3rd Person POV, The Owl House

We stared in shock at what we had just seen. "Belos... Really does all of that..?" Amity said, her eyes wide from horror. "I didn't expect him to be so low," Eda muttered, fists clenching. "Did you see the bandages he had on?!" Luz cried out, turning to them. "It must happen all the time for him to get so many injuries!"

"I guess that helping him out will be easy, then." Eda said, walking towards her staff. "What do you mean?" Luz asked, head tilted slightly in confusion. "You heard Belos! That Hunter kid is going to come looking for us!" Eda explained. "He might not come along easy because of all the threats, but if we manage to catch him, he'll stay here happily with us!"

"Great plan, Eda!" Luz cried out, running on the spot. She was excited. She'd get to save the Golden Guard from his evil uncle!

"Well then, we better start planning!" Amity said, giving Luz a determined look. Luz's face reddened slightly, but she put on a determined grin.

"Let's go save the Golden Guard!"

-(Timeskip)-|-(Hunter POV)-

Before I left for the mission, Steve had revealed that it would be a solo mission. For a while I'd wondered why uncle never told me, but I discarded the thought soon after. He's upset with me, why would he tell me anything?! I thought, my fear and frustration mingling together.

I arrived at my destination, which was a thick patch of woods. Apparently the Owl Lady and her rat lived around here. So far all I've found is a bunch of Apple Blood bottles and a weird fake crown. "Ugh... Thick forests are the worst..." I mumbled, flicking a spider off of my robe.

I had been walking for a while, but I always ended up at the same place for some reason!

"Augh- Dumb forest!" I cursed, kicking a nearby twig. "AT this rate, I'm never gonna find-"

"Me?"

I looked up in shock, only to see the Owl Lady above me. "You-" she cut me off quickly. "Sorry buddy, but you're gonna have to sleep for a bit."

"What-"

A thick dust whooshed past me, sending my robe flying. I quickly recognized it as a sleeping spell.

"W-Why would you..?!-" I cut myself off with a yawn. "Do that..."

I fell to the ground with a thud, slipping into unconsciousness.
