| sometime around 7 |

"AHHHH guys what do I wear!?!" I yell while looking inside my closet. I asked nai and kai to come over and help me pick out an outfit for the date with Kageyama. god idk why I'm so nervous, he's just a friend. A friend that I fricking have feelings for.

"well where are you guys doing on this date?" kai asks. I look back at the two and say "he said something about an amusement park" I bite my lip still really nervous about this whole thing. "how about this, me and kai pick out your outfit and you can just do your hair and makeup" I nod my head "okay but make it at least cute" they smile at me "on it ma'am" they say unison.

they walk over to my closet and I walk to my vanity.

I decided to curl/straighten or do whatever with my hair (you choose) then I go with a (whatever you want) type of makeup look, after a while i finish up and I hear nai say "you ready to see your options?" I turn my head "you look gorgeous already" kai tells me "yeah I'm ready and thanks"

they then show me the options (down ⬇️)

"I'll choose this one" I say as I grab the outfit "go try it on, I wanna see how you look" nai says "I chose that one" kai says with a proud face "you have good style kai" I pat his shoulder and head to the bathroom to change.

once I change into the outfit I unlock the door and show the outfit to them "omg my baby is all grown up" nai says wiping a tear from her eye "you look so good" kai says "no seriously you look drop dead gorgeous" nai adds on. I felt my ears heat up at the compliments "look at yourself" nai points at the mirror. I turn to the mirror and lowkey surprise myself. Woah I look gooddddd okay y/n pop off. I'm a baddie or whatever ( ͡◡ ͜ʖ ͡◡).

we then heard a knock on the door and my phone went off, kai and nai grab it and nai reads it out loud "Kageyama says he's here" my face turns red "well do I look okay wait- I look more then okay"

third person pov:

nai and kai run downstairs leaving y/n still in her room. they open the door and see Kageyama. "come in, she'll be down in a minute" kai says as Kageyama steps in.

y/n was in her room spraying some soft perfume when she heard nai yell "Y/NN COME DOWN UR BOYFRIEND IS HERE" she got all flustered and she ran down the stairs. Then her eyes met with his.

Kageyama pov:

I could hear l/n's footsteps as she came down the stairs, that's when our eyes met. "l/n I- you look kn- knife.. knuff.. nice" I saw a faint blush on her face and I felt a small smile creep onto my face "you look knife as well Kageyama" she said teasing me. her angelic voice is enough to satisfy me.

y/n pov:

"well that's our cue to leave... see you y/n" nai says as she walks out the door "yeah see you byeee" kai says following her out. I wave bye to them and turn my focus back to Kageyama "should we go now?" he asks me "wait I'll be right back" I say before sprinting back up my stairs to my room.

I look around my closet and grab the jacket that kageyama gave me the day of the Halloween party.

I then run back downstairs not wanting to make him wait any longer. he looks me up and down "you still have it?" I nod my head, this caused him to blush a little "oh sorry did you want it back?" I said as I was taking it off "No- um no it looks better on you. keep it." I smile at him "thanks... let's get going?" he nods his head and we walk out my house.

I lean in towards Kageyama "did you put on cologne? you smell nice" he nods his head "yeah thanks"

along the way we made small chit chat and learned a little bit more about each other. Apparently he has an older sister named miwa and he lives with his single mom.

Time skip

"this is it" I look around at the scenery

there was a huge Ferris wheel, food stands, a bunch of rollercoasters and many more games and rides. Anything you could imagine to have the time of your life, but there's a problem "I'm scared of rollercoasters" Kageyama turns to face me "HUHHhhH?!?! you're telling me this now?! why didn't you say anything earlier?"

"sorry I just didn't wanna ruin the date idea" he rolls his eyes "you're an idiot you know that" I chuckle "yeah but you still asked this idiot out on a date so who's the real idiot?" he lets out a small laugh "okay we just won't get on any rollercoasters, soo wanna do the ring toss?" I smile at him and grab his hand "hurry up then"

time skip

"say cheese Kageyama" I say as I smile into the photo booth camera "tobio" I turn to face him "what" he pulls me closer "call me tobio" my face turns red "okay t- tobio" his face turns a light shade of pink and we both turn to face the camera.

"call me y/n then" he nods his head "okay y/n" I smile and we do some more other pose

"Kageyama these pictures turned out great" he nods his head "yeah" he hands me one of the strips and puts the other in his pocket.

"wanna go on the Ferris wheel?" he asks me and I nod my head. he grabs my hand and we walk to the where the line begins.

"hey ka- tobio um after this wanna get some crepes?" he nods his head "sure I'll pay"

"no I'll pay" he shakes his head "I said I'd pay"

"but I wanna pay"

we continue this bicker until it was our turn to get on

"next"

I turn around "I'm paying end of discussion" I tell him. He bonks my head "I hate you" once we get on the ride I sit down "you know you love me" he rolls his eyes.

I look around at the view, it was dark out already and you could see all the lights and the beautiful view of the park.

"so beautiful"

I turn to face Kageyama "yeah it is" you didn't know this but he was actually talking about you. he thought it was beautiful the way you admired the view. the way the lights reflected off your eyes.

the ride soon comes to a stop "that was fun" I say as we get off.

we head to the food stand and get some crepes. they tasted so good and I ended up paying because I'm a girl boss 😌.

after that we did a few more games then decided it was time to head home.

"OMGGG tobio is that a kitty?!" I say as I point towards the black kitten laying on the street "yeah it is" he says as he slowly walks over to where the cat was laying.

"hi kitty" I smile as I look over at the adorable scene going on.

I slowly walk up to them and kneel down with Kageyama. "can I pet you?" He says as he cautiously reaches his hand out. The cat rubs it's head onto his hand and purs.

"I think it likes you" I say "of course it does" I roll my eyes and say "it doesn't seem to have a collar.. I think it's a stray?"

"im keeping it then" I smile "well what is it?" I reply. He proceeds to lift up the cat "it's a girl"

"what should I name her?" he says while looking at me "hmm what about yami?"

"yami because it means darkness and she's a black cat.. idk it's dumb" I say as I scratch my neck

"I like it" i turn to look at him and he has a smile on his face. cute.

"you're so cute yami" he says as he pets the kitten.

"thank you for tonight tobio I had fun" I say "I had a great time too y/n, thanks for letting me take you out" I smile at the raven head boy

He then suddenly pulls me into a hug "we should do this again" i felt my cheeks grow red "y-yeah of course" I hug him back

he lets go "see you around y/n" he pats my head "b- bye tobio" he waves goodbye and I walk into my house.

tonight was amazing.
