The months that followed were mostly calm and quiet. Near the beginning of our new life, Billy became a little paranoid about police searches and getting found. This made him a little prickly and closed off, he even started sleeping in the spare room separate from Stu, who began to get lonely at night so I'd often find him at my door begging to watch movies but ending up falling asleep before they finished. These interactions began to make me more comfortable with the idea of sharing a bed in the future arrangement. From then on, I was the one to show up at Stu's door, spending most nights with him. After about 4 months, Billy finally calmed down and stopped fretting so much over the police finding us, as we managed to convince him they'll have mostly given up searching by now. This meant we got his softer side back and he started spending more time with us again, as well as moving back into Stu's and his shared room. It was then that I felt ready to join both of them permanently, and it instantly felt right. From that moment on, I spent every night cuddled between Billy and Stu in their large bed, well I guess our bed now. Most days were spent: watching movies, surprisingly not all horror, learning new recipes and meals with the boys, but keeping them away from the oven, and walks in the woods behind the cabin. Billy is still a bit wary so he didn't want me straying too far from the house, but Stu managed to convince him that it's unlikely anyone would be around in the woods so he relaxed a bit.

About 6 months after we arrived, I discovered a duffle bag in the spare room when I was bored. The contents took me by surprise. I found 3 ghostface masks, 2 knives both in holsters and an exact replica of the voice changer the boys had used during their time as ghostface. I was curious why they had all this stuff still, when an idea popped into my head. Before I knew it, I was dressed in the full ghostface costume, voice changer in hand as I silently snuck downstairs. I spotted Billy and Stu sat on the sofa, their backs to me allowing me to sneak up behind them. I waited a few seconds before switching the voice changer on and whispering into it, "What's your favourite scary movie?" I watch as Stu jumps slightly before quickly turning around to face me, Billy turning too but seeming unphased. They both stare at me for a moment, then sharing a look with each other before snickering. I pull off the mask, pouting, "You're supposed to be scared!" I yelled with a pout. "Doll, that was the most adorable thing you've done so far," Billy says softly, continuing to laugh. "Awww, our sweetheart's a Ghostface in the making," Stu cooed. He comes closer, taking the mask from my hand, and rubs his nose on mine affectionately.

I step back then ask the question that's been nagging me, "Why do you still have this stuff? Isn't it kinda risky, I mean not that we'd get found but... why do you still have it?" Billy and Stu look at eachother, nodding before Billy answers, "Most of the things were spares, in case anything got lost or damaged and we thought it best to bring the spares with us, to not raise suspicion. As for the third mask, well..." he looks to Stu who smiles finishing the sentence, "it was going to be for you." I feel heat rise to my cheeks a little but unsure as to why. The 2 of them smirk at my reaction, less worried about explaining more. "In our initial plan, we had debated asking you to be a third, but then worried that you wouldn't be on board with the idea. However we still kept the plan open if things had turned out differently." Billy explains as Stu frowns, "I wish we had asked you now, it would've been even more fun." Billy places an arm around his shoulder, placing a kiss on his cheek, again causing me to smile unconsciously. "I know, but the plan went smoothly and we have (y/n) here, everything's the way it should be." At this, I move towards the two and they wrap their arms around my smaller form, holding me tight and I know I will always be safe with them.
