I stood in front of the starting board until gunshots were heard all over the place, which warned me to start running for my life. I ran and ran, not looking back, trying to survive.

Was it really what Mira was planning ? It was so calm and quiet that for a moment I forgot I was a participant in a game of death.

"None of the games has started," Arisu said.

"Maybe we still have time," Usagi continued.

"Or they forgot to push the big red start button." I laughed harshly at Chishiya's humor, even if he didn't realize it. His humor was amazing.

"They didn't even tell us the rules," Kuina sighted.

"Maybe there are no rules, or perhaps we aren't in the right place" I say questioning my sayings.

"I hear something," Usagi warned us.

We looked at the direction that Usagi was looking with mere suspense among us, but just then we saw some cars that belonged to the beach drive towards us.

"They're alive". "Beach people".

The Beach car's surrounded us as I started to panic and grabed the gun that Niragi gave me. The rumbling faded and the people exited their car's.

"What are y'all doing here" I stepped up with a challenging voice tone.

"We saw the blimps show up" One of the many men responded to my answer.

"There are rumors that the next game is starting".

Just as Arisu was about to explain to them about our situation, the man in front of me was shot in the head, and then another one and another one. Everyone panicked and started screaming.

"Riffle," I explained.

"Get moving," Chishiya shouted at us "That thing is an anti-tank rifle".

I was about to start running but saw the calm Chishiya just standing there "Run you dick head". I grabbed Chishiya and pulled him towards a safer spot.

"I say don't hide behind a car '' Chishiya tried to tell everyone as I pulled him away, this dude was really putting no effort to try to match my speed.

I pulled Chishsiya to hide him with the other's.

"Does that mean the game started" Kuina asked, "Yes Kuina the game has started and it looks like we have encountered the King of spades" I answer Kuinas question.

"Without rules, this is just a massacre !" Arisu said with a clear panicked voice tone.

"That rifle could kill us from a kilometer away," Chishiya continued with his unnecessary but cool smart facts "Now we have an assault rifle".

"Well duh Chishiya," I responded sarcastically, this situation was so stressful and all I wanted to do is rest. "If I knew where this person is I could shoot them but sadly they are out of sight."

The group continued talking as I carelessly walked away from them. I don't normally work in a group so I feel like working alone is the best situation, they might get in the way plus I am looking for Takashi and if I stay with them they might stop me from that.

I ran inside a building and hid there until the shooting was far enough from me to be able to climb up the stair to reach the rooftop and observe where this King of spade was, i grabbed my phone to see if I could close up sight from farther away than what I could reach with my eyesight. But just when I looked at it I saw a text from Mira, she told me that the game started and she was looking forward to her death, but that I wasn't allowed to be the one to kill her, so I had to keep my guard down on winning every game.

The shooting stopped and I saw the king of spades airship fly by, I looked to the direction it was moving and was able to spot the unrecognizable white hair of Chishiya hiding behind a car.

The shooting continued after the King of spades located the remaining people alive, I heard and saw a car stop in front of the place where they were hiding. I don't even know if they consider me a friend or not but whatever.

I saw the car speed away but an explosion behind, I looked at the direction were the explosion was and I spotted some white hair

I speed up down the stairs without thinking...to go check on Chishiya , as I opened the door to exit the building I heard shooting nearby, I knew there was only one King of spades so as long as he is distracted with the others I am safe, I hurried toward Chishiya and saw him knocked out. "Gosh damn it Chishiya, you are ruining my plans" I said as I tried to lift up his body and drag him towards a safer spot.

We arrived at my old fort. I was hoping that Takashi would be there but sadly he wasn't. I could't hope but to feel bad, idk why I was looking for him but you could say I missed him.

I grabbed my aid kit and took out some bandaids to cover the small scratches that Chishiya had. As I was about to place the first one I was stopped by a hand holding my wrist tightly

"You are doing it wrong, you haven't rinsed my wound or disinfected it." Chishiya complained about my careless treatment.

I jumped back at his sudden comment, I thought he was still knocked out."I'm trying my best, you know."

"Just let me do it myself," He lounged on the couch as he looked straight into my eyes "Thank you for trying tough." I felt my heart skip a beat as his eyes looked inside of my soul, I couldn't stop looking at him, his eyes were so magnetic and appealing to me.

"Are you going to help me or are you going to stare at me the whole day?" I gasphen and realize what I was doing.

"Oh sorry, sorry. yeah I'll help you I'll go get you cold water and alcohol, be right back" I stormed off feeling sick of butterflies, what is wrong with me I can't be feeling like this!

I grabbed the things I needed and helped him correctly heal his wounds after that I explained to him why I left them. He agreed to help me find takashi but first he wanted to go check out a game.

We walked out of my hideout and headed to the closest game which was the Jack of hearts. We walked in and grabbed a collar and headed to the Central GuardRoom just like the sign demanded.

When we walked in we saw a lot of people standing around awkwardly in silence we headed to a corner and I decided to lay down just like always to take a nap

"Do you always do this? What's your deal with sleeping" Chishiya asked with annoyance, I ignored him and closed my eyes.

