"Joonie" yoongi cried more what namjoon whispered to him.

"You are my boy and i love to do these things for you" mrs. Kim said ruffling yoongi's hairs who was still in namjoon's embrace.

"Okay okay you guys have a meeting, come on Min yoongi" mr. Kim's voice came.

"Y-yes sir" yoongi said pulling himself out from namjoon's hug. He wiped his face with the tissue.

Mrs. Kim gave him a pat on his head then went to her seat back.

"Namjoon Send me the details too after the meeting"

Namjoon nodded at his father's words. Then they all had their breakfast and namgi left for their work.

"Want to grab something on the way?" Namjoon asked.

"No, joon your dad was looking at me when you sat down on driving seat and asked me to sit on passenger" yoongi said remembering the look he was given by mr.kim.

"I know but its just how he is, don't be serious of anything he says or does, he sometimes himself says that he overreacts" namjoon told focusing at front.

Yoongi just hummed forgetting it.

"Should we grab starbucks? I need one i think" namjoon said already stopping.

"Okay, which one you want? I'll go get it" yoongi said unbuckling his seat belt.

"I am coming with you too hyung" namjoon said unbuckling too and they both went inside.

"Good morning, how are you both?"

"Morning, we are good, can we have one large americano and-" namjoon looked at yoongi but saw him so lost looking at different drinks
"He's deciding, till then one large americano for me please"

Barista nodded.

Namjoon paid and took yoongi to a side
"There is a line behind us hyung, decide here"

Yoongi just hummed focusing on what he should have.

"Aww kitten is lost?"

*glare*

"Ok ok choose"

After 2 minutes

When yoongi saw now nobody was there, he went to the front counter and said
"One chocolate cold brew please" he was going to pay but then namjoon suddenly said
"Sorry but can we get these three donuts too please?"

"Sure"

"Thankyou very much" namjoon said immediately tapping his credit card while yoongi was looking at the donuts namjoon chose.

"Okay so here is your order, enjoy the day"

"Thankyou, let's go hyung"

"Oh i need to pay for coffee and donuts" yoongi said looking at the cashier but she smiled awkwardly and answered
"He already paid sir"

"H-huh?" Yoongi frowned looking at namjoon who winked at him and went out.

"When did h- umm sorry, i didn't noticed" saying this, yoongi immediately went behind namjoon while the cashier laughed a bit at the cute behaviour.

"You were so lost there, hyung seriously how can you behave like a fucking real cat huh? How!?"

"I am not a cat! When will everyone understand this!?" Yoongi said in loud voice.

"Keep asking yourself cause you are a cat, for a lifetime"

"Brat" yoongi mumbled.

"Huh? You called me something?" Namjoon asked.

No answer from yoongi

"I asked something assistant mr. Min yoongi"

Yoongi looked at namjoon when he heard the change in tone but huffed when saw a teasing smile on namjoon's face.

They both sipped on their drinks and kept on bickering on the way to the office.

Soon they reached the office

"Good morning sir"

Everyone bowed to namjoon whose face was now showing coldness while yoongi behind him was giving a smiley face, sipping on his chocolate cold brew. In one hand he was holding brew and on the other hand, the donut box

"I'll take the middle one, it looks the yummiest i thi-oof!" He bumped onto namjoon's back who suddenly stopped to talk to talk to an employee.

Namjoon looked behind and saw yoongi standing checking his cold brew if its alright and he didn't wasted a single sip of it, he checked the floor carpet and found no stain. A gummy smile appeared on his face.

"Little things makes you so happy right? If you have had your family then i would be seeing this smile every second" namjoon thought knowing how much yoongi miss his family and rarely gives a sight of his gummy smile.

"Sir?"

"Yeah" namjoon focused back on the employee then went to his cabin

"Your donuts" yoongi gave the box to namjoon.

"Oh yeah, which one you wa-"

"Middle one"

Namjoon chuckled at yoongi's instant answer
"So you were eyeing my donuts huh?"

