I'm still going to scream for help. I don't care if he said no one can hear me. I might as well try.

"HELP" "HELP ME" I continued to scream until my throat ached. I look up to see the gated window and got an idea. If I can reach it I can smash the window and get out. Jumping to grab the gates part, I missed. Fuck. I ran back and ran towards it to get some sort of momentum on it. But missed it.

I walked towards the mattress trying to lift it off the ground noticing it was screwed to the ground. I grab some lump in the bed and yank on it. No use. "This is so stupid, if anyone could have broken that window, they would have done it". "Vance would have".

I slump to the mattress and sit there. I'm never going to get out, I'm never going to find the others, I'm going to die here.

slowly I turn my head to the phone, I'm not falling for it. I jump back and walk as I keep staring at it. I might as well try it. I walk up to it and grab it. "hello?" No response. I slowly go to put it back but then change my mind and bring it back to my ear. "Hello??" ...... no response. I put it back upset. I go to the mattress and lay there, I should at least try to rest.

I wake up randomly and look at the phone as my eyes adjust back to the dark. "Stop it," I say to myself. "Stop what?" I jump to see the man again.

I sit up and stare at him "I'm hungry" I say. "How are your eyes?" "They ache badly," I say without blinking. He looks away and crosses his arms.

"Welp, I can't bring you anything right now" "you will have to wait," he says getting up and walking towards the door. I give him a nasty look. "Well is there someone upstairs who will see you bring me food?" "As he speaks he doesn't look in my direction, "don't you worry about that" "IF YOU WERENT GONNA FEED ME WHY THE HELL DID YOU COME DOWN HERE?" I say fed up.  He turns to me and says with a tear in his eye. "Just to look at you...I just wanted to look at you" I look at him in disgust.

*SLAM*

I slide to the wall behind me, scared.
