Takemichi's pov

"Eh, why are there so many people?" I asked

"They're all spectators. Toman versus Valhalla. Whoever wins today's conflict will be one step closer to ruling Tokyo. This fight's caught the attention of all influential delinquents in Tokyo." Chifuyu explained

"Yeah, looks like nothing but bad dudes out here." I said

"Like those two guys over there. The Haitani brothers. They can summon a hundred men with just one shout. Those brothers are like celebrities in Roppongi." He said

"I see" I already know though, you told me that in the other past.

"And that fatty over there. The one on that car. He's Leanman. He controls Ueno. I hear he's an absolute juggernaut." He said

"Many people came here because they heard that the core members of 1st generation of black dragons are spectating too." He added

"Eh?"

"Look over there. The four figures over there are the living legends of the delinquent world." He said and I looked.

"The short one that looks sleepy, Wakasa Imaushi. And the one beside him, Keizo Arashi. They are the best duo in their generation." He said

"The tall lanky man with a scar on his eye, Akashi Takeomi, also known as the "God of War", former vice president. And lastly, Sano Shinichiro, the former president and the one who made Black Dragons." He said

"Who's the other one who's beside Mikey-kun's brother?" I asked.

"I don't know, maybe their friend. I never heard or seen him." He said

"HaHa! It's party time. Toman and Valhalla ain't worth a damn!" Someone said

"Good work, sir!" The others who were wearing the same uniform greeted.

"I'm the one overseeing today's fight. The name's Hansen, from Ikebukuro Criminal Black Members." He said

"He's one of the big fish from the '88 group! He's our overseer today. We should go too." Chifuyu said and I nod.

I was with the other captains. We are in front of the group. Behind us were our vice-captains followed by Draken-kun. Mikey-kun and Y/n-chan are both behind him.

"Are you guys ready?" He asked

"FIGHTERS!!! MAKE YOUR ENTRANCE!!!" He said and the gates opened showing the two gangs.

"Tokyo Manji Gang! Valhalla!" Hansen announced.

Both Mikey-kun and Y/n-chan went forward together. The people started to mutter and talk among themselves.

"It's Mikey."

"So she's the second commander? She looks weak"

"Isn't she a beauty?"

"The invincible Mikey"

The two leaders went near to Hansen.

"Hansen-kun, thank you very much for overseeing this fight today." Y/n chan said

"That's no problem at all but if this fight sucks you'll owe me." He said with a scoff while she just smiled.

"Representatives from both teams! Step forward!" Someone said

Y/n-chan and Kaede were facing each other in front of Hansen.

"A five-on-five with your best guys...or an all-out brawl with everyone. Which will it be?" Hansen asked

"Valhalla picked this fight with us. You decide" Y/n said with a smile

"Then, I choose to duel with you in a swordfight," Kaede said

"Huh?" Y/n said in a low tone. Her smile dropped in an instant.

"Both of us. With real swords." Kaede said seriously

"Wha-" Hansen was cut off when Y/n raised her hand. She sighed and brushed her hair.

"Are you even thinking?" She asked without emotion

"Huh?" Kaede said with an irk mark

"This is a fight between our gangs. If we're the only one who fights then what's the point." She said

"A fight is still a fight and besides you let me choose." Kaede-chan said

"And why did you challenge me?" Y/n asked

"To stop you from using Mikey" She said

I was eyeing Mikey-kun who had a neutral expression on his face while looking at Y/n-chan.

"Huh?" Y/n said in a low tone.

"If I win you stay away from him" Kaede said

"Oi oi oi, Is this just going to be a catfight?" Hansen asked

"Sorry, Hansen-kun, I think think it really will be a catfight. Can you back up a little" Y/n said and he did

Y/n came close to Kaede-chan and caressed her cheek and tilt her chin upwards.

I heard someone scream "what?" from a distance but I kept watching Y/n and Kaede.

What's going on?

"What makes you think I would stay away from him? How about you do that and we'll just start our gang war? We can't let the audience keep waiting. That would be rude." She said and let go of Kaede's face.

"You're a coward." Kaede said

"No, you're just a fool" Y/n replied.

Scary

"Hansen-kun, since the other can't make a proper decision. I'll do it myself. We'll be having an all-out war." Y/n-chan said and some of the crowds cheered

"Heh, that's a good choice" Hansen smiled and faced the crowd.

"The battle of Toman and Valhalla will now begin!" He said

Y/n-chan went back to Mikey-kun's side with a neutral face. She's not even hiding that she's annoyed.

"Why didn't you accept her challenge?" I asked

"Didn't you hear her? A real sword means a brutal fight, that match will be over if one gives up or is unable to fight." She said seriously.

