any trouble, Marx," Meta Knight solemnly requests, to which the jester laughs at. "Trouble? AHAHAHAHA!! What trouble? Ion't do that!" Marx blatantly lies, even him himself being well aware that he's completely wrong.

Meanwhile, somewhere else in the common room, Taranza is setting up some mistletoe and changing the withered flowers in the vases with fresh pink and yellow hibiscus flowers that remind him of a certain stalk as he goes.
Someone comes up behind him, tapping his shoulder. He glances over his shoulder before turning around to face Susie.
She holds a number of pink and yellow flowers that appear to be metallic, yet accurately modeled. "You always seem to have flowers of these specific colors, mourning when they wither. All flowers wither, Taranza. So I made these; they won't die."
Susie is right; Taranza has been admiring pink and yellow flowers a lot since her...
Don't get him wrong, he appreciates every sort of flower; it's just a specific little bias for this rare coloration. Despite the surprising amount of flowers he's found of those two colors, the stalk found in Dream Land will always have a special place in his heart.
"Thank you, Susie..." Taranza thanks, carefully taking the metallic flowers in a pair of his hands. He can't help but notice how similar they look to the Dreamstalk, like smaller versions...
Susie doesn't know why these sort of flowers are so special to Taranza, only having seen the Dreamstalk during her visits to Dream Land and never hearing the story behind the beautiful flower that remains eternally blossomed.
However, since it's a special time of the year, Susie is only being generous. It's kind of sad to see Taranza get so upset when the flowers he carefully, delicately tends to start to die, no matter how many.
Susie doesn't know a lot about Christmas either, only having recently discovered it; but what she's picked up on is that it's supposed to be a jolly, merry season.

Kirby struggles to put ornaments on higher parts of the tree, being too short. So, he's just hovering, being light enough to inhale air and be able to float as he hangs the colorful spheres.
Meta Knight is setting the lights up, draping them around the tree as his wings flap to keep him afloat and able to do his part independently.
Dedede is currently slacking off on the couch, not really having much to do aside from bringing the decorations- as he did earlier. Meta Knight gave up on trying to persuade him into helping with setting up the decorations long ago.
Bandana Waddle Dee is setting wreaths and stockings up as he wonders why all of these are so significant. He finds Earth slightly confusing- as everyone did when they first came, and probably still do.

Everyone clad in red and white or green and white attire of sorts, it's the 25th of December, 20XX. In the kitchen, a few Waddle Dees that Bandana Waddle Dee invited over are cooking a feast up. The smell alone makes stomachs grumble...
Some hands are just aching to grab their presents from the Christmas tree right now; though, it might as well be a majority of the class. This includes Kirby and King Dedede. However, gift opening isn't happening until after dinner, much to their disappointment and impatience.
All the tables have been moved to create one big, long table for everyone to sit at. There are also extra chairs, since, of course, there are guests; ones that aren't even from this world. Dimension, even.
Some students are preparing the plates, the utensils, the table banner, glasses, tissues, spices, you name it. The things of another dimension are in one of the sides of the common room with the couches, chatting with laughter; nervous and slightly forced, hearty and loud, or completely manic.
"Marx, please don't ruin the flowers!" Taranza nervously says with a small stammer, sweatdropping as Marx eyes the vases, a blatant glint of mischief in the jester's eyes.
"So, Susie, how did you make your Business Suit? I'm truly curious as to how you created something so complex all on your own." Magolor leans in closer, propping his cheek up on his palm.
"Ah, how I've been waiting for someone to ask me that!~" Susie giggles, rubbing her hands together before clearing her throat and beginning to explain the entire process. The materials, where to get them, the circuitry, the codes and programs, everything. Somehow, all in one sitting. Don't question it. She looks like the type to be able to do that.
"King Dedede, your majesty, the food is going to be ready soon. Please practice patience." Meta Knight sighs as Dedede sprawls across the couch after childishly complaining about how long the food is taking, Kirby bouncing on his belly with playful giggles.

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, the Waddle Dees are cooking up a feast, Sato assisting with the sugary desserts. Only a quarter of the dishes are left to cook, the rest already on the table.
The last batch of dishes is loaded onto the table, Denki subtly snatching a strawberry off the side of the cake and sneaking it into his mouth. As he walks away, trying not to grimace at how sour it is, Sato calls everyone, "everyone; the food's ready!" He yells, catching everyone's attention. Students and otherworldly beings start to gather around the table(s), taking their seats wherever they wish.
"Kirby, please don't inhale all of the food this time." Iida quietly requests the sphere sitting across from him, a bead of sweat running down his face. "Poy'...?" Kirby mutters, blinking, but he nods anyways.
"Itadakimasu!"

