Soohyeon seemed unbothered about it, and she gave a slight nod in response.

After leaving the pet daycare centre, they began walking in the pedestrian lane.

There, The sun is setting in the sky, giving an orange and golden hue to the metropolis.

❝I live near here, we don't need to take the bus,❞

Soohyeon begins the conversation by looking over at Jake and Layla.

❝Oh, Alright,❞

Jake answers with a faint sadness, thinking that if her house was a little further away, they could spend more time together.

Soohyeon, on the other hand, looks back at them and starts to be fascinated since the scene in front of her is ideal for photography.

Where, the sun's rays are illuminating the two retrievers, causing them to glimmer.

However, Soohyeon is hesitant since she does not want to ask Jake to snap a picture of him.

She decides to break her wall of thoughts and have a go.

Jake glances at her, surprised, as she finally asks for something, which makes him grin.

He smiles.

She pulls the camera near her eye and takes another picture of the two.

This time, though, she tries to sneak in a few more photos of them. She quickly shoves it back inside her bag and bows to thank him.

❝I will send you the pictures if you want,❞

Soohyeon stares at him, who instantly nods his head.

❝Yes please,❞

He said.

Jake, on the other hand, wasn't pleased with just him and Layla in the image.

❝Hey, why won't you be in the picture too?❞

He asks, and Soohyeon swiftly shakes her head.

Jake takes out his phone and unlocks it before she can finish.

He then approaches a random person and asks,

❝Hello, can you take a picture of us real quick?❞

The woman in her thirties glances at him, confused, but eventually agrees to his request.

Soohyeon gulps and moves closer to Jake and Layla in order to fit into the photo as instructed by the woman.

She is about to depart after getting a picture from the woman when Soohyeon calls her.

❝I'm sorry, but uh. Can you take another picture of us with my camera this time?❞

Soohyeon lets out a nervous breath, afraid that the woman may decline her.

Jake glances at her in surprise as she reveals that she has always planned to take a picture with him.

The woman is unbothered yet again and takes another photograph of the two.

Jake looks over at Soohyeon, who is stiff and wondering if she should approach him or not.

Instead of wasting time, he decides to move closer to her, causing her to stiffen.

He smiles as he places a peace sign on top of her head, sensing how tense she is.

The woman stares at the two with a sly look of suspicion on her face. She returns the camera to Soohyeon before telling them something.

❝Ah, you guys must be a new couple,❞

She says, creating tingles in Soohyeon and Jake despite the fact that it isn't true.

Soohyeon's eyes widen and she is going to refuse her, but she speaks again.

❝Puppy love, I see...❞

She then leaves them dumbfounded and stiff.

The two exchange uneasy glances and decide to pretend they didn't hear what she said.

Nevertheless, they can't as it's now tattooed on their heads.
