𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱

𝐅𝐄𝐖 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐁𝐘, and todoroki and y/n find themselves closer to one another each day that passes. they hang out with each other, go on cute dates together, laugh to one another; it's almost like they're dating already.

there is just one thing that's left to do, and that's for todoroki to finally ask y/n to–

"todoroki! babe, you really need to ask y/n to be your girlfriend!"

the male frowns as he looks up from his breakfast. there are no others in the kitchen or common room than todoroki. he thought he was the only one, since it was only six in the morning, but turns out that uraraka and tsu are awake too.

"babe?" the male asks no one in particular, but uraraka calling him by that nickname really makes him wonder various things. but mostly, why?

"oh!" the brown haired girl says, plopping down on the chair opposite of todoroki. "i'm sorry, todoroki. i'm so used to calling y/n by that name that i call more people babe."

uraraka grimaces by those words, "i even found myself calling bakugo babe yesterday. that was... let's say it was a weird experience. i've never seen him more mad in my entire life, i guess."

"you and bakugo aren't a match, just saying," tsu says, then taking a seat down next to uraraka and looking at her. "plus, as answer to your words; i do think i've seen bakugo even more mad than yesterday. do you remember that fight that midoriya and he had a couple of months ago?"

"the one that they got detention for?" uraraka asks, her eyebrows lifted. "i remember that, why?"

"yeah! that one. well, like i said, i think he was extremely mad that day fighting deku. yesterday was more of a grumpy bakugo yelling at you, but in the worst way ever."

"mhm, you might be right tsu."

the green haired girl smiles and crosses her arms. "i know. anyway, speaking of deku... how are you two doing, huh? how's midoriya? you guys in first n–"

"tsu, we're talking about todoroki here! hey, earth to todoroki? yeah, hey! did you even hear what i said just now?"

uraraka her eyes glow a deep shade of red as she tries to get tsu her mind off deku and her. she doesn't want to talk about it because she feels embarrassed. besides, they're here for todoroki and his love life so there is no room for her to be liking deku or anyone for that matter. the mission is to get todoroki his crush to like him, and they're finally into the right direction. there is only one more step to finish before the mission's over.

"what?"

the brown haired girl frowns. "todoroki... gosh, did you even listen?"

the male shakes his head at uraraka her words, then finishing his breakfast. "no, i didn't. i was too caught up in my own thoughts, which are none of your concern, and my breakfast. so yeah, no i didn't listen."

"easy there tiger, suddenly you know how to use your words i see," tsu says with a laugh. she places both her hands on the table and looks at todoroki with a stern look.

"anyway, we think you should ask y/n to be your girlfriend for real now."

"now already?" the guy asks with a frown, titling his head a little to the side. "we've only hung out a couple of times."

"a couple of times? please! you guys have been hanging out together like three or four times a week! that's even more than you do with any of us!"

"yeah, because you guys suck."

"hey, don't need to get all cocky now! you don't even know how to ask the girl you like to be your girlfriend," uraraka says, then crossing her arms and looking away. "psh, pathetic."

tsu rolls her eyes at the two exchanging their words. todoroki isn't showing any emotion, but uraraka has her arms crossed and looks somehow sad.

"anyway," tsu says, then focusing her eyes on todoroki. "the last step to complete the mission, is to make it official! come on now, todoroki!"

the male sighs and places his fork down. "but what if she doesn't like me that much? we haven't even kissed yet. i don't even think she likes me as more than a friend, even though we hung out a lot of times."

uraraka's face softens and she turns to todoroki, then grabbing one of the notes out of her pocket. "todoroki," she mumbles, then giving him the note. "read this."

the male grabs the note from his friend and frowns. he reads the words on the paper as he tries to read them out loud.

