As days go by and turn into weeks, you come back from the capital and go to the town, staying for at least a day. But, when you're fortunate enough to not be that busy, you get to stay 2-3 more days before going back to the city.

Keeping such a promise is such a hassle. It's exhausting, but then again, you always remind yourself that those hardships will come to fruition. The whole family is your motivation to keep going, to assure your parents that when their time comes to settle down, you have something to provide for them. So, as much as it pains you, even if you're pushing yourself far beyond your limits, you always put on a facade that you're fineโ€”you should be.

However, whenever you come back, the changes that you've had never go unnoticed by those around you. The bags that are starting to grow under your once lively eyes, you've gone paler. You love taking care of yourself, especially your hair, but seeing it unkempt or having some dry strands poking out, pinkish lips that always wore a smile now turn into a frown frequently. You didn't notice that you're unconsciously giving some kind of sign that you're so stressed, tired, and troubledโ€”it's clear as day that you're slowly killing yourself, and to say that they're hurt and concerned is an understatement.

When your other friends heard of this from a certain burgundy-haired woman, they were all worried too but more disappointed in themselves for not being there for you, caring for you, or helping you in some way. Seeing and hearing that you're suffering tore their hearts into pieces. Should they even still be considered as your friends? Heck, they even feel more guilt and shame because some of them harbored feelings for you, but looking at themselves, remembering what they didโ€”it's pathetic. They're pathetic.

(Name)'s family couldn't possibly let their beloved son/brother keep torturing himself.

So, after you go back to the city, all family members gathered up and thought of something, and they just hope that it'll work.

After a meeting on the rooftop of the school building, getting to know the Four Kings and the representatives of each year level, Umemiya and his friends, with some additions, were now gathered in their usual placeโ€”the Cafe Pothos!

"I've missed this place so much!" Someone exclaimed, letting out a breath. The figure has long straight black hair with pinkish-red edges and blue eyes. They wear earrings, and is seen with red lipstick and a choker.

"The cafe is still the same, nothing much changed..." A male wearing glasses and has bright, striking red hair, stated blandly before fixing his glasses up using the pointer and middle finger. There's another figure beside him who nodded and he appears to be a tad bit shorter. He wears the standard Furin uniform but large in size, he wears a hoodie underneath as his head was being covered by its hood.

"It's been a while since we're all here... except that he's not here to see this." Hiragi Toma says, his voice sounding down when he says the next words. Hearing him say those brought bitter smiles on some of their faces except for the four out of five first years who only stared at them with confusion and curiosity.

"Ko~to~ha-chan~!!" Then Umemiya goes in the scene as he sang the name of his lovely sister, his voice booming in the restaurant, making this his hidden attempt to lighten the somber atmosphere. "What's the occasion~? What's with the sudden text? Did something happen?" He bombarded the woman with questions as he recalls what happened earlier.

The white-haired teen was surprised and overjoyed to get a text from his adoptive sister as it's the first that she's the one who made the move, but it soon turns into a serious one when he reads the message.

From: Kotoha-chan
"There's an emergency, come quick!"

But when he and the others arrived, there's nothing. The town is fine, the cafe also. "You said there's an emergency, what kind of emergency...?" He asked, blue downturned eyes not leaving amber ones.

"Sorry, but there's no emergencyโ€”" Kotoha started but before she could continue, a grunt was heard and it came from a black-and-white haired teen. His expression were put into a scowl. "The heck's your problem?! Was it a prank you did?!!" He shouted, eyes furrowing in irritation. Some of his friends were holding him off to stop him from approaching the burgundy-haired female, the others just stared. "Enough, Sakura." Toma said in a low tone, but the mentioned teen ignored him but stopped thrashing from the others hold. "And you, Kotoha, you must've a reason to do that, right...? Let's just get this over with."

Kotoha give a small smile towards Toma as she nods. "Thank you, Hiragi and yes, I do have a reason. It's not an emergency but a missionโ€”a big one." Her expression turns serious, amber eyes gazing at each of one of them seeing their reactions.
