Y/N's POV:
I walked down the hallway from Katsuki's room, getting into the elevator and appearing at the first floor. I walked over to where the boys were sitting, all of them huddled in a circle playing their video games.
"What happened?" Kirishima asked, barely looking up from his game to acknowledge me.
"Don't worry about it, he's just tired." I laughed, shaking my head.
"Oh, hm," Deku said, giving the other boys a weird look from the corner of his eye, causing Sero to laugh.
"What is it?" I asked. Is there something in my teeth? I sucked my teeth to check but got nothing from it, so why were they acting like they knew something that I didn't?
"Nothing." Denki said, "Why?" He asked, trying to be nonchalant.
"Because you guys are laughing? And you've been acting weird this whole night?" I suggested, showing a bit of concern.
"It's literally nothing," Sero said, giving a reassuring smile. I trusted Sero, but this still seemed fishy.
"Whatever," I said, walking off to meet the girls in the bathroom. I could feel nervous eyes on me as I turned on my heel and left the boys to themselves again.
I walked into the bathroom to see the girls brushing their teeth, doing their hair, and getting ready for bed I joined in by going to change in a stall. I chose to wear my favorite pajamas (I'll let you guys decide what your favorite pajamas are :D). After getting dressed, I then walked over to the sinks.
"Do you think the boys were acting weird tonight?" I asked, taking some moisturizing product out from my bag and rubbing it into my scalp.
"Yeah, but aren't they always?" Mina said, taking a sip of water to swish around in her mouth. I pulled my hair back and tied it into a high ponytail using a f/c scrunchy before taking my toothbrush from the front pocket.
"I guess you're right," I agreed. Boys are weird.
"Did you find out why Bakugou left early?" Jirou asked.
"Yeah, he said he was tired, but in all honesty, I think he was lying. I just went along with it to make him feel better though, I understand social stuff isn't really his thing." I said, taking out my toothpaste.
"You don't have to tell us twice," Tsu said sarcastically.
"One of them probably just got on his nerves. He gets ticked off easily, you know how he is," I said, before putting toothpaste onto my toothbrush and sticking it in my mouth. "I told the boys that he was just tired because I didn't want to hurt their feelings," I said, I felt a little guilty.
"Oh, understandable," Uraraka said, putting her hair up.
I finished brushing my teeth and then packed up my belongings. "Are you guys ready to go back?" I asked, looking around.
"Mhm." Mina nodded, packing up the rest of her stuff. I watched as the rest of the girls grabbed their stuff and headed out the door, I followed quickly behind them. We walked out and realized the boys were gone, they must have gone to bed, it is pretty late after all. We whispered to each other until we got back to the room, where we all got into our sleeping bags. Despite the fact that we were supposed to sleep, it didn't stop us from whispering to each other.

Time skips to Monday, right after school
I slung my backpack over my shoulder and stood up from my desk. I planned on going to the library to do homework, I should ask Kat if he wants to come. Glancing around the room, I see him putting his binder into his backpack, glaring at the floor per usual.
"Katsuki!" I called, walking over to him.
"What?" He asked, looking up at me but continuing to keep packing his belongings.
"Wanna do homework with me in the library? Right now!" I asked.
"I can't." He said, zipping his bag up.
"Whatttt? Why not?" I whined, "I'll be lonely..." I tugged on his sleeve.
"Because, I have to train," He said, putting on his backpack. "I'll hang out with you later tonight," He said, shrugging me off.
"Fine," I said, elbowing him.
"You go study though, you need it," He scoffed.
"I'm not going to study, I'm doing homework!" I scowled.
"Whatever, text me, dumbass," He said, leaving the room.
I waved to him and then started off on my journey to the library. Once I arrived I looked for a quiet place to work, which was a bit difficult because a lot of tables were already filled. I finally settled at a table in the back that was a bit secluded by bookshelves, nobody else was sitting there either, so I made myself at home and set my backpack down. Usually I would do homework in my dorm but today I felt like trying a change of pace.