"let your confidence grow naturally with experience. before you go out and use this guide to get the girlfriend of your dreams, there is one more important thing in need to mention about how to naturally develop confidence. it takes practice and courage to talk to a woman, so don't expect it to go as planned with the first try. even after you got the girlfriend of your dreams, it can still be hard to talk to her..."

the guy mumbles and looks up. "yeah, so? what do i do with this?"

uraraka motions for todoroki to turn the note around. she smiles, and so todoroki turns the little note around. he nods, "ah, got it." after that, he continues reading.

"practice makes perfect, is what they say. if you want to naturally develop confidence, you need to practice. it doesn't matter if you do it with people that you might not like, or if you practice with the girl of your dreams. it's all about practice, even though you've got the girl you like; practice with confidence and show her what you've got. because guys, confidence is an important thing."

the male sighs to these words. "so you're telling me that i just need to ask her and not be afraid? how am i going to do that?"

uraraka smiles. she stands up from the chair. "simple, todoroki. you just ask her."

some hours later, todoroki finds himself at y/n's door again. it feels like that time where he told her she left her pencil case in class, even though tsu stole it from her. it feels so weird to be here.

and he's so nervous.

todoroki has no idea what to say to her. does he say that he likes her? does he just ask her to be his? what do you do in such a situation like this?

"todoroki, just knock on the door!" midoriya whispers, leaning a bit away from behind the plant so he can look at his friend. "just knock and you'll see what happens!"

the red and white haired male nods, then sighing and knocking on the door. yeah whatever, just fuck it. his friends are right, if he doesn't show courage, he will never ask her to be his girlfriend.

y/n opens the door carefully, peaking her head out and then smiling when she sees her friend and crush standing there. "shoto! hi, what are you doing here?"

she opens the door wide open and smiles. "i'm surprised you're here, but definitely not mad. what brings you here?"

"do you want to be my girlfriend?"

the girl widens her eyes and chokes on her spit as those words leave todoroki's lips. she looks at him wide eyed, her mouth half open and no words coming out.

"say what?!"

todoroki starts to blush, looking away and scratching his neck. "do i need to take that as a no? was i too straight forward? i mean, it makes perfectly sense if you don't see me in that way but–"

"oh, shoto..." the girl then mumbles, a smile creeping upon her lips. she takes a step forward, then grabbing his hand in hers. "it's not a no."

"sooo..?" todoroki says, his face moving to look at his crush's face. he looks a little awkward, the tiniest smile on his lips, leaving y/n in awe.

"so, that means that i'd love to be your girlfriend."

todoroki's tiny smile turns into a bigger one. his lips curl into the hugest smile that y/n has ever seen. "oh my... that's incredible."

the girl wraps her arms around her now boyfriend's body, then hugging him tight. she lays her head against his chest and closes her eyes, smiling bright.

a few meters to the left, midoriya, uraraka, iida and tsu find themselves standing in awe. they watch their friends hug and send each other glances once in a while.

"this is the cutest thing ever!" uraraka mumbles, her eyes twinkling by the side of her two friends finally being together.

they really did it. they really used the help of some stupid site to bring todoroki and y/n together. it failed for a second, that for sure, but it also made them even closer.

y/n sighs happily, then letting go of todoroki. "i was kind of waiting for you to ask me, though. i'm glad you did it in the most you way possible."

"in my way? is that even a good thing?" the bicolored male says, suddenly feeling insecure about the way his girlfriend used her words.

"no! oh gosh, no! it's great. i love how it was the most you way possible! you just stood there and blurted it out as if it was nothing, i like that about you."

the girl smiles and stands on her tiptoes, then placing a soft kiss onto todoroki's cheek as she leans onto him with her right hand.

the male blushes at her gesture and watches her stand back right away. she smiles at him, but doesn't take her hand away from his shoulder.

"i love you, shoto todoroki."

todoroki widens his eyes at her words, just like it does to the rest of their friend group. everyone is standing in shock, not knowing what to say. but then todoroki says something that his friends never expected him to say so soon.

"i love you too, y/n."

and that everyone, is how you get a girlfriend.
