Chapter Eleven

❝What can I say? I'm dramatic.❞

A CRAZY LAUGHTER erupted from the Lady Bone Demon upon seeing the success she had achieved. Not only had she possessed your body, she also managed to control Wukong's body. More tools to fulfill her destiny.

"Admittedly, this is an unforeseen adjustment, but a fortunate moment of spontaneity nonetheless. Fate has delivered me the perfect champion and vessel." Lady Bone spoke up, directing her gaze to Mk and Ne Zha who had been watching the entire ordeal. The young successor shook his head in utter disbelief, "But he was winning. He was beating you." He said while looking at the Monkey King, unable to believe that his mentor was now under that witch's control along with you. Suddenly Mk felt a painful headache before LBD started to laugh again.

"Oh, sweet child. Perhaps now you finally understand how pointless your efforts to stop me truly are." As she said that, Lady Bone showed off the level of power she reached, "The Samadhi Fire will be mine, and I will use its power to reforge this world." Her bright blue eyes shifted to Wukong and whispered, "Go."

Just like that, Monkey moved in a lightning speed to get Mk. However, Ne Zha quickly pushed him away, "Boy, get back!" The Lotus Prince unfortunately received the hit from Wukong instead of Mk, making the beaten up Mayor laugh.

As the Lady Bone Demon watched with satisfaction what was happening between Wukong and Mk, she suddenly felt a sudden force from her body. Before she knew it, a dark purple energy left her body. As a result, she screamed in agony, "Wh-What is this?" She questioned while grasping her chest tightly, seeing the dark mass dashing away. Monkey King was about to attack Mk when a shadow portal opened beneath the boy's feet, taking him away.

As much as Lady Bone was glad that she managed to get your body and Wukong, she was still frustrated that she couldn't end Mk's life, "What have you done?!" She roared in fury, directing her question to you. All she got from you was a distant chuckle before it completely disappeared. Lady Bone didn't want to give you the satisfaction of seeing her anger, so she forced herself to calm down, "No matter, what's important now is the Samadhi Fire." She stated and teleported to the mech.

Shortly after, Wukong came to the mech as well and kneeled before her, "Although I'm not quite satisfied with you job, this is not worth it at the moment. Right now, you must bring me the Samadhi Fire no matter what it costs." Lady Bone demanded strictly, "But before that..." She snapped her fingers, changing his armor to a more suitable one, "Now go and bring me the Samadhi Fire." With this command, Wukong stood up and nodded before teleporting to find the Samadhi Fire.

"I'm going to have my destiny fulfilled even if I have to tear this world apart."

Meanwhile somewhere else, the mass of purple energy took a form of a shadowy monkey... a clone of yourself. This was your plan that you had been dedicated all your energy to make it work. This entire time when you didn't fight to get your body back because it was pointless, you took the opportunity of Lady Bone being busy witn her fight against Wukong and formed a small escape route. This mass of small energy had a connection with your soul and mind. This wasn't like an ordinary clone of yourself, this clone will act as if it was you. All while Lady Bone was completely unaware of this.

Seriously, you had never thought of such an idea like this. Although it was risky because you might lose a big part of your energy, you still took this chance. Anything to stop Lady Bone Demon once and for all.

Get the Mayor... He is important.

This command rang in the clone's head and it nodded before teleporting back to the mech. It remained hidden in the shadows to ensure that it won't be seen by the Lady Bone Demon. You could see the Mayor forcing himself to sit up and make his way to the Bone Mech.

That guy, get him.

The clone squinted its purple eyes then moved swiftly, pushing the Mayor to a portal it created which took the man off guard. Your plan was going smoothly, now all you needed to do was to bring him to Mk then figure out how to get your body back.

Back to a library where the temple of the mountain was, Mk and his friends sat together to form a plan to bring down the Lady Bone down. Unfortunately, she managed to get Mei who was training to control her powers with the help of Redson, but Wukong kidnapped her.

"I'm not going to lie, kid. I mean, if the Lady Bone Demon has Y/N's body, Monkey King, Mei, and the Samadhi Fire, I don't know. I'm not really feeling much confidence here." Pigsy spoke up, pointing out what Lady Bone Demon had to increase her powers.

Mk dismissed what Pigsy said carelessly, "Yeah. That's why we're going to formulate a plan. I'm open to suggestions. What do we got?" Mk suggested confidently, hoping that they would help him form a plan.

"Uh, die with dignity?" Tang suggested.

"What kind of plan is that?" Pigsy yelled at him in frustration.

"I don't know. It's just- aren't we back where we were when Mei and Monkey King flew off into the sky?" The dark haird man said. Mk was confused for a moment before he shook his head, "What? No. It's nothing like that. Cause now we've got a Red Son. We didn't have a Red Son before." The boy said in excitement, pointing at Redson who was calmly leaning on the wall and minding his business. Both Tang and Pigsy shared a deadpanned look, "Oh yeah, he's a real game changer." Pigsy sarcastically said with his arms crossed, offending Redson.

"Hey!"

"We're just doing the same thing over and over again. I'm losing my mind over here!" Pigsy continued to yell.

Meanwhile, a shadow appeared from Redson's feet and extends to the wall. The first one to notice was Sandy, "Uh guys, look there." Everyone went quiet when they saw the shadow. Redson got startled by this and jumped away. They all witnessed the clone of yourself stepping out of the portal, throwing the Mayor on the grown. Mk was the first one to break the silence...

"... Y/N?"
