Jeongin introduced you to the oldest maid of their family who was asked to take care of this house too by Jeongin's mother. She is almost at her 50s, had some grey hair at the middle part of her hair and was warm in nature. She told you how Jeongin literally grew up in front of her eyes and expressed her gratitude towards you as you held his hand for the lifetime.
"Jeongin has always been a kind kid. He looks cold and tough but from inside, he is warm and welcoming. But he is awkward sometimes and can't open up to someone easily. I'm really happy to see he opened his heart for you. You both get along well. "- she exclaimed with a pleasing voice, showing how happy she was to see Jeongin married.

For once, I really felt like this aunt will get a heart attach if she gets to know about our fake marriage!

" Yaah Jeongin you really gotta give all of us a party! you got married after all ~ " Hyunjin said to Jeongin. Hyunjin is the managing director of Jeongin's company and his precious childhood bestfriend. Because their fathers are friends, they both shared the same innocent childhood, same school and hostel, same amount of secrets and now are working together at the same company. Hyunjin has always been the person Jeongin trusts the most after himself.

" But I need to ask Y/n first before making this decision. I can't hold a party without her permission " , Jeongin elaborated. Hyunjin could only chuckle to see how the same old Jeongin who used to hate asking for other' permission & getting aback by such stuffs like relationship, is saying this without hesitation.

Jeongin used to think that relationships prevent people from living their lives freely.
You're born alone and you'll die alone. Everything in between is just decisions and fate. Why give up on your happiness for someone else?! Why giving someone else the right to decide for your life?! - he still hasn't change that mindset.

You were just working on your novel that you're supposed to finish before next week for a competition, when Jeongin came back from office. He brought up the party thing to you after freshening up, which had been constantly pinned on his head. To his surprise you didn't have any objection on this matter , instead you were happy to know that Jeongin didn't take a decision without your concern.
" You sure you'd be ok with the questions that would be slammed on your face? " he asked furrowing his eyebrows.

~ heh I didn't think about it though ~

" I guess so. I mean...even if i say no this time, we'd have to face this issue someday anyway , right?! " he nodded to your response. You got a point ; suppose you say no to this time but there's no guarantee that you won't have to face the staffs from Jeongin's company in future. It would be better if you settle things now.

As soon as you gave your approbation for the party, Jeongin started instructing the maid about the foods and certainly, he made a whole list of stuffs as if he was the only one who got married. You insisted on making the food at least however you got back nothing but a big NO on your face. Not only that, but also Jeongin brought you some new outfits which were classy yet comfortable but expensive as hell unlike your not so fashionable clothes which you bought time to time in sale.
( understandable cuz you are just a struggling writer )

- in this way, finally the day has arrived -

You were just plating dinner when Jeongin came back from his office along with some of his co-workers. Surprisingly the rude brat you knew, had always treated his employees as family. He was kind enough to give them break, listen to their concern and now introduce you in this manner.

As soon as you opened the door, Jeongin wrapped his arms around you, so close that you could feel warm breath on your shoulder. Obviously you weren't aware of such stunts, you didn't know his motive of doing this when he slightly whispered ," sorry but we have to act like a lovey-dovey couple ". Understanding his point, you happily encircled your hands too and patted his back to end the hug with a fake awkward smile. On the other hand, the employees along with Hyunjin were too stunned to see Jeongin hugging someone.

Jeongin has always been a person who hates skinship no matter who it is in front of him. He feel annoyed even with a slightest touch on his hand. Whenever Hyunjin rubs Jeongin's cheeks, one could only hear the frustrating sound and his screams sometimes. It's always been like that - maybe before this day.

" Jeongin, you didn't mention that Y/n is this pretty?! Now i understand how you got convinced to marry her " Hyunjin laughingly exclaimed, while you were serving the dishes. But you didn't hear anything from Jeongin.

( maybe he doesn't think you're pretty. I don't think you should even care, right? )

- yeah! I don't care what he thinks about me -

You were happy to see that your guests were satisfied and that's what you were caring about. They were so full that if they would have eaten a bit more, their stomach had exploded. You all were having good time, chatting over a glass of wine - and suddenly the first question of the evening was asked.
" where did you two first met? "

Initially you thought you could make up something when time would come just like you used to do in your environmental paper ; you used to make up something and surprisingly got good marks too. But it wasn't a class test this time, it was a life test - the most important one -
Your mind became blank as soon as the question reached your ears, knowing that it was meant to be answered by you.

You looked at Jeongin with widen eyes whose eyes were already at you.

If they got to know that we met because of an accident, they would probably go crazy.

With a nervous laugh, you said " Uhm.. we -we met at a party ". Jeongin's face was dropped when you answered, which immediately made you anxious if you said anything wrong. " But, we've never seen him going on parties." another employee commented.
You felt the tension building up through your red cheeks and ears which is a sign of nervousness. One could read your face if you were feeling shy or nervous just by looking at your cheeks or ears that turns red in times like this. But it wasn't the time to feel nervous, it was time to clear doubts ( if there are ) in the mind of those guests.
As you were preparing your A+ answer this time, Jeongin spoke up to save you.

" we just met at her aunt's housewarming party where her aunt introduced me to her. My mom and her aunt are friends, thus we are like this now . "
His answer was cold but was enough to justify your marriage.