"So can we open our gifts now?"
"Um... We're done with dinner, so yeah!" Midoriya confirms Dedede's question, glancing over at the large Christmas tree. The way they're doing their gifts is that a few weeks ago, everyone drew a name of one of their classmates/interdimensional friends from a hat and that's the person they're buying a gift for but the latter won't be told who bought their gift for them. Secret Santa, pretty much.
Dedede is the first to reach the tall tree, looking at all the gifts to find his own. After some harsh digging and possibly breaking something, he finds a wrapped box with his nameโ poorly written with a fading markerโ on it.
With no hesitation, he tears the wrapping paper off and opens the box, rummaging through the packing peanuts only to find a poorly-made paper crown with crayon-colored jewels.
The king deadpans, the box dropping from his hand and landing on the carpeted floor with a soft thud.
Bandana Waddle Dee soundlessly laughs at his king before glancing down at his own gift, opening the small bag to find some spearheads and a new bandana identical to his current. He glances around the room to find whoever might have gotten him these gifts before looking with at the approaching Yaoyorozu.
"Hello," Yaoyorozu tips her head slightly. "I hope you like what I got youโ I didn't know what to get you, but I couldn't help but notice that your spearhead looks a little rusty and worn-out; your bandana also looks as if it's seen better days, so I decided to give you another one. I can fix your bandana, if you'd like?"
Bandana nods his head, his eyes closing in what seems to be a smile without a mouth: a quiet thank-you. He slips his current bandana with faint tears off and replaces it with the new one.
Sato picks up his gift wrapped in a cube-shaped box. After undoing the ribbon and removing the gift wrap, he opens the cardboard box to see a watermelon. He can't help but wonder why the box is so light when there's a watermelon inside. A faux watermelon, maybe?
He reaches inside and picks the watermelon up, only to find that is half-eaten with the flesh of the watermelon scooped outโ or, eaten out.
Sato glances around, up and down to see Kirby staring at him from behind the Christmas tree.
Meta Knight carefully reaches into the pile of gifts as he spots a glimpse of his name, pulling out a neatly wrapped object the shape of a rectangular prism. He walks over to a couch and sits down to carefully peel off the tape, cautious not to tear the wrapper.
Unfolding the paper, he finds three bars of milk chocolate stacked atop one another. He wonders why someoneโ they didn't write what their name was on the presentโ gave him chocolate as a gift; maybe someone saw him enjoying a treat on several occasions: he does have a sweet tooth, after all.
Whether people know that he has a sweet tooth or not doesn't matter too much unless they tease him about it, so he may as well appreciate the present he'll savor later on.
Kirby, after some digging and diving in the presents, he spots his own nameโ a gift from another anonymous person. He swims out of the pool of color and sits next to Meta Knight.
He opens his gift to find a boxโ a package with hot sauce inside. More specifically, The Last Dab: Xperience; made with the hottest pepper according to Guinness World Records, Pepper X; it measures up to nine million Scoville Heat Units.
Meta Knight's eyes dart to the box. With keen eyes, he reads from the side that it's the hottest hot sauce recorded. He figures that it isn't for the faint-hearted if there are warnings, and after reading the amount of Scoville Heat Units, he glances back up to Kirby, only to realize that the small bottle is already out of the packaging.
Meta Knight opens his mouth to warn Kirby of the spice, but it's too late; a dropโ and another had already landed onto Kirby's tongue.
Just a few seconds later, Kirby is going red-faced. And it doesn't take another few seconds until someone screams,
"FIRE!!!"
ยฐ.โข*.โ
Kirby stares at the clock alongside everyone else, watching as the seconds tick away. 11:57 PM, but he was unable to read.
Some of the students are waiting outside, eager for the fireworks. While, some people are just waiting so they can greet happy New Year and hit the hay for the night.
"What's so special about hitting 12 AM tonight?" King Dedede yawns loudly. Meta Knight nods alongside him.
"It's a new year," Midoriya explains briefly, preparing to go outside as the clock strikes 11:58 PM.
Marx and Magolor are some of the folks outside, bespectacled by the show put on by the supposed "fireworks," as Iida had explained from next to them.
The bright colors reflecting in his eyes, Marx gets an amazing idea. All of a sudden, his pupils have gone narrow and his colorful, Flandre Scarlet-esque wings spread. He flies high into the sky, alerting the students.
As the clock strikes 11:59 PM, Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede decide to go outside, looking upwards only to see Marx most likely plotting something. Terror fills everyone'sโ but Kirby's eyesโ as they watch while Marx fires ice balls, seeds and arrows high into the air all at once, laughing.
January 01, 20XX
The clock finally strikes 12:00 AM and while everyone else unknowing yells happy New Year, Class 1-A is yelling bloody murder. Not the most welcoming start to a year.
They watch as Marx fires a colorful laser at the projectiles he'd released, making them explode into a burst of color and sparkles. What's confusing is how it didn't explode into smoke, but what's reassuring is that the new year started with several prayers for life answered right there.

Author Kiivee Speakingโฅ
I hope you had a merry Christmas, and I hope you have a happy new year. I was supposed to publish this on Christmas, but apparently I don't have a break from school even during Christmas break as I sweat over a project.
I'm sorry, but I feel like you'll have to wait until next summer before I start publishing chapters consistently again. I hope you understand.
This chapter feels a little crappy; especially the ending. It's a little underwhelming, especially after all that waiting,,,
I promise I'll do better by the time the story chapters start rolling in again!!!๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
