Glass breaking, followed by laughter and loud inhales from not being able to breathe.

"Nah man, you gotta put your whole body into it! Gimme the bat." Taehyung took the bat from Jeongguk and put another bottle on an old table which was abandoned, too.

Bat resting just above his shoulder, strong grip and a sharp inhale for clear mind right before the swing. These things seemed crucial to Taehyung and as funny as it was - he took this activity seriously.

Glass scattered everywhere for the ninth time. Tae smiled, seemingly proud of himself again and looked at his friend:

"Saw that? Relax aaand swing."

The next ten minutes Taehyung spent teaching his friend his own way of smashing bottles. If competitions of that sort existed - he would be ecstatic. It's a silly thing to spend time on, but he liked it nonetheless. Plus - he got Guk into it. He thought so, at least.

Running out of bottles wasn't a worry, but running out of energy was. Both of them agreed to climb on top of a caravan and get to the snacks they brought.

"I'd never hire you as a teacher. God I'm so tired.."

"You'll get used to it, haha."

"If you think I'm doing this again--"

"I'd be absolutely right, right?"

Internally pouting, Jeongguk opened a can of soda. Healthy lifestyle, huh? Adieu, dream.

Silence was alright with both of the boys. It was rarely uncomfortable between them. Just enjoying each other's presence is all that should matter. They gazed into the cityscape from the top of the caravan, the top of the hill. It was a moment of peace, tranquility, even.

Taehyung laughed.

"What?"

"I'm happy."

"Because...?"

"It's a nice evening. I rarely have fun, yknow? Thanks, haha."

Jeongguk just smiled at his friend and seeing the lights, coming from the city in front of them, reflected on Tae's eyes made him smile even more.

"Oh, by the way, I... met a guy."

"Wait, what?"

"Hey" - Taehyung put his hands up as if to stop Guk from thinking what he thought he was. "Not like that."

"Enlighten me then."

"I was in the Central park and a dude with pink hair and a costume approached me. He said I looked different. Do I look that different?"

A slight frown made its way to Jeongguk's forehead : "Pink hair and costumes don't go together. That's highly unethical now."

"That wasn't my question."

"Taehyung, you're called a 'Fake' in school even though you're not that. People fear change and... Higher individuals."

"Wow, an inspirational Coconut head. I'd take that any day, haha!"

"In the name of The Creator, stop it."

"Okay, let's change the subject then. Does Immortality act up, like earlier, often?"

"From time to time."

'Lies'

"It's not that usual for powers to do that unless you have more than 90% of control of them."

"Maybe I'm not that strong, haha."

'LIES. How long can you keep lying to him, Jeongguk?'

"Damn, I wish I could be immortal."

"Trust me, you wouldn't, Tae."

"Of course I would! Do you know how much you could do in your life? Oh, so much!"

"If you're talking about the number of smashed bo--"

"That, too, haha! But the most important thing is how much you'd see: time would dissappear for you and everything would change in front of your eyes in bare seconds. A scary thought for some. "

"Exactly. But you can still end it all. Or get killed. Scary thought for some, too."

"Ah, you're right..."

Sighs escaped their lips at the same time. Jeongguk's was quieter.

But all this was bound to change.

As quiet as a whisper, words came out of Taehyungs mouth:

"Why did you.. we lose contact?"

The tranquility was bound to be ruined.
