𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘬𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘺𝘢𝘮𝘢 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘧 𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘫𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘬

"I'M GOING TO MISS ALL OF YOU SO MUCH!"

everyone widens their eyes as bokuto runs up to the crowd, trying to hug anyone that's in his way, because he's going to miss everyone so damn much.

y/n pouts, looking at all her friends that she met over this year. the year is at its end and many will leave for university. some will attend the same uni, but others will get to another one and they need to stay in touch over text. and the first and second years will stay obviously, as they're still in high school, needing to graduate and get through the remaining years.

the female sighs to herself, looking for one person in particular. she hasn't seen him yet, so maybe he's just busy talking to his own teammates. she hopefully sees him soon enough.

"i don't like it when we have to say goodbye," some voice next to y/n says, so she turns around, where she's met with osamu and atsumu.

"ex-husband!"

the girl wraps her arms around osamu's neck and hugs him, then moving to atsumu to hug him as well. she smiles at both of them and nods.

"yeah, i don't like saying goodbye either. we have to hang out over summer! you've got to see charles, samu!"

osamu smiles and nods, "of course, i'm sure we can meet up with each other. you sure kageyama won't be mad about that?"

the female shakes her head, "nah, he'll be fine. and if he's going to be mad about that he can sleep on the floor and i won't speak to him again."

"who's going to sleep on the floor?"

the sudden sentence coming from behind y/n make her heart skip a beat. she turns around and is met by the face of the person that she likes the most in the whole world.

"hey, tobio-kun," atsumu says with a smile, high fiving his youth training camp buddy. "long time no see."

"you're going to sleep on the floor," osamu starts, looking at the raven haired male, "but only if you're mad about me and your girlfriend hanging out over the summer. sorry mate, but i've got to see my child."

"that's fine," kageyama answers, nodding to osamu. "i don't mind that. why would i?"

"we didn't know if you were going to be some jealous prick."

"oh i'm sure he is," atsumu says, placing his hand on his chin. "he has in the past, but i don't think he's showing it much anymore. he's definitely done that in the beginning!"

y/n chuckles at the guys in front of her, shaking her head a little. "yeah, i think tobio is a bit jealous sometimes. but that's okay, isn't it bestie?"

"mhm yeah," kageyama mumbles, shrugging.

him and jealous? he doesn't really remember being jealous ever. maybe it's just him being concerned and them seeing it as jealous? kageyama has no idea, but being jealous doesn't seem like something he would do. as long as people don't hit on his girlfriend and make sure that they know that she's taken, he'd be totally fine with anything.

"alright, we're going to say goodbye to others. see you later!"

osamu and atsumu wave at y/n and kageyama, and then walk away to say goodbye to other friends that they have made, leaving the two lovebirds alone.

y/n turns her body so that she's standing in front of kageyama and smiles up at him, looking into his beautiful blue eyes.

"hey there," she whispers, chuckling to herself. "i don't believe we've gotten time for ourselves in the past days where we could really talk. i mean, just the two of us then."

kageyama nods at her words, a small smile forming onto his lips. "not really, huh? we're always around others. but finally, i have some time with you, alone."

y/n looks around, biting her lip to prevent herself from laughing.

"yeah um... alone as in, we're having a conversation without others because we're still not really alone... and i think that sugawara-san and sawamura-san are staring at us."

"let them be."

kageyama shrugs and smiles at his girlfriend, looking into her (e/c) eyes and not taking his blue ones away from them. he smiles, being happy that he's finally got the girl that he wanted so badly.

they went from her texting him without him wanting it, to being best friends and texting every day. he denied that he had a crush on her for way too long, but now that they're finally here, he wouldn't have it any other way.

this journey is what brought them here in the first place and kageyama wouldn't change it, ever. he's happy where he is now and he can't wait to see what the future brings to them.

"i'm going to miss you," y/n whispers, looking up to kageyama.

the male looks down and his eyes meet y/n her (e/c) ones. he smiles at her and nods, putting a strand of hair behind her ear.

"i'll miss you too. but we'll see each other soon so i think we should be fine, right? you can come over any time and i'll gladly take a train to tokyo again. haven't seen much of it yet."

the girl chuckles and nods, then wrapping her arms around the male and pressing her cheek against his chest.

the love she feels for tobio is unreal. it's not only because they're together, but she appreciates their friendship a whole lot as well. if this doesn't work out for them, she'll still wouldn't want to let go of him and stay friends.

but hey, she won't think about that, because there is no way that she's ever letting this guy go.

"ah, i got to go."

y/n gets pulled out of her thoughts by kageyama and now hears the shouting of coach ukai. she looks up to kageyama, and that's when he does the unbelieveable.

kageyama leans down and presses a soft kiss onto y/n's cheek, then leaning back and smiling a little at her.

"i'll see you soon, y/n."

he lets go of the girl and walks away, aaving at her as he walks towards the bus.

y/n is flabbergasted, not knowing how to act. she tries to get out of her trance and wave at her boyfriend when he gets into the bus, but it's all so overwhelming with him kissing her cheek out of nowhere and all the teams needing to leave.

tobio chuckles when he sits down and looks at y/n from the window. hinata is sitting next to him and looking at his friend with a big smile around his lips.

no one would think that kageyama was the one to get a girlfriend, and especially not one that he would kiss in public. man, who is he becoming?

the raven haired male looks out of the window and waves at his girlfriend when the bus drives away, thinking about the summer break and having a huge smile around his lips.

they'll have an amazing time and he can't wait to see her a couple of times, finally spending time with the person that he loves the most— and now as a couple.

it's going to be fucking amazing.

a / n : AH GUYS IT'S GONNA BE OVER SO SOON I'M SO SAD :(( i can't believe i've written over 80 chapters now and that it will be over 80 soon (i'm counting the extra chapters as well lol). it has been a great journey and i think i'm finally able to let go of my sweet lovebirds y/n and kageyama , even though it's gonna hurt </3 there will be a surprise for all of you as well so don't be sad but i doubt anyone will be HAHAHAH anyway hope ur having a lovely day and i'll see you guys in the next chapter!! xoxo