"Yes i was, what ju gunna doiu" yoongi just took a big bite and couldn't even speak properly.

"I can't do anything except giving you all three"

Yoongi's eyes sparkled with happiness
"And I can't do anything except agreeing to it, thankyou namjoon"

"And you don't even need to do, here take the box"

Yoongi immediately took the box and placed it on the couch, he finished his first donut and couldn't control himself to eat more but controlled himself and went to stand beside namjoon who was going through his schedule.

"Ok so in paradise restaurant, meeting at 11:30, that means lunch outside" namjoon said and heard a squeal of excitement from yoongi

"The pasta in that restaurant is just super amazing joon, if you will ask me there then i can say i want pasta?" Yoongi asked.

"I don't think you are in the mood to work today, you are being super playful" namjoon said smiling at him.

"O-oh, no let's work na, i was jus-"

"So you want a big bowl of pasta or a small one there?" Namjoon asked and they both chuckled.

"You want to taste my brew jooni-"

*knock*
"May i come in sir?"

"Come in"

Employee entered with a file.

"Sir today's meeting file"

Namjoon hummed taking the file from him
"Mr. Min please some coloured copies of these"

"Yes sir" yoongi said taking the file from him and went out.

"Hey yoongi"

"Hi yeom, how you doing?"

"Very bad, so tired of training the new employees" yeom who is the manager of the company said.

"Oh come on you are always tired" yoongi said chuckling while printing.

"You can't understand as you don't this much hardwork, when the boss is your best friend, there is nothing to worry" yeom said making yoongi look at him with a frown.

"It's not like he's my best friend so he behaves different with me, yeah we are bit more friendly but the work is work"

"Don't take it seriously, i was just kidding bro" yeom gave a pat to yoongi's shoulder and left.

"He's the same ceo kim namjoon with me, i do every work he assign me then why they all say I don't do anything" yoongi said then sighed deeply. He hears this alot about him. He know that what the other employees are thinking is a bit right, namjoon is sweet with him but during work, he's serious with him, when he makes a mistake, he gets confronted too like others doesn't care it's alone in cabin or infront of everyone. The burden of work is same. They don't understand that being a friend is more hectic when you know that you friend is your boss and you can't disappoint him.
"Even after doing my every work, at the end of the day, what i hear is 'oh come on you are his friends, you have advantages'"

"Why isn't he back yet?" Namjoon said. He needs the print outs to work.

*knock*

"Come in"

Yoongi entered the cabin
"Printouts"

"Yeah" namjoon took the printouts but
"I said coloured copies, these are black and white"

Yoongi looked at the pages and cursed under his breath
"Sorry sir, i'll go get it printed coloured"

"Be quick" namjoon said giving him the file again.

"Yes sir" yoongi again went.

"What happened to him suddenly, he seemed lost" namjoon frowned.

"Shit! You idiot yoongi, work properly!"

He printed them again.

Going back to namjoon's cabin, he was okce again stopped by the manager
"I see today he have alot of meetings, so many printouts"

"I printed them wrong before so had to do it again" yoongi told.

"Ohh, that's bad, did he shout?" Manager asked.

"Why will he shout? It's not like i ruined the file, i just got them printed black and white and he wanted coloured ones" yoongi explained.

"If any of us would do a little mistake, he gets so angry but it's you so we understand, the perks of being the ceo's best friend" manager said.

"Yeah, he's right, i just mistyped something so he shouted at me infront of everyone" an employee said.

"Well, what you expect from him? If you would check the file before making it official and giving it to him then you could've saved yourself but you didn't checked properly and he got embarrassed in his meeting, you deserved to be shouted at" said yoongi to the employee and then he turned to the manager
"And you, if you couldn't make a best friend like him then its ok but you should definitely stop being so jealous" saying this, yoongi went to the cabin.

Manager gritted his teeth when other employees laughed at him.

"How dare you to make fun of me like this yoongi, now see how i break yours and his friends"
