Joshua led the traumatized girl in his room and located her in the middle of his bed while trying to track his medkit box down. 

"Here it is..." He grabbed it from the top of a shelve and approached Soon-hee. He sat right next to her and carefully touched her hand to bring it on him Trying not to look at her he started taking care of her. 

"Who did this to you?" Jisoo said breifly audible. Soon-hee didn't want to say how she gained those wounds because she was a little afraid of what might happen next. "Aren't you gonna tell me?" Jisoo asked slolwly lifting his head to stare at her. 

"I can't..." She whispered and Joshua grabbed a band aid, placing it onto the wound. 

"I care about you... Please..." He whispered and the girl sighed. "I can't... If I tell you... I am afraid you will do something that will only make things worse..." She admitted the reason behind her silence and Joshua scoffed. 

"So It's someone I know..." He started thinking deeply and his eyes widened. "Don't tell me is Minghao... I-I-" He was about to get up and storm off to find the guy but Soonie grabbed his arms and immoilized him. 

"Of course not! Minghao would never do something like that..." She almost hissed. Having to conceal something so secretive was not the best thing Soon-hee had to do. She felt really bad eventually. 

"Then who?" He sat back and held both of her tiny hands. 

"If I tell you, will you promise me to not do anything or even say anything... Let it be between us Joshie..." She whispered ready to open up her heart to her boyfriend. 

"Then How am I going to protect you?" He gulped, miseraby. He was feeling like he was the one who had to protect the small girl. 

"I am not the one who needs protection..." 

"Then who?" 

"Minghao..." She whispered and Joshua narrowed his eyebrows perplexed. "W-What do you mean?" He asked dying to know for more details. "Will you promise me?" She was presistent and Joshua scoffed. 

"I promise Soonie... Tell me now..." 

"The person who made this scratches to me was... Lisa..." She whispered this name petrified to even say it out loud like she was calling a demon. "W-What?" He gasped being completely shook. 

"Lisa was indeed cheating on Minghao... She saw us at the mall and pretended she didnt... L-Last night... S-She-" She started trailing down until her voice broke and tears got released from her eyes. 

"Hey baby... No..." Joshua said and kneeled down, wiping away some of her tears with his thumbs. 

"Shhhhh..." He tried to comfort her as the girl was extra weak and emotionally unstable. "What happened next?" He asked. "Sh-she threatened me... She told me not to say anything cause I don't have proof..." She said while tears were streaming down her face. 

Joshua got up just to sit right next to her and hug her. 

"I am gonna kill her..." He whispered and pulled Soonie into a warm and homelike hug. "Joshua I don't know what to do... I am scared..." She whispered burying her head onto his chest.

"Hey you don't have to do something... From now on... I will never let anything bad happen to you... I will protect you... I promise..." He whispered and gave her a peck on top of her head. Slowly the girl broke the  hug and started wiping her own tears away. 

"And What will I do with Minghao? Lisa is cheating on him... What am I supposed to tell him?" She asked and the boy smiled while his one thumb wiped away one of her tears. 

"You can tell him tomorrow morning... Leave it for today... Relax... Sleep, Read... Take some time to yourself..." He tried to sooth her as it was an easy task for him. His voice was so smooth and mellow that could touch her heart in so many different ways. 

"J-Joshie... Can I ask you for a favor... If It's not to hard to ask..." She shyly asked and Joshua smirked. "Nothing is to hard if I want to see you smiling again..." He answered setting her heart on fire. 

"C'mon Tell me..." He said as soon as he read her adorable expression. 

"Can you maybe sing to me...?" She asked and the man was actually surprised with her request at first. After that he just smiled and his eyes almost closed in happiness. He climbed his bed and properly laid on it staring at the girl.

"Come here Lola..." He gently grabbed her arm and seized her closer. The girl laid beside him with her head placed onto his chest.

"What are you gonna sing?" She mumbled against his chest and the boy laughed. "Sunday morning? probably..." He started caressing her hair as his eyes were looking at the ceiling. "Go aheaddd!" She said pulling his shirt with her hand alerting him he is procrastinating. 

Then Joshua, opened his mouth and words were perfectly getting out.

His voice was smooth and clear and quiet yet powerful. Soothing, in a way. She knew you don't really call a guy's voice beautiful, but his was. It was the promise of tomorrow. It was beautiful, and she wished that he would never stop.

Her eyes closed as she was about to drift off. It was one lulluby she wished she could listen to forever.

She was about to sleep and Joshua was about to stop singing as well but something brought her back to the real world as well. Her phone rang destroying her peaceful sleep inside Joshua's embrace. 

Her eyes opened and stared at her bag on the floor. "I need to pick it up..." She blurred out really exausted. 

"Okay..." Joshua whispered and Soonie sat on the bed this time grabbing her bag from the floor. "Hello?" She said as soon as she picked it up. "Hey Soonie... It's me..." Minghao said from the other line. 

"Are you better?" He asked in agony. 

"Yes Hao... I am a little better..." She said slowly titling around to see Joshua. 

"Mmhm I wanted to tell you that I won't be returning to the dorms any time soon... I met some new guys and we decided to go to the mall together... But I can cancel my plans... Are you sick? Do you need me?" He tenderly asked and the girl was about to cry again. 

"N-No Hao... Go with your friends... Please have fun... Okay?" She smiled while a tear sliding down her face. 

"Are you sure you are okay? You don't sound really good..." He distinguised her weak voice after so long and immerged to asked. "I am okay Hao... I just need to sleep a little more... Don't worry about me... If I need something I will call Joshua... Okay?" She reassured him and the man felt a little better. 

