I woke up to the sun shining through the curtains as a new day had just begun, but the start of today was different than every other one.

I was in Caitlin's bed, in of one of her jumpers, with her body pressed against mine and her arms wrapped around my waist.

I looked up at Caitlin and my lips curled up into a smile. I moved her hair out of her face and kissed her chin before nuzzling my face back into her neck.

I liked it like this. This was the feeling I'd always longed for. It was easy and free. It was perfect.
