CHAPTER TWELVE - WHITE THUNDER, PART 3

𝓣𝙰𝙽𝙽𝙴𝚁

"DRAGOZORD, SHOW THESE FOOLS WHAT you can do." The White Ranger said as he flew off his Zord. The Dragozord then started ruining the roofs of nearby buildings. The dust flew by us and ruined some of the buildings. It was pulling us back. "Hey, no need to get crazy!" Conner informed. But the Dragozord continued blowing dust with his wings.

The Dragozord then flew into the air as we looked up. It attacked us both. "They need help." Dr. Oliver said to himself. The Dragozord continued attacking us. "Stegozord, activate!" Dr. Oliver said. "I was hoping you'd do that." The White Ranger exclaimed. He got out his dagger. "Stegozord, you are under my command." The White Ranger said. He then got into his Zord. "Dino Stegozord formation!" He said.

"Uh-oh, not good." Dr. Oliver stated. We watched as he formed a Megazord of his own. "He stole the Stego!" Conner pointed out. "What?" Kira said. "Woah." Ethan added. "I don't believe it. . ." I said. "Not bad for a new guy, eh?" The White Ranger claimed.

We stood there waiting to see if he would attack. "Why are you doing this? You're losing it." Kira said. "No, you're the one losing it, and you're losing it to me." The White Ranger corrected. "Did anyone else hear that extremely wrong or was it just me?" I asked.  The White Ranger then attacked both of us. We began fighting him. "I say we go at him full-on!" Ethan exclaimed.

"Tricera Fist!" Ethan shouted. They attacked him and it pushed him backwards. "Tryanno Drill!" Conner yelled. "Dino Stegozord Stinger, intercept!" The White Ranger shouted. The attacks collided and ended up destroying both of our Megazords. As we all fell to the ground. "Brutal!" Kira said. "You're telling me." Ethan said.

"Kira, Conner! Ethan, Tanner! Are you guys all right?" Dr. Oliver asked. "Now I know how the Mystic Rangers felt when I attacked them." I thought. "Yeah, but our Zords are seriously tweaked." Conner informed. All four of us got up. "That was just low." Dr. Oliver said. "Since when do they have bad Power Rangers?" Ethan asked.

"I was one once. I was just like The White Ranger. Attacking my own friends." I think to myself, looking down. "Now I'll take the rest of the Zords." The White Ranger claimed. His dagger glowed. "Not gonna happen!" Dr. Oliver exclaimed.

"What are you doing?" Kira asked. "Trying to break the Stegozord away." Dr. Oliver replied. Dr. Oliver finally got back control of the Stegozord as The White Ranger's Megazord came apart. "You'll pay for that." The White Ranger said. The Dragozord then flew away. We congratulated Dr. Oliver.

We were back at Dr. Oliver's house. "Well, that was, like, the worst day ever." Conner said.

"Brutal." I added. "There's gonna be a lot of days like this, guys." Dr. Oliver explained. "Uh, whatever happened to "The glass is half-full"?" Kira asked. "Sometimes, its not. Sometimes, its empty. But that's when you gotta dig deep. That's when the qualities that made you guys Rangers become most important." Dr. Oliver answered.

"You're right. What can we do?" Conner asked. "Go have a little fun." Dr. Oliver responded. He looked at Ethan. "Ethan, isn't there a new video game you want to check out?" Dr. Oliver asked. "I never thought I'd hear myself say this, but. . . I have no desire to go near a computer." Ethan informed.

"I know what you mean. I haven't rode my motorcyle since I got here." I said. "Go on. Teacher's orders." Dr. Oliver ordered. We all looked at him. "Go." Dr. Oliver repeated. We all got up and headed out.

I grabbed my motorcyle and put on my helmet. Conner went to play soccer, Kira probably went to go play her guitar, and Ethan probably went to go play a video game. While I was riding, I noticed Trent sitting on a bench where Conner was doing soccer. I stopped my motorcyle and took off my helmet. I ran up to him. "Hey, Trent." I said. "Huh?" He looked up at me. "Are you all right?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." Trent replied.

"No offense, dude, but you don't look fine." I said as I tried to touch his shoulder. He backed away. "I'm just taking a rest." Trent said. "Maybe I should call your dad or something?" I offered. He got up. "No don't! Just leave me alone." Trent said and ran off.

I sighed and got back on my motorcyle. I needed to check on him. I stopped my motorcyle and started to run looking for him. "Trent!" I shouted. I looked around. "I know he went this way." I told myself. I was still in my leather jacket with a purple shirt underneath. The White Ranger suddenly came and attacked me. "Dino Thunder, Power up!" I shouted as I morphed and fell to the ground.

