Working at Seaquest wasn't easy. You would get lots of jobs in one day. You can hardly even take naps so you always have to sneak one in. I was walking across the ship tiredly with coffee in my hand. I drag my feet and bump into someone's hard chest. "I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going," I say taking a few steps back. I looked up to the captain. "You alright Y/n?" He says with concern writing across his face. "Yes sir," I lied. "Go get some rest Y/n you have another long day coming tomorrow, you need it," "No captain, I'm fine honestly," I lied again. "No, go, now," He says now demanding. "Okay, thank you cap," I say giving him a smile before walking off further into the ship. I reach my room and pull the metal doors open. I walk in and close the door before dumping myself onto my bed. My feet was honestly killing me.

It's been ten minutes and I hear a gentle knock on the door. I groan and get up to walk to the door. I open the door and see Lucas. "Lucassss," I say jumping into his arms while he chuckles. He kisses me before I pull myself and drag him into my room. Luckily I cleaned my room yesterday. "You okay?" He says curiously. "Yes," "No you're not," he says pulling me in a tight hug kissing my head. "How'd you know?" I say tightening my grip a bit while snuggling my head into his chest. "Well, you're hugging me tight, you look a mess, in a good way, and you look tired," "Fine, you win," "Come on let's cuddle," he says taking my hand and gently pulling me to my bed. He lays on my bed and gets comfortable. I lay on top of him and put my head on his shoulder while he combs his fingers through my hair.

"What happened?" He says breaking the silence. "It's just hard," I say letting some tears full onto his shoulder. "I know love, it will get better," he says putting his hand under my shirt and rubs my back. He knows it calms me. He gently kisses my collarbone and we full asleep.
