"Woah two beautiful managers! One is hot and the other is cute!" A boy who resembles Tanaka but with a blond Mohawk cries.

"Hey there,  city boy leave our managers alone!" Tanaka shouts and they continue to have their own little argument.

"Hey Coach Nekomata!" I grin jogging up to the man.

"Well haven't you gotten taller! How have you been dear? Oh and Ikkei too." He pats my head.

"I've been well and Gramps is holding up. You?" 

"These old bones are still serving me well so I can't complain." He smiles and I do swell.

"Why aren't you a cute little kitten." Someone wraps their arms around my waist and I can feel eyes around us.

"Kuroo?" I laugh and I feel the boy nod.

"It' s been a while." He says and I nod. His arms wrapping tighter around me. I see Kuroo every once in a while. A 2 years ago Gramps would go to official matches for Nekoma and we just met there. Kuroo was only a first year then.

"Well your voice got lower. About time you stop sounding like a baby. Shame about the bed head though." I chuckle and  I feel him push my gently off of himself.

"Aww It wasn't that bad! And girls like my hair!" 

"Whatever you say!" I smile.

"Y/N how do you know this guy? He sounds like a player!" Tanaka asks slinging his arm around me and I feel my face heat up a bit. Kuroo sees and he smirks but he keeps his mouth zipped about it.

"Hah he's a huge dork not a player! I know him through Gramps when he took me to see Nekoma games when I was still in Junior High. Kuroo was just a first year then. You can calm down now he's a friend." I smile rubbing his head.

"Ouuu Y/N have you finally got a boyfriend?" Kuroo laughs and I blush.

"No I have not." I muster up a smile.

"Kiyoko will be sleeping in the same 500 meter radius as us!" Noya and Tanaka screech and I pout. Parts of me want Tanaka to do the same thing for me and I know that sounds self-centred and selfish but still. I don't even know if I have a crush on him but it would be nice to be noticed by him.

"Actually Kiyoko lives close by so she just goes home." Suga giggled and the souls left Noya and Tanaka's body.

"Oh I'm gonna be alone." I pout.

"You can sleep in the boys room with the rest of the team." Keishin-nii suggests and  look at him in shock.

"Ya because my big brother would let his little sister room with a bunch of boys." I mock.

"I'm staying in the room across from theirs so I will hear everything and I trust you. So if it's okay with them you can. If she does and you guys do something to her you are off the team. I will also deal with you in  my own special way." My brother explains walking off outside.

I glance at the boys as if I was asking for their permission.

"Sure I'll keep an eye on the others." Daichi says and I bow as thanks.

"Oh my god my brother is smoking a cigarette." I sigh looking out the window and running outside.

"Don't you dare take another puff from that thing! You're gonna give yourself burnt lungs!" I laugh, jumping on his back and swiping the bud from his lips.

"Y/N! Thos are expensive! You're wasting my money!" He whines.

"Then don't buy any. Goodnight big brother!" I smile hoping off his back and going inside and putting out the cigarette.

When I get inside the boys clap for me and I bow.

"What a great performance Y/N! I could watch that again and again!" Tanaka laughs.

"My brother is a big softie in a grown mans body." I say as I help bring the bags up to our room.

"You can get ready first Y/N." Daichi says and I thank him. 

"I could get your futon ready." Tanaka says as I walk out with my bag of toiletries. 

"What a gentle man thank you." I smile and close the door behind me.

TANAKA POV

I just finished organizing my things and laying my futon down. It's been 15 minutes since Y/N left to get ready for bed..

"Wow Tanaka you're really stepping up for the girl. How out of character for you." Tsukishima, that little bastard smirks and Yamaguchi snickers  while I lay down Y/N's futon next to mine.

"Shut up! She did me a favour so I'm just returning it!" I shout as I put one of my extra pillows on Y/N's futon. 

''Oooo What did she do!" Noya asks suggestively and I flick his head.

"Nothing like that! I just needed help getting things for my sister." I explain and the third years understand right away but the freak duo don't.

"Why would you need help with that? Y/N hasn't even met your sister." Hinata questions and I shake my head.

"I had to get her stuff for her time of the month." I sigh and wait for another question.

"What's that?" Kageyama asks and the other guys crack up. Ugh how do I explain something I've never experienced! 

"ASK Y/N!" I panic. Y/N walks in, her hair wrapped up in a small towel. She's in her pyjamas -  a pair of sweatpants, a sweater and a crop top her arms wrapped around her stomach , I feel my face heat up.

