I could feel my heart practically physically breaking.

It had been a week and half sense I've even talked to Zack.

I walked into school to see Lisa, Kelly and Jessie all standing by my locker.

They all took me in for a hug.

"I'm sorry. He's such a jerk" Kelly said.

"He's a pig" Jessie said.

"You don't need him anyways girl, your much better" Lisa patted my back.

"I don't understand, I gave him everything" I said wiping away my tears.

"Katie, someone wants to talk to you" I heard Slater say.

I turned around and saw Zack standing there with him and a rose in his hand.

I wiped my tears yet again.

"Well I don't wanna talk" I said turning back around.

"Please?" Zack asked.

I turned around and looked at everyone who shrugged with hope in there eyes.

"Fine. Five minutes" I said and everyone walked away.

"It was a bet. A stupid bet and I'm sorry" Zack said.

"A bet Zack? You cheated on me for what 20 bucks?" I crossed my arms wiping another tear.

"50 actually" he bit his lip "but that's not the point. I made a bet with some guy that if I  went on a date with a college girl I would get the money"

"Why Zack? You didn't think this through. The people it would hurt? You hurt me. God Zack you hurt us"

"I wasn't thinking. I just thought about myself and I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused. I just don't wanna loose you to some stupid bet. I love you so much" Zack sighed.

I looked at him, he had forgiveness in his eyes.

"You're so stupid" I laughed shaking my head "you really are"

"I know. And you can tell me that for the rest of my life, but if I loose you then I'll mark myself as the most awful person ever. You deserve nothing but the best" Zack said.

"Hmm that is true" I said.

Another tear slipped down and Zack rubbed his thumb over to wipe it.

"I'm sorry. I don't care how many times I have to say it to win you back. I love you" Zack said.

I sighed. "I love you too zack, but right now I really need time to think."

"Uh ya okay. Well this rose is for you" he said handing me the rose.

"Thank you" I said. "I'll see you around morris"

"Ya" he said.