"Difficulty level: Jack of Hearts."

"Game: Solitary Confinement."

"Rules: Guess the card suit that appears on the back of your collar. However, you may not look at the symbol yourself."

"Time limit is one hour per round. In the final five minutes, enter your cell and disclose your symbol."

"if you do not answer with the correct symbol, it is game over". The collar will explode, and you will die."

"after the symbol on the collar will reset, and change each round" 

I stood up and looked around the room until I spotted the Jack of Hearts who I met when I was with Mira...I have my eyes on you, you sick bastard. I can tell he saw me staring and looked in my direction; when he saw it was me he bowed down jockinly which I giggled about.

"The game is about how much you can trust your fellow players. Beware that the Jack of Hearts has already been placed among you."

"Oh that's good" Chishiya said

"How to win: Rounds repeat every hour, You win when the Jack of Hearts dies."

"Prohibited actions: Looking at your symbol with a reflective surface is cheating (To be honest I thought about that but heard that rule and complained LOL ) players may not use weapons or violence to kill fellow players."

I looked around and saw everyone's eyes on me. After that rule, I grabbed my gun and put it on the floor awkwardly. Dang they did me like that, I really didn't want to kill Jack but oh well whatever.

"That means that the only way the game ends is if Jack gives the wrong answer."

"There is no limit to the number of rounds. Enough food has been provided"

"While in the game no visa days will be removed."

"The game will now commence. You can roam freely until it is time to enter your cell"

The people started talking as I just stared from a distance. My eyes caught that one assassin, I remember seeing him on the news. He looked back at me with curiosity as I just smiled and waved, but he walked away.

"Hey wanna tell each other the answer?" a really kind looking guy asked Chishiya, completely ignoring my existence.

"If you are trying to survive I would examine people a little more carefully"

"Oh stop being so pessimistic Chishiya, Don't worry man I know this guy and he is not cold enough to be the jack," Chishiya put a hand on his heart and acted offended "But you can trust me" I smiled kindly.

Chishiya ignored me and started telling the guy about the different groups and what they did. "If you've got someone who you can trust that much, that's how you can win the game."

"So you got your girlfriend," He looked at me as Chishiya and I looked at him with annoyance. "Ok ok no dating got it."

We looked down and I saw the Jack talking to the assassin, what is the Jack up to?, I heard their talking and found funny what the assassin said, I started laughing making them look at my direction

"Sorry guys but I found your opinion about emo guy very funny" They looked at me with confusion and walked away to talk more privately.

"Hey, do you want to join our team?" The annoying rat ugly mother fucker ask the yellow shirt guy "No pressure."

"It's not that I don't want to." He looked at me

Chishiya saw him looking at me and spoke up "Okay. we'll join the group." I looked at Chishiya and made him a face of annoyance which he just ignored. He has no right to be talking for me.

"I'm gonna go first" The ugly rat girl said, I really wanted to tell her the wrong thing but decided to not say anything and stay shut the whole time.

I entered one of the cells and said Spades just like the yellow shirt guy told me in secret, I knew I could trust him and plus knew who not to trust for sure.

I heard a guy push some guy and walk to help him up, but the assassin stood up first and told him to lie, which I heard.

I walked back to Chishiya and saw the yellow shirt guy about to speak up about it but I held his arm and gave him a comforting smile "We don't want aggressive people with us so it is for the best"I whisper in his ear and he just nodded.

I walked to the cell again and said heart , which yet again was correct, I really didn't want to be here but I guess there is nothing I can do if I want to live.

The musty dust ugly crust smelling like a fish girl started blaming the poor guy. I really didn't want to be in that team but no could do after Chishiya got me involved.

We headed to the snack area and everyone lied to the poor boy, after he walked away to get a snack I followed him

"Don't trust them, your sign is a heart" I told the guy, he looked back at me scared and ran away, well I did my best trying to save him.

I gave yet another answer, this time another spade and then went to annoy Chishiya by asking him a bunch of dumb questions like if we don't see oxygen, do the fish not see water? LOL

He looked at me annoyed with all my questions, and yet again we held more intense eye contact, however this time I was 100% comfortable with it now that I had domesticated the butterflies in my stomach.

"May I talk to you?" The Jack came closer to me as he pulled me away "Are you going to tell on me?" The Jack asked me.

"Not unless you try to kill me or tell on me" He smiled and gave me a slight punch on the shoulder.

"You bet I won't..but you know that if I don't die you will die." He smiled creepily

"It is not my duty to kill you when someone else is already planning it" I smiled sarcastically and hopped away

"What did he ask you?" Chishiya questioned me

"Oh something very unimportant" I smiled at him "Btw your symbol is clubs"

"Your is heart" Chisiya responded

"Why? cause I'm the love of your heart" I teased him which he just grinned to.

"No, because you make me want to die" He responded jokingly as we laughed

End of the 1st episode of the season as I promised, I'm trying to make Y/N's relationship with Chishiya better now. I hope I'm doing well.
