GLISTENING DIAMONDS.

THE SOUND OF BOMBS nearly deafened Diana as she tumbled down at least four stories.

Her body bounced against rough concrete and metal and it wasn't until she fell harshly right on top of Clint Barton that she finally let out a breath.

Diana groaned in pain rolling over onto her side and off the man, her head was pounding and her vision began to distort and blur. She let out a hoarse cough as a sharp pain came from her side.

By the smell and flow of water, Diana knew she had landed in the sewer system underneath the facility. "Clint?" She asked shakily as she touched the side of her abdomen.

The man wheezed out several coughs and sat up, looking at the girl in worry as she pulled her hand back and it was covered in dark red blood. "Diana? Oh my... sit up. Hurry."

The girl did as she was told, wincing in pain and she now felt the small piece of metal stuck in her side. Clint pulled out a small device from one of his pockets and shook it until it lit up a bright blue.

Diana coughed and looked at the strange blue smoke stuck inside the silver tube, "What the hell is that?"

"Don't really know. I wasn't paying attention to Tony and Bruce when they explained it in gibberish. All I know is that it's like a slight dose of the Super Soldier Serum Steve was injected with in the '40s and it's supposed to be used on wounds like this in times of emergency. Each one of us has one tube. So shut up and follow my instructions."

Diana nodded and watched as he pulled out a piece of gauze and held it to her wound making her yelp in pain and looked up in her bright blue eyes, "On the count of three I'm gonna pull the metal out, okay?"

Diana pursed her lips in pain and nodded, looking away. Clint sucked in a deep breath and pressed on the wound harder. "Okay, one, two-"

"SON OF A BITCH!" Diana yelled and threw her head back as Clint harshly ripped out the piece of metal. "You said three! Three!"

"Sorry." He muttered back and shook the tube again before pressing a button that shot the cold blue smoke at Diana's wound. The wound closed up and immediately as the smoke hit Clint's and Diana's nose they got an adrenaline rush.

"Okay, come on," he grabbed her cold hand and hauled her up hastily, and grabbed the infinity gauntlet that was laying on the side.

The girl groaned and latched onto a pipe for support, she blinked a few times before her vision cleared a little, "How much you wanna bet it was the stupid purple grape?"

Before Clint could respond a loud clang rang out from the other end of the pipe system making both Diana and Clint whip their heads towards the sound.

Clint carefully pulled an arrow from his quiver and shot it, creating a light to illuminate the dark tunnel, Diana froze as her eyes caught sight of multiple alien creatures lurking at the end of the tunnel.

Diana's eyes widened, "Shit, shit, shit! We gotta get those Stones out of here."

Clint turned to her and nodded, "Run! Now!" He yelled, and Diana didn't need to be told twice. She sprinted alongside the man, the gauntlet clutched firmly to Clint's side.

A creature caught up to the teenager and grabbed onto her leg, making Diana fall back. "Clint!" She yelled and pulled out a knife and stabbed the creature in multiple places only it didn't do anything.

Clint turned and quickly shot the creature, causing Diana to stumble back up. "When I release this arrow we gotta run like hell, you understand?" Clint panted, as hordes of creatures ran towards them.

The girl nodded and Clint shot an explosive arrow, Diana grabbed Clint's arm and dragged them both away. A loud crash rumbled through the pipes and both Clint and Diana tumbled out onto another small platform, where they both collapsed tiredly.

Diana coughed and shook her head, "Can we... like, not do that again? I'm really fucking tired."

At the sound of footsteps, Diana's exhausted, half-closed eyes looked up, only to see Nebula standing above her analyzing the two. Diana pushed her blonde hair away from her face and gave the woman a weak smile, "Oh hey..."

Nebula walked over to Clint and he held up the gauntlet tiredly, "We know you." He mumbled, handing the gauntlet to Nebula who smirked at the touch of it.

Nebula raised her wrist to her mouth, "Father, I have the stones." She spoke clearly.

"Wait...What?!" Clint yelled in shock as Diana's eyes widened in horror.

"Stop." A green woman yelled, appearing from out of the smoke followed by someone else who looked like Nebula.

Clint scrambled to his feet and picked up Diana with him, ducking behind some rubble, their eyes flickering between the green woman and the two Nebulas.

The green woman and the Nebula with the gauntlet had drawn their guns.

The Nebula holding the gun scoffed, "You're betraying us?" She asked in disbelief.

"What the hell?" Diana whispered with confusion looking at the three.

The Nebula who stood beside the green woman stood forward. "You don't have to do this." She replied calmly. "You've seen what we become."

The green woman tilted her head, "Nebula, listen to her." She pleaded. "You can change."

The Nebula with the gauntlet wavered slightly, "He won't let me." She concluded, pointing her gun at the green woman.

"NO!" The green woman screamed, but before Nebula could fire, the Nebula from beside the green woman shot her in the stomach. The gauntlet fell alongside the dead body, clattering to the floor.

Diana slowly stood up from the rubble, racing forward to let her fingers clutch the gauntlet, sending a look of utter confusion towards the two alien women, who stood silently, "Is all of your family colorful?"

Clint stood up and rubbed his temples. Diana shrugged, "What? I'm just saying. Look, Nebula is blue, the other chick is green, and Thanos is purple. Have you ever thought about it?"

Clint tiredly shook his head at the teenager and turned away. Seeing the man walk away, Diana followed him, "Hey? Where are you going, Clint? I was just saying... what if their mom is pink? Who knows. I'd like to be pink. I'll look hot, right?"