"Unable to fight?"

"If one dies, if you're lucky you'll only lose a limb" she said and my eyes widened.

"If I agreed she'll just die. I feel like she's the type of person that doesn't give up." She said

"Then why not a five-on-five? We're outnumbered" someone said

"What are you guys worrying about? We have the strongest cou- leaders here with us. We will win" Draken-kun said

That's right, they are stronger than most of us and can take on multiple people.

"Shall we begin, Mikey?" Hanma asked

"Let's do this, Toman!" Mikey-kun shouted and we charged and the enemy did too.

The clash between the gangs started. Everyone was fighting their enemy. I also took a few down but a was also hit. I've been through worse.

Shinichiro's POV (before the gangs entered)

"Yo! You guys seem to be doing well" I said to my friends while Akio is with me.

"I thought you aren't going to watch" Takeomi asked

"Well my brother insisted so I have no choice" I lied

"Really?" He asked

"He's lying" Waka pointed out and Benkei nodded.

"W-what?" I asked nervously

"You always look away when you lie" he said

Damn, ok.

"Well, the reason isn't really important." I said

"Whatever you say" he said

"Who's that guy?" Takeomi asked, looking at Akio

"This is Akio, she's Y/n-chan's companion" I introduced and he was shocked.

"I'm sorry about that, I thought you were a male. I'm Akashi Takeomi but you can call me by my first name." he apologized and held out his hand. She shook his hand.

An irk mark appeared on my face while I still smile.

Is he making a move on her? She doesn't even call me by my first name yet.

"Sano-san, I didn't know you had a girlfriend." Akio whispered to me while looking at Waka. I snorted at her statement

"Wakasa is a he. He just looks like that" I said and she nominated.

"I see" she said and the other two introduced their selves.

After a while, the two gangs entered the area and their representatives came up.

Y/n-chan and a girl were talking with Hansen. We couldn't hear it since it was far.

"What's going on? I feel some tension between them?" I asked

"The other girl challenged Y/n-sama to a duel with swords" Akio said

"You heard that?"

"No, I read their lips" she said

"That's so cool. What did Y/n-chan say?" I asked

"She said that the girl was a fool. She said that this is a gang fight. A one-on-one doesn't make sense." She said

"She's right thought" Takeome said

We kept watching and I was glancing at Akio from time to time. Her side profile is pretty.

Wait wait wait. Stop that Shin...

"Y/n-sama is annoyed" she said

"Huh?" I asked a looked at Y/n.

"What happened?"

"The enemy asked for her fiance" she said

"I se- wait, what? Fiance? Who?" I asked and she looked at me unimpressed.

"Sano Manjiro, Y/n-sama's fiance." She said

"Whhaaaaaaaattttt?!!" I exclaimed and some turned their heads in our direction

"Shin? What's wrong?" Takeomi asked as I collapsed to the ground. The others came near me.

"Did something happen?" Waka asked as I hugged my knees and sulk.

"You traitor" I mumbled over and over

"What's wrong with him?" Waka asked Akio

"He was just surprised by the news." She said

"What news?" Takeomi asked

"That his brother already got engaged" She said

"Huh" The three said in unison.

"Y-you mean Mikey?" Waka asked, slightly shocked

"Yes"

"To who?"

"To Y/n-sama" she said

"A-are you for real? Aren't they only 15 or something?" Takeomi asked

"Manjiro, that traitor. Not only did he get a girlfriend before me, but he also proposed?" I whined while Benkei pat my shoulder

"What about their parents or guardians? How did they agree?"

"You should ask them about that yourselves. Further information is too private to expose." Akio said

"It's alright Shin, you don't have to worry. You'll get someone soon." Waka said

"Shut up you chick-magnet. Don't talk to me!" I said

"Hey, don't be so down. Even I don't have a girlfriend yet." Takeomi said

"Get away from me, don't act like you didn't have any girlfriends when we were in high school." I said and I look at Benkei who looked back

"You too, I also know that some were fawning over you when we were still in a gang." I said to him

I went to a corner and sulked.

"Why are you so upset about that? Are you desperate to get married?" Akio said and I felt an arrow in my head

"A-Akio" I said with teary eyes which she sighed

"If you really want to be in a relationship then start finding someone. Sulking and crying about it won't do anything." She said and stretched her hand out to help me up.

"Then, will you be that someone?" I asked while I took her hand.

"Sure, if you can." she just said and left me speechless

"W-wait! Are you sure?" I asked and followed her leaving the three who were too stunned to speak.

Akio didn't reply and just watched the fight that just started. I was beside her and her words kept repeating in my head.

She's allowing me to make a move right? She gave me a chance, right?