"Okay Soonie... Call me anytime. Love you." He retorted and the girl smirked with tears in her face. 

"Love you too..." She said and hang up. 

"What happened?" Josh lifted half of his back up, leaning against the wall and staring at the girl placinmg her phone on the bedside table. "Hao has plans for tonday..." She announced and laid back once again into Joshua's embrace. 

"That's good! You don't have to tell him anything today... That's perfect..." He cheered and squized her in his hug. "Joshie?" She asked hugging him tight. "Yeah?" The man asked happy to have her in his arms. 

"Can we sleep together?" She said and Joshua's eyes widened in shock. 

"I-I mean..." She realized that what she said sounded a bit sly and tried to save it. "I knew you only wanted me for my body..." Joshua teased her and the girl started blushing like crazy. She hid her head against his chest and pretended not to ever exist in this world. 

"I am joking Lola... I know what you mean..." He caressed her hair and the girl slowly looked up at him. 

"So... Let's sleep... Together." He whispered slyly and the girl almost gulped. She looked breathtaking to Joshua's eyes. He slowly gave her a smooch on the lips and started cuddling with her as his eyes closed. 

"Sleep..." He whispered, As he realised she was staring. 

"T-That's what I am doing..." She stuttered. 

"With your eyes open?" He teased her again and the girl slowly closed her eyes coming even closer to the boy. It was one of the moments she was sure she loved him but still was afraid to admit it out loud. 

So she just slept.

"Wake up baby..." He was whispering while his hands were caressing her hair. She slowly started regaining her senses as her eyes slowly opened to see a smiling Joshua...

"J-Josh?" She said while her eyes weren't properly open. 

"Yeah It's me..." He giggled and the girl lifted the half of her body up to realize he is not in her room. She looked outside the window and noticed it's dark outside. "What time is it?" She asked trying to look at the hour in the phone. 

"8!" Joshua giggled and Soonie's eyes widened. 

"How many hours were we sleeping?" She asked shocked. "I barely slept..." He announced getting half of his body up. "You were just sitting there?" The girl was shocked. "Do you know you like an angel when you sleep?" He giggled and the girl started blushing. What's this feeling?

"S-Stop..."

"I can't!" He said, glaring at how beautiful she looks at everything she does, even sleeping. "I-I need to go..." The girl got up and Joshua grabbed her wrist not letting her leave like that. 

"Why?" He asked surprised. 

"Because Minghao might be in the dorms... I didn't see him today..." She announced and Joshua needed. "You can't leave like that though..." He announced and the girl scanned his face. "What do you mean...?" She asked perplexed. 

"Without a goodbye kiss? No, Miss!" He shook his head in denial and Soonie sat on his bed. "J-Just one...." She said and the boy giggled. 

"Well If you wanna give me two kisses I don't really have a pro-" He was about to tease her again but her lips landed on him and as she was about to break the contact Joshua pulled her closer , woth his hand on her cheek, deepening the kiss.

"You can go now! Text me later..." He said letting go of her. Actually she was feeling dizzy after this interaction they had. "B-Bye..." Joshua laughed watching her exiting his room.

(Night)

Not after a long time she finally made her way to the room and opened the door. As soon as she was in, slamming the door behind of her, she glared at her best friend on his bed with a glass of whiskey on his hand and some tears on his eyes. 

"Hao?" She gasped at this image. He rarely drinks but today he seemed worn out.

"Are you okay?" She asked and sat right next to the boy. Tears started sreaming down his face intensely. His arms hovered her as she was shocked. "What happened?" She asked as her palms were caressing his fluffy hair. 

"L-Lisa..." He sobbed along with his wobbly voice. His head rested on her chest and his hands travelled around his best friend. "What happened with Lisa?" Soonie asked although she already knew. 

"I caught her cheating on me... At the mall..." He blurred out opening up to Soon-hee. "Wait what?" She acted like she did not know a thing. What should we say? That she already knew? That would make his feel like trash. 

"8, breathe... Take a breath please... And give this to me..." She said and took the glass off his hand, leaving it to the floor. 

"Soon-hee I wanna die..." He mumbled and the girl gasped. 

"Hao Listen to me... Never say that again... Never..." She was wiping his tears away from his face actually shocked to see her friend like that. 

"It hurts.." He was uncontrollably sobbing. 

"I know it does... Listen to me... I promise we will get pass this together... Shhh..." She continued wiping his tears away and his eyes finally stared at her. "Do you promise you won't leave me?" He mumbled with a full voice. 

"Of course I won't... I love you so much Hao..." She said and gave him a peck on the forehead. 

"I love you too Soonie..." He said and hugged her once again. 

"Here... Lay down... I am gonna sleep beside you tonight... Okay? Everytime you feel alone you can titl around and hug me... Okay?" She asked and the boy smiled after his session of crying out loud. He nodded and laid back on his bed patting the empty spot beside him. 

"Give me a sec to text Josh to tell him I am okay..." She took the phone out of her bag and started typying. 

Soonie:

Hao knows about Lisa... He is a mess... 

Joshie: 

Wait, what? How did he learn about it?

Soonie: 

He probably saw her at the mall... Like us.

Joshie:

Do you want me to come?

Soonie: 

No no... I will take care of him... Do you wanna do something tomorrow to help him feel better?

Joshie: 

Of course!
Oh!
Soonie? 

Soonie:

What?

Joshua:

If you need something text me anytime... Okay?

Soonie:

Okay Joshie Thanks... See you tomorrow morning...