"Y/N what's a girl's time of the month?" Hinata asks and I see Y/N make a sigh. The whole room - or at least the guys who already know what a period is tense up. Probably out of embarrassment for both Hinata and Y/N.

"It's when a girl bleeds for a week every month  as punishment for not getting pregnant. Call it a period or mensuration  but it's painful." She sighs. " I just got mine now." She pouts holding her stomach more and I get the idea. All the guys- me included look at her apologetically.

"Oh my god we need to get you to a hospital you're gonna bleeds to death!" Hinata cries and I see Y/N giggle.

"No there's no need for that but I don't have anymore pads or tampons so I need to go to the store." She sighs crouching down onto the floor holding her stomach and I rush up to her crouch down and she grabs onto my arm tightly. "Some pain killers too." She sighs into my arm.

"Someone go ask Coach if we can go please." I ask around the room and Suga nods. I help Y'N onto her futon.

"Ooo an extra pillow!" She smiles hugging it to her chest. "Is it yours?" She asks and I nod. "Thank you." She says as she holds it onto her stomach and I put the other pillow under her head.

"Do you want some water?!" Asahi panics and I see Y/N smile.

"It's okay Asahi I have cramps but I'm not dying. You can relax. They are just worst this time because I'm late." She says closing her eyes and curling into a little ball. Coach Ukai walks in with Suga.

"Are you sure, I can grab a bottle from the vending machine?" Daichi asks and Y/N just smiles and shakes her head.

"Hey Y/N you can go but I can't take you because I need to watch the others. Are you okay though?" He asks walking up to her futon.

"I'm fine, I'm fine I just need to get some things. " She says, groans and clutches her stomach and Coach's face turns into one of empathy.

"Do you want me to drive you? I can ask Nekomata to keep an ear out for the boys."

"No it's okay a walk will help with my cramps anyway." She says sitting up and I helps her.

"I can take her Coach." I say and  he nods. 

"Thank you. Be back quick the store is straight down the road, 15 minute walk. Bring my sister back safe or I'll kick  you off the team." He says and leaves the room. Y/N goes into her bag and grabs her wallet and stands up.

"Wow the lovely couple going on a midnight stroll!" Tsukishima mocks and Y/N's face flush. She must be angry.

Y/N is holding onto my arm as we walk to the store. Every now and then we stop so she can bend over. I kinda like it when Y/N holds onto my arm - it feels like I have a girlfriend. Maybe if I ask Kiyoko to marry me she will finally say yes. I can't lie- apart of me might start liking Y/N, but she probably sees me like a brother.

"Mmmm." Y/N groans and crouches onto the floor. "Sorry for stopping again. The drive doesn't sound half bad any more." She laughs.

"C'mon get on my back." I say being over.

"Are you sure?" She asks and Nod. She gets on and wraps her arms around my neck and I loop my arms under her thighs.  I blush. Oh my god she's too cute! 

I jump a little to reposition her and I walk off. When we reach the store she slides off and thanks me with a small blush.

"It's nothing!" I say maybe just a tad too loud.

"Thanks for comforting me about Gramps yesterday." She whispers and I give her a small smile.

We walk around the isle and I'm holding a basket. Y/N grabs a box of pads and tampons ant places them in the bag. We walk around a little more and she grabs a bottle of pain killers.

"Thanks for coming with me." She says putting two bars of dark chocolate and a 4-case of ginger ale into the basket.

"It's nothing really. I'm just returning the favour." I say, referring to the time we got stuff for Saeko. Damn why is she so cute!

We go up to pay and we both exchange formalities with the older lady behind the counter. Before Y/N can pay I give the money to the cashier.

"Tanaka! It's my stuff let me pay for it!" She whisper yells and I grin. "It's too late little lady she is already putting it in the register!" I smile and she flicks me on the head. 

"Aren't you two a cute couple.  good boyfriend pays for his girls things every once in a while." The cashier smiles as she hands me the bag.

"Oh he's just a friend." Y/N says quickly. I pout. Sure we're just friends but still. 

When we get out of the store Y/N dry swallows a pain killer and sighs. "Thank you for paying for my things." She pouts. "I was gonna pa for it!"  she says and I throw my hands in the air.

When we get back into our room after telling Coach we were back everyone was still awake. 

"How are you feeling Y/N?" Suga asks with worry.

"I'm fine. I'm not cramping as much anymore." She smiles.

I hope you liked some Tanaka being a gentleman content. Let's be real, Tanaka would be such a gentleman UGH! Why can't he be real!