"Oh, great! It's you again!" I said, noticing The White Ranger. "Tell you what, this time I'll give you a sporting chance." The White Ranger said as he threw his dagger up in the air and it fell to the ground. "You're going down!" I claimed as I got into a fighting stance. "Oh, really?" The White Ranger asked, not believing me. He then attacked me and I fell to the ground.

"Looks like it's you that's down." The White Ranger said. I got back up. "That's it!" I said. I got out my Carno Sword. "Can't fight me without a weapon, huh?" The White Ranger claimed. "All right." I said as I threw my sword on the ground. "Why do we have to fight at all? We're both Rangers." I claimed.

"You're good, I'm evil. It's a pretty simple concept." The White Ranger responded "I said the same thing when Xander asked me the same question." I thought. He ran towards me. "Wait!" I said. He punched me and I fell to the ground. I decided to call Dr. Oliver.

"Hey, Dr. O, I'm in trouble here." I said. "Hang on, Tanner. I'll send some you some backup." Dr. Oliver said. "Get up!" The White Ranger ordered as he grabbed me. He started attacking me. "Going down." He said as I fell to the ground. "Look what I found." The White Ranger claimed as he grabbed a sword. "You're out of your mind!" I said.

"Now, now, let's not judge, especially since I have the sword." The White Ranger informed. He began attacking me again. "This is getting old. Let's finish this once and for all!" The White Ranger said. He attacked me once more. "Also comes as a handy laser. Later, bro." The White Ranger said and fired the weapon at me.

I tried getting up. "Don't even bother. It's over." The White Ranger stated. I got up. "Huh?" The White Ranger said. "It is so not over!" I claimed. I then got into Super Dino Mode. I headed towards him. "Stay back!" He said as he fired the lasers.

I attacked him as he fell to the ground next to his dagger. "Woah! Looks like I tapped into a whole new level of power!" I exclaimed. The White Ranger got up. "You beat me at my own game. Congratulations. Looks like you won't have to worry about The White Ranger anymore." The White Ranger exclaimed.

He dropped the weapon and fell to the ground. "Oh, man." I said. I rushed up to him. "Hey, wait a minute! I didn't mean to— Are you all right?" I asked. He attacked me. "Am now!" The White Ranger said. We began fighting once more.

"I can't believe I fell for that!" I said. "And here is what you get for your stupidity." The White Ranger informed. He attacked me and I fell to the ground. He grabs his dagger. "You put up a pretty good fight, but now its over." The White Ranger said as he walked towards me.

He stopped when Mesogog and Zeltrax showed up. "Don't let me interrupt." Mesogog said. "Who are you?" The White Ranger asked. "I am. . . Mesogog." Mesogog responded. I got up. "I can't believe you two haven't met. You have so much in common." I commented.

"Silence!" Zeltrax said as he attacked me and I fell to the ground. "Do not speak unless spoken too." Mesogog said. "Now. . . We have some business." Mesogog continued. "I have no business with you." The White Ranger informed. "I'll make you a deal. I'll help you defeat the rest of the Power Rangers, and you can be one of my subjects when I rule the planet." Mesogog offered. "I'll take a pass on that. Dragozord, on-line!" The White Ranger declined. "I'm outta here!" He continued and went into his Zord. "Shall I finish him, Master?" Zeltrax asked.

"No. Our new friend seems to have a fascination with the purple one. I will let him live in the hopes that he will lead us to him again." Mesogog replied. "Very well, My Lord." Zeltrax said. Mesogog and Zeltrax then disappeared.

"Hey, Tanner!" I saw Conner coming up to me. "Conner?" I asked. "Tanner! Are you okay?" Conner asked as he helped me up. "I think so." I replied. "Just so you know, good guys do not wear white." I informed. We saw Angor and The White Ranger about to fight each other. "Hey! They're fighting each other!" Conner exclaimed.

Angor wrapped The White Ranger in chains. Dr. Oliver, Kira, and Ethan joined us.  We watched as Angor and The White Ranger continued fighting. Then, Angor was destroyed.

We arrived back at the cave. "I don't get it. One minute, The White Ranger's fighting us. Then the next thing, he's blowing up Mesogog's freak." Kira said. "Whoever he is, he could definitely use an anger management course." Ethan said. "So Dr. O., what was with the whole Super Dino Power thing?" I asked. "Look, you guys only began to access your full potential." Dr. Oliver explained.

"I like the sound of that." Ethan commented. "I'm going to the warehouse to find that fossil finder that we left." Conner said. "No, you guys head home and get some rest. I'll get the fossil finder." Dr. Oliver informed. "Thanks." Conner said. "I still don't know if Trent's all right. I left a message." I stated. "I'm sure he's fine." Kira told me.

A/N: I'm not gonna add the park where Dr. Oliver gets fossilized. And I know it was Conner that fought The White Ranger. But I made it Tanner instead since you know, he was evil in the first book.
