"Finally it's last period I can't wait to go home", your friend Akari said as she sat in the table next to you in class.
"Same, today was extremely long for some reason", you replied and sighed.
"I hope this period hurries up atleast", you also added.
But to no suprise it dragged on just like the rest of classes today, but as the rest, it finally came to an end.

You got up from your seat and exited the classroom.
You then exited the school and started taking your usual route that you would take to walk home.
You walked with your two friends Akari and Himiko, who you would usually walk with.

You then felt your phone vibrate in your pocket so you took it out and looked at the notification you received.

"Hmm who are you texting y/n~?", Akari asked leaning to look into your phone.
"None of your business Akari", you replied and shoved your phone into your pocket.
"Whatever you say y/n", she replied and put both her hands on the nape of her neck and continued walking (like how Killua does).
"Y/n's talking to her boyfriend", Himiko replied.
"You know that I don't have a boyfriend Himi", you replied and rolled your eyes.
"Yeah but I bet you'll be the first one to get one between the three of us anyways", she replied.
Akari nodded in agreement.
"How so?", you replied.
"Well for starters you're the most confident and outgoing between the three of us, plus lots of guys always want to talk to you because you're a people person unlike the two of us", she stated.
"That's not true, today you yourself received a love letter in your locker at school", you replied.
"Ouu I'm pretty sure I know who it's from", Akari removed her hands from her neck and raised her attention more to the conversation.
"I'm pretty sure it's none other than her little crush now is it~?", you replied and smirked at her.
"Akira~", both you and Akari said in unison then begain to laugh.
Himiko's face instantly turned a dark shade of pink.
"Shut up the both of you!", she replied trying to conceal her embarrassed blush.
"Anyways this is where we path ways, bye guys see y'all tomorrow!", you said and waved to them as they turned the corner at the intersection and waved back at you.
"Bye y/n!", Akari replied and waved.
"See ya tomorrow!", Himiko replied and waved as well.
You continued walking your route home.
The evening sun was beautiful.

Just then you heard in the near distance someone talking but you couldn't make out what they were saying.
As you approached closer you heard the person talking from behind a bush and couldn't help but notice the familiar voice.
"Hey come here I have treats! Don- hey don't go there!", you heard them shout from behind the bushes.
They sounded like they were struggling.
You then stepped at the side of the huge bush and saw none other than Baji trying to feed a cat.
The cat was white and had blue eyes. It was a lovely looking cat.
"What are you doing?", you said as you stifled a laugh.
"I'm trying to feed this cat a treat but for some reason it wouldn't come to me!", he said in frustration as he tried to call the cat to come to him.
"Give the treats to me", you said as you squatted down to be at his level.
"And what makes you think the cat would come to you?", he replied.
"Just give it to me", you said gesturing your hand for him to give it to you.
He let out a soft "tch" and handed you the treats.
"Now watch how it's done", you replied and then you opened your hand and rested it on the ground and then took out one treat and lightly tossed it to where the cat was.
The cat immediately ate the treat then started sniffing the area for more until it found your hand and started eating the treats from your hand.
You then gently picked it up and it continued eating from your hand and you stood up.
It quickly ate the treats then you start to pet it with your now free hand and it rubbed it's head on your hand giving in to the pets you were giving it.
Baji stood up and the both of you moved from behind the bushes now you were on the sidewalk.
"How did you even-", he said.
"Sometimes it's better to move without haste to achieve something", you replied.
"I see", he replied.
"Wanna pet it?", you replied.
"He nodded and started to pet the cat on it's head.
"You can hold her if you want to", you then said.
You gently handed him the cat to which he took.
The cat rubbed her head into his shirt and purred while he rubbed it's head and back.
"You're good with animals huh?", he replied.
"Somewhat", you replied
"It seems like she likes you", you replied.
He looked at the cat and smiled.
"So you just carry around cat treats with you?", you questioned.
He nodded in response.
"Like, all the time?", you questioned again.
"Yeah, there's usually alot of strays around the streets so I try to give as much of them as many treats as I can.
This shocked you, to you he didn't seem like that type of person, then again you were just being stereotypical.
"That's so sweet Baji I didn't know you were such a nice person", you said as you pet the cat's head and looked at him with a warm look on your face.
"Yeah well don't go around telling everyone okay.", he replied.
"Don't worry, your secret's safe with me", you replied and smiled at him.
Baji averted his eyes from your gaze and had the lightest embarrassed blush on his face.
"Thanks", he replied.

Just then you heard meowing coming from behind the bushes where the both of you were so you both went to see.
You saw three small cats behind the bushes and the cat that Baji was holding seemed to want to go by the kittens so Baji set her down and she ran to them.
"Oh she's a mom and those are her babies", you said in awe.
"She has a family Baji do you have any more treats??", you asked.
He then went into his pocket and took out a small bag that consisted of cay treats and handed you a few and took some for himself.
You both then squatted down again and set your hands out to feed the kitten's and the immediately came and quickly ate all the treats.
You and Baji both petted their heads.
Then the mother cat was ready to leave with her kittens so she meowed at the both of you as a thank you and walked off with her kittens following her behind.
"Bye", you said as you gave them a small wave.
Then the both of you stood up again and went back on the sidewalk.

"You got cat fur in your hair", you said and pointed as you saw two strangs of cat fur in Baji's hair.
He attempted to take it out but no dice.
"Here let me", you said as you took the fur out of his hair.
You touched his hair before the other day but that was for a brief moment.
His hair felt so soft and silky you wondered how is one to have their hair so well kept.
"There", you said as you were finished.
"Thanks", Baji replied.
"No problem", you replied.
"So which direction are you heading now", he asked.
"This way", you said and pointed down the street.
"How about you?", you replied.
"I'm heading the same way but I'm taking the first corner.
"Well then let's go", you replied.
It was a short walk till the both of you reached the corner.
"I guess this is where we path ways", you said.
"I guess so", he replied.
"Wait hold on where is Chifuyu don't the both of you go to the same school?", you asked.
"Yeah we do and I usually walk home with him but he went home early today because of some family stuff", he replied.
"Oh well I hope it's nothing bad, tell him I said hi when you reach home okay?", you replied.
"How do yo-", he was about to say but you cut him off.
"A friend of a friend Baji, a friend of a friend", you said as you turned your back to him and started to walk off.
"Wait", he said.
You stopped and turned around.
"Hm?", you replied.
"Can I get your number?", he said and took out his phone.
This made your heart skip a half beat.
"S-sure", you stuttered and took his phone and entered your phone number.
"Here", you said and handed his phone back to him.
You then barely noticed the light blush he had on his face and he took his phone and quickly jogged off waved his hand and said "see ya!"
You just stood there both confused and somewhat shocked.
'She's good with cat's that's so cool', he thought to himself.
You then continued your route home.

At night you played Mindcraft with Kenma and Hinata and burned Kemna's house down because he laughed at you because Hinata burned your house down yet again.
Hinata was devastated that he kept making that mistake and apologized numerous times to which this time you showed him how to not burn your house down.
It was fun.

After playing Mindcraft for a bit you were now in bed about to go to sleep until you heard your phone 'ding'.
'I wonder who's messaging me this hour', you thought as you looked at the clock that read 10:27 pm.

'4 new messages'
You tapped the notification.
You smiled as you read the messages you received.

'Did he just send me a read heart?', you thought as you rested your phone down on your dresser.

'I just sent her a red heart what was I thinking?' he thought as he had a slight blush on his face.
'I hope she doesn't think much of it', he thought as he felt slightly embarrassed.
