The next few weeks went by quick, nothing special happened, besides getting ready for the CC Diner.

My alarm woke me and the girls up at 3.30 am.
We had to go in an hour so we quickly and unwillingly got up and got as ready as we bothered.

I stayed in my tracksuit, put my hair in a very messy bun before going downstairs and ate a bowl of serial.
Moments later, a zombie walked down the stairs.

"What time is Kairi picking Hope up?" Ale asked, sitting down next to me.

"4.30" I closed my eyes slowly, just wanting to go back to sleep.

We drove the 1 hour ride in two different cars.
Ale, Saga, Alvaro and me in our car, and the rest in Kairis.

I slept all the way before arriving at half past 5. The sun was starting to rise and the streets of New York City were already crowded.

We got to the hotel, which turned out to be very fancy.

Hope and I would be sharing a room for the weekend. I carried my luggage to the 9th floor before going straight to bed again.

I woke up by the noise of the others, apparently our room were the new hangout spot.
Great.

I blinked slowly before opening my eyes fully.
The guys were placed on the beds and Alvaro was even laying on the desk.

"Do we know any of the others coming tonight?" Roshaun asked.

Mattia found the guest list and started reading the names of the other Tiktokers coming.
"Danielle Cohn"
Alvaros head shot up.
"No way!" A smile spread across his face, making all of us laugh.

"Sorry to break it to you, but she has a boyfriend" Saga crushed his dreams.

"Charli and Dixie D'amelio, Chase Hudson, and basically all those Californian tiktokers"

"Any more?" Ale asked, clearly not impressed.

The list was long, but Mattia ended it with the cherry on top.
Kip. Motherfucking. Cyr.

"Omggg" I exclaimed.
Kio was the ultimate man.
"You gotta claim your mans tonight, Mel" Hope laughed.

The boys looked at each other in confusion before Roshaun. "Whats up with this Kio?"

"He just happens to be the hottest man on Earth" i answered him.
"He's the pov king and let me tell you - he could fuck me so ba-"
"I think that's enough" Alejandro cut me off.

I looked to see Mattia staring at me, no excitement on his face.

We decided walking around the city for a few hours, visiting Central Park first.

It was beautiful there, but sadly very crowded.

I walked with Mattia in the back, 'cause apparently we were the slowest walkers.
"You excited for tonight?" I asked him, mostly to get a conversation going.

"Yeah" he said dryly.
I stopped and looked at him.
"That was not very convincing?"

"I'm sorry, it's just" he took a deep breath. "Jenna keeps hitting me up, and it's just hard to reject her, 'cause I really wanna be loved" tears formed in his eyes while speaking.

"Aww baby" I swung my arms around his neck and hugged him tightly.
His hands snaked around my waist before hugging me back.
"You are loved" I whispered into his chest.
He kissed the top of my head, and we just stood like that for a while, until someone interrupted.

"THATS MATTIA" some 12 year old girl screamed.
Suddenly an ocean of 6th grade girls ran our way.

"Can we take a picture please?"
"Who are you??"
"Move I want to take a picture first"

I backed off while Mattia took a few selfies with them.
"I'm sorry, I gotta go now" he said before turning on his heels and caught up with me.

"That was cute" I said, while taking his hand in mine.
We walked the rest of the way to the hotel in silence.

It was now 2pm and the girls and i were in the bathroom, starting to get ready.
I was in the bathtub chilling, while Saga had taken up the challenge to brush Hopes hair.

"Miss Ramirez this is a bush" She complained.
I laughed at them while taking a sip of the champagne glass next to me.
This truly was luxury.

"Well too bad you only have an hour to fix it" Hope said, her focus was on her Instagram feed.

They eventually got her hair under control and straightened. We started doing our make up, which turned out really good on all of us.

"Waow, look at us" Saga said, her face making an 🥺
"We're beautiful"

Suddenly we were all emotional.
"I swear to god, if y'all make me cry so I mess up my makeup I'm gonna kill you" I exclaimed, trying to air wave the tears away.
We all chuckled at my comment and luckily the mood went up again after a few more glasses of champagne.
