,,Hello everybody"

Makima greeted as she situated herself on the big red sofa. Ray followed and sat next to her like a lost puppy. She was a little intimidated by the people in the room right now. They all looked like they belonged in the mob with their expensive looking suits and the strong scent of Hugo Boss cologne they were releasing.

There were three women and one man seated on the opposite side of the big round table in the middle. The man had blue hair and held a cigar in his left limped hand and the two women looked like polar opposites as one of them seemed like the smart ass logical type and the other one resembled Ray in her cool relaxed demeanor

,,Good evening, Makima. How are you this evening?"The man with slicked back blue hair asked with a raspy low voice as his eyes laser focused on Makima

,,Oh Tadashi, I'm very good. You?"

,,Me? I'm awesome. My team just hijacked a Russian plane you know."She slightly giggled at his remark

,,Makima" a woman with white hair started. She's the one who mirrored Ray

,,Who's the hottie you brought with ya?"She gave Ray a seductive gaze making her eternally shrink in her seat

,,Oh this beauty? Her name is Ray. She's new at the agency, Oh and she's a half devil"

This information earned several reactions. Some gasped, some got into defensive positions

,,Woah woah guys, I'm not hostile...chill"Ray put her hands up in defense and gave a sheepish smile

,,Hm, Makima you wouldn't just bring anyone to a meeting like this, so she must be significant for you"

,,Sharp as always, Megumi"
Makima clasped her hands together

,,Everybody, as you know our operation will be taking part sooner than we had anticipated. So we need as much assistance as we can get."

,,And? Don't we already have enough devils?"

,,Ramona, let me finish. Ray isn't like any of our devils. Her ability is in my opinion one of the most harmful"

,,And what is this 'super ability'?"The white haired woman asked as she put her legs on the brown table in the middle

,,Actually, Ray my dear why don't you enlighten them"

Ray's eyebrows raised as she pointed to herself

,,Me?"

,,Yes, nobody better than you would be able to explain the ability"

,,Oh, K?"

She got up and dusted off her blazer and tightend her tie.

,,Ahem well, my mom was the so called 'depression devil'? And basically she could like produce these huge ass waves that make everybody in a 10 meter radius get stuck in a loop of the most depressing or scariest moment they had ever experienced"

She took a sip of water and a deep breath then continued

,,After her death, this ability was passed to moi, Ray and Yeah....that's it"

She awkwardly made her way back to her place and sat down

,,Wow..."

,,See? I told you all, that this meeting would be worth it"

The blue haired man cleared his throat earning everybody's attention

,,So this ability sounds cool and all but what if the devil hasn't experienced trauma at all?"

,,Oh yeah I forgot to mention that, although it is near impossible for a devil not to have experienced something like this ever the ability manages to paralyze them if they indeed haven't"

Damn I sound so smart!

,,Ohh, I understand. You got a good one here Makima"

,,I told you, all my dogs are extraordinary"

,,What about Chainsaw?"

Makima's eyes sparkled upon hearing that question. She released a sinister chuckle

,,Don't worry, I got him wrapped around my finger"

Chainsaw? Is that her boyfriend??

,,Anyways, thank you everybody for attending this meeting. Expect more details on the operation by the end of the week"

Makima got off her seat and everyone else followed. They shook each other's hands and said their goodbyes then everybody left the room including Ray and Makima

,,So Ray"

Ray turned to the red haired beauty

,,Are you ready for some fun?"

Ray tilted her head at Makima then nodded slowly. The golden eyed fox took her hand and walked her through the club to another secluded area

,,Aw man another meeting?!"

Makima chuckled at Ray's childish tone

,,No silly, I told you we were here for some fun"

She winked and opened the red door revealing a room full of half naked women dancing to music. Ray's eyes glimmered at the view as she ran into the room

,,This is heaven"

Makima chuckled and joined Ray inside of the room after closing the door. From that moment on, Ray could not remember a single thing from that night...

༒︎Saturday night, 3:34pm༒︎

Ray's POV

I wke up this morning smelling like pussy and booze, not that I'm complaining I mean those two things are on my top three favourite things along with dick. I swallowed some pills for my throbbed headache and just went about my day.

Right now I'm cleaning up my small apartment since I invited Power over for some lunch. It didn't take much to convince her, as soon as I told her she could bring her cat and that I would be cooking, she was in.

I was gonna invite Denji too, but I decided to do something else with him on another day. Same thing with Aki, I figured since I wasn't gonna stop doing this job anytime soon, I should at least get along with that loser.

I took the the pizza I made out of the oven and set it on the coaster as I started to slice it up. I set the table with flowers and my mom's special cutlery.

,,I hope she won't think this is a date.."

I decided to leave out the flowers since I wasn't sure what Power was going to think...then again she doesn't really think so...

Ding

,,Oh shit that must be her"

I ran towards the door in my pink panties and cropped nirvana t shirt and opened it.

,,Heyy-"

,,Where's the food?!"

She busted in with meowy in her hands and sat at the table

,,Come on, I'm staving! Meowy's starving too!"

,,OK, OK coming"

I sat across from her and watched her devour the pizza and mozzarella sticks. She caught me staring at her

,,Whatcha lookin' at huh?"

She asked with a mouth full of food earning a chuckle from her dining companion

,,Nothing, I see you really are fond of food huh?

She swallowed and nodded

,,Of course! Who isn't? Food is a lifestyle baby"

,,Amen"

We sat there in silence for a few moments until I decided to break it

,,Hey, I've been meaning to ask you something. It's about Denji"

,,Ugh, no we're NOT dating"

,,That wasn't it but thanks for clarifying that too...erm what's his ability?"

She pet meowy the looked at me

,,He just pulls this string that's in his chest and he turns into this Chainsaw creature with a Chainsaw head and Chainsaw arms. It's pretty gross actually"

,,Wait, chainsaw?"

,,Yeah, can we not talk about that idiot?"

,,Yeah sure sorry"

During the meeting Makima said she had this Chainsaw person wrapped around her finger. If she means Denji then what's he in the operation for? Wait, what even is this operation???

,,Hmmm"

,,What?!"

,,Nothing, just thinking about something..."

,,It's Saturday, you're not supposed to think dummy"

Ray grinned at Power and nodded

,,You're right. Let's just watch a movie, sound good?"

,,Whatever, as long as it's not a romance"
