"Pull them up!" Kurapika barked, digging his heels into the slippery wood. The crew scrambled, grabbing onto whatever they could for support. The ship lurched to the side, sending barrels rolling across the deck. One slammed into your leg, nearly knocking you over, but you pushed forward, rushing to the group. "Hold on, I got it!" You grabbed onto Leorio's coat, adding your strength to theirs. Together, you all pulled, inch by inch, until Gon and Katsuo were safely back on board, collapsing onto the wet deck. "You okay?" you asked, panting as you knelt beside them.

Gon gave a breathless laugh, "Yeah..That was close!" You couldn't help but let out a laugh along with him. Katsuo coughed, sitting up with wide, terrified eyes. "I thought I was gonna die..."
"You almost did," Leorio huffed, shaking out his arms. "What were you thinking, jumping like that?!"
"I couldn't let him fall!" Gon grinned.

Kurapika sighed, pushing his soaked bangs out of his face. "Reckless as always." You shook your head giving Gon a hard hit on the back, receiving a playful shove back.

You wiped the water from your eyes and turned toward the horizon. Through the thinning storm clouds, you spotted it—a shape in the distance. Land. "We made it!" Gon shouted excitedly, his energy somehow untouched by the chaos. Once the boat stopped you practically leaped off onto the ground. All of you stood ringing out the water from your clothes, god you were going to need a real good bath after this!

"I have never been happier to feel dirt under my feet," Leorio groaned, stretching his arms above his head. Kurapika wrung the water from his sleeve with a sigh. "That was unnecessarily dramatic."
You all turn to look at the place you were at now, full of people! Like a city of some sort.

Leorio let out a long, exhausted sigh, rolling his shoulders as he muttered, "Man, that trip took years off my life..."
You raised a brow at this, crossing your arms.
"Well, considering you're already, what, fifty? You don't have many left anyway."

"I'M NINETEEN!"

"Yeah." You literally could not miss an opportunity to mess with him.

Kurapika sighed, clearly already used to this, while Gon just laughed as the four of you took your first steps toward the unknown.
