Heather Pov-
Hawk and I have been dating for a week now but have kept it a secret. Only Yasmine knows because well she doesn't have anything to do over there. At first she was mad at me for the incident but then she was happy for me.

Hawk has been so busy at practice because Johnny left. I barley see him, i only see him at school and sometimes when he sneaks out.

Today Miguel officially went to school and I made sure he was alright at all time. I didn't want him to be hurt again.

"Heather stop worrying, he'll be fine. he's a big guy," hawk assured me.
" i know but i don't want to see him passed out on the floor again." i tell him feeling upset of that day.
"and you won't i promise." hawk tells me.

"i'm going to help Tory today after school, she needs to pay the rent." i tell hawk.
Though, everyone hate tory lowkey right now. i know what its like when you have nothing and need to pay stuff. my grandma humbled me in that way. i miss her so much.

"ask her how she's doing for me will you?" he asks
i nod.  "do you have practice today?" i ask him
"yeah amore. i promise i'll hang out with you more often soon."
"no it's okay. focus on your future," i say smiling at him.

the ring bells and hawk walks me to class.
school was so boring until lunch time.

hawk stood up on the tables, which surprised me that i could see when i was standing far from his table.

"could heather please walk up to me," he says.
i look at moon and sam confused, "go go," they tell me. I walk awkwardly to his table and stand nect to him

"this right here aka Heather, is my beautiful girlfriend. and like i told you all before," he says laughing. "she's mine and mine only." he says and then kisses me, everyone's woes at us and claps. i can feel my cheeks heating up.

we both get down, "not u bein bold with it eliiii," i say laughing.
"yo wait he let you call him eli?" asks miguel
"no fucking way, he would have killed u," aisha tells me.
i giggle, "might as well take my chance. "

hawk and i decided to skip skool because it isn't kool. and went for a swim in my inside pool.

"god you are so fucking hot," says hawk as he swims to me.
"thanks, so i've been told," i say
"by who? and where? just wanna talk," he says playfully.

i swim close to him, i could feel his breathing, i then his head towards me, put my arms around his neck and kiss him. the kiss lasted three minutes because winter came to inform us lunch was ready. i was embarrassed but i knew she didnt really care.

we sat down to eat, "well i was thinking about joining cheer," i tell hawk.
"that's a great idea. you can make more friends and cheer for me," he says smiling.
"yeah, i like the friend part."
"no cheering for your boyfriend?" he asks
"nope. only for my best friend," i say giggling

he laughs and starts tickling me. "can you take me to tory's on ur way to practice? i'm too lazy to drive," i ask.
"don't u have like a tesla?" he asks
"yeah. its fine if u don't."
"it's fine by me, i wanna spend mkre time with you anyway," he says kissing my forehead.

we get ready to go and hawk takes me to tory's.
i knock on her door and she opens immediately.
"thank you for coming, no one could watch my little brother while i work to pay the rent,"
"it's no problem. but hey i think i'll go grocery shopping,"
"the money is all the way at the top," tory tells me.
i nod and let her go.

i go shopping but before i do so, i pay a year of rent for Tory and buy her grocery as well. She has been working non stop and it's not fair for her. When tory comes bavk she thanks me because the house looks clean and the fridge is full.

"i could never thank you enough," tory tells me hugging me.
"it's what friends are for," i say as i hug her. "also, you can join your classes again. there's no need to work for rent anymore. it's covered for a year."

"holy shit- are you for real?"
"yes"
tory cries on my shoulder, i knew she needed someone there for her and i wanted to tell her i was there for her. "i'm always here for you tory. in the good and the bad."

hawk calls me that he's out of practice and he can pick me so i leave. he takes me home and goes to his house. though, he said no word to me the whole ride or when i got off. something was off.

after an hour since i got dropped off i tried calling him but it declined quickly. that's so weird, he always answers me quickly. maybe hes cheat- no- don't say that- but maybe- but no- he wouldnt- but then again he wanted a rotation of girls before midterms- but why would he date me then.

i have to stop thinking that way because my dumbass can jinx it.

the next morning i woke up, i don't even remember falling asleep. i was just looking at my celling blasting music (a/n: me asf tbh). it was another school day sadly but i was trying out for cheer!!

there was nothing exciting at school expect that hawk was ignoring everyone or may i say staying away from everyone. it didn't matter because if he wants to be that way so can i.

after school i head to the locker rooms and change and then out to the field to run the mile, the coach told us to run. two girls catch up to me, "hey i'm sophia," says one with blonde highlights, "i'm mikayla," says the one with darker hair.

"i'm Heather," i say smiling at both.
"is this your first year?" sophia asks
"yes, i'm nervous," i tell them truthfully.
"omg! don't be! we will help you!" they tell me.
and the rest of the practice we all stayed together. i can tell we would be wonderful friends. or so i thought.....