I began to work on some papers for math, erasing my mistakes and blowing the erasure shavings off the edge of the table. I sighed, looking down at my work, and then continued to write. Some time passed by until I saw the shadow of someone or something cast over the table.
"Is it ok if I sit here?" A purple haired boy asked, grabbing the back of a chair.
"Huh? Oh, yeah, of course!" I said, slipping my belongings to the side to make room for him and his stuff. He sat down in a chair next to me and set his stuff on the table. I don't think I've ever seen him around here before, but I have to admit he is pretty attractive and looks pretty strong, I wonder what class he's from.
"You sit here often?" He asked, looking over at me.
"Not really, I usually study in my dorm, but I wanted to try something new." I smiled.
"Oh, that explains." He says, flipping through some papers and not even bothering to elaborate.
"Explains what?" I asked.
"I usually sit here to work after school, and it's usually empty." He says, keeping his eyes on his paper. I couldn't tell what he was implying, but I felt like I was the one who interrupted his work and not the other way around.
"Oh- I could move if I'm bothering you- I'm so sorry!" I said, looking up.
"Huh? You're not bothering me-" He says, letting out a low laugh, his gaze softening.
"Are you sure??" I asked for reassurance.
"Of course, having company feels like a nice change of pace, honestly." He says, scribbling something down in a focused manner.
"What's your name?" I asked.
"Shinso, Hitoshi Shinso," He said, sticking out his hand for me to shake it.
"My names L/N, Y/N L/N. But you can call me by my first name if you'd like." I said, shaking his hand with a soft smile.
"Pleasure to meet your acquaintance," He said. Dang, he spoke so formal.
"It's nice to meet you too!" I responded "I don't think I've ever seen you around here before," I said, tilting my head.
"I'm part of class 1C," He says.
"Ohhh, I guess that explains, I'm in class 1A." You say, nodding.
"That's cool," He says.
"Really? Thanks!" I said, smiling. He just nodded.
I admired his features out of the corner of my eye, he had dark bags under his eyes and wavy purple hair that looked really soft. He looked up and caught me looking at him, so I quickly looked back down at my paper, flustered. I kept working on my paper and some time went by, the both of us sitting in a comfortable silence.
I pulled some chapstick out of my bag and reapplied it to my lips, I was almost done with my work but for some reason I felt like stalling. What was it that made me want to stay? I continued to write stuff down until I was basically done.
I looked over at Shinso, who was still reading something. I wonder what his quirk is? I don't want to judge but knowing that he is in class 1C must mean it's not very hero fitting. Maybe I should ask him? Or would that be rude?
I sat there, stalling for a little bit of time before I took out my phone. No notifications, darn. I put it back away into my backpack and decided I should start a conversation, I hope it doesn't annoy him.
"So, what's your quirk? ...If you don't mind me asking?" I asked, sucking in my breath. He turned and looked at me, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Uh... Brainwashing..." He spoke quietly. Whoa. He looked nervous.
"Brainwashing? Like mind control? That's so cool!" I exclaimed.
He looked taken back by my amazement. "...Really?" He finally asked.
"Totally!" I said and leaned forward on the table, "How does it work?"
He fumbled with his hands a little, "Well, as long as I say something to someone and they respond, I can brainwash them," He said, looking at me.
"That's so awesome, I bet that's fun to have!" I said, flashing him a smile.
"What about you?" he asked.
"Me? Oh, just wind and air manipulation," I chuckled.
"What do you mean 'just'? Your really lucky," He said.
"Oh, sorry, I guess I haven't really thought of it that way. Everyone else in class A1 has fancier quirks than me." I said, letting out a nervous laugh.
"Oh, well, I think it's really useful," he said.
"Thank you." I smiled. I check the time it was 3:30 pm, I guess I should finally head out. I wonder if I'll ever get to hang out with him again. Maybe I should ask for his number? The thought of asking him that made my heart leap. Nope, not today!
Avoiding that thought, I packed up my stuff before standing up and putting on my backpack raking up courage to say something. I finally opened my mouth to speak, "...I'm gonna head out, will you be here tomorrow?"
