Soon-hee was staring at the mirror in front of her, rethinking if she made the right styling choice. She put a lot of effort on it as she was ready to visit the cafeteria for the project with Joshua.
"Wow... Why do you look so beautiful?" Minghao said passing by from her and the mirror. The girl titls around with a bright smile.
"Really? Do you think I am beautiful?" She was exhilarated. "Oh No... You are always hideous... I am just trying to boast your confidence..." He said destroying her dreams.
She slowly titls around to stare at herself on the mirror and her smile slowly faded away. "I am going to change..." She was about to run to the bathroom but the boy seized her wrist.
"I was just joking Soonie... You look fine...!" He carassed her head and then jumped onto his bed.
"So are you gonna come to the cafeteria with me?"
"Yes!" She smiled, awkwardly blushing with her head stuttered.
"Let's go then!" He was about to walk out of the room but Soon-hee grabbed his wrist and fiercly turned him around. Accidentally he smashed him to the wall. "WAIT!"
"Ouch..." He mumbled in between his breath, actually whimpering. "I am anxious!" She announced and the boy started rubbing his back. "And how is that my fault...?" He slowly approached the bed and sat on it, waiting for the girl to say what's wrong.
"What am I suppoded to do? What if he makes a move... I don't know how to act... What if he tries to kiss me!" She figured out and slowly her head turns towards him with a sly smile.
"No way!" Minghao said actually disgusted by the girl's idea. "You are right... Aghhh what am I supposed to do?" She started smashing her head onto the wall but this time Hao didn't even try to stop her.
"Aren't you gonna stop me?" She asked titling towards him with a pouty face. "No... You deserve it for slamming me on the door.."
"Haooo..." She almost cried.
"What? What? Literally you found someone that doesnt care you are an idiot and still act like the end of the world!" He complained and the girl got offended. "Did you call me an idiot?" She scoffed and Hao got up from the bed.
"The only piece of advice I am gonna give you is be yourself!" He said and opened the door. Is that the correct thing to do? Be herself?
"You know something.."
"What Soonie?"
"I don't even know why are we talking about this! I don't even like Joshua!" She tried to convice herself and Hao loudly sighed. "Get out before I kick you myself!" Hao threatened her obvioulsy being exausted over her childish behaviour. The girl nodded with those puppy eyes getting out of the house.

Cafeteria:
They both walked in and noticed the souless cafeteria. Joshua was not there. They were the only ones there apart from Minghao's boss that opened the cefeteria.
"He is not here!" Minghao announced and Soon-hee snorted.
"Does it look like I care?" She crossed her arms. "I thought he was an angel, last night!" He teased her and the girl blushed. "When? I don't remember?" She tried to persuade him but still it was not possible. Minghao could read her expressions, feel her feelings...
"Look! Joshua!"
"Where?" She was peaking around to see the boy but he was nowhere. The boy started laughing out loud and the girl looked at him annoyed. Her hand landed on his back harshly. "IT'S NOT FUNNY!"
"Fine I am sorry! Here... Sit until he comes!"
"Grrrrr..." She said and walked in between the tables until he met the last table in the corner. She opened her book and decided to read something before Joshua comes.
The book was the expressions of a brain still connected to the deepest emotions, and on those pages the higher brain was infused with the guidance of the soul, of empathy and the creative gift.
She was so immersed once again on the pages that she didn't notice a head right next to her, reading from her book. Slowly thr corner of her eye caught a dlimpse and she flinched. "Agh!" She was startled, hitting the person with the book accidentally.
"Yo Lola It's me!" Slowly their eyes met and the boy holds the place she hit him. Minghao facepalms hios forehead from the distance,
"Oh My god Jisoo!" She got up and her one hand subtly touched his arm, concerned if she heard him.
"Are you okay?" In that time she didn't even care of how close they were. She was eagered to know if he was hurting. "I-i am okay..." He said being aware of how close they were. Only some inches apart. He finally noticed the hues on her eyes clearly. Her hand was still on his arm making him feel butterflies.
Finally the girl realized how close they were. At first she didn't do anything, not even interrupting this pleasant eye contact that could make her heart beat louder and happier. But then she woke up. What Is she doing? Her hand immediateoly got removed from his arm and she took a step back.
"I-I I'am sorry..." She awkwardly stuttered, regaining some personal space, and gently touching the chair behind of her. "I am okay... Do you wanna sit? I'll be here at any minute..." He bowed and the girl nodded sinking onto her seat embarrased. She tried to cover her face with the book. Wow! She managed to humiliate herself once again.
She slowly looked at a frustrated Minghao staring back at her. He had that 'seriously' look all across his face. Sweat started coating her forehead because she was anxious again. Then she heard someone clearing his thoat right next to her.
"It's me, I hope you won't hit me with a book again..." He smiled while sitting on the chair across of her again. "Oh my gosh Joshua I am so so so so sorry about previously..."
"The past few days you are always so apologetic, did something change?" He teased her and the girl tried to hide her red cheeks. What is that supposed to mean? "I am just joking..." He tried to make her calm down cause he noticed she was about to freak out.
"Breathe!" He reminded her and the girl finally caught her breath. She tried to form a smile instead of looking shocked in her seat. "Do you wanna start?" She asked him like nothing happened in between them a few seconds ago. Jisoo took a notebook and a pencil case out of his bag to brush them against the wooden table.
"Sure!" He opened his notebook at a random page and Soon-hee decided to tease him.
"Where... are your glasses nerdiepants?" She tried not to laugh and Jisoo scoffed surprised. "I knew this was gonna come!" He declared playfully. The truth is that he laughed because of that comment.
"What? How are you gonna take notes! That's what nerds do!" She continued teasing him as a revenge of all the times he was the one teasing her.
"You would know..." He leaned alluringly onto the wooden table, catching the girl off gaurd. "I- would not... I am not a nerd!" She played it cool like Jisoo has not a big affect on her. That was a huge lie!
"Say that to the book you are holding..." He smirked and the girl noticed the book in her hands. She cleared her throat putting the book onto the table. "Say that to the library you were last night!" She tried not to call him broomstick but she really wanted to.
"What are we doing?" He giggled staring at the pissed girl although she was finding the situation quite funny.
"I don't even know..." She smiled and Joshua took a pen out of his pencil case. "So shall we start?" He asked with a bigger smile on the world.
"Sure... First, we need to find which book we are gonna write our essay on..." She opened her diary to write some ideas of books. "What about Romeo and Juliet?" She heard and then slowly her eyes meet his.
"Are you joking?" She said perplexed. Is this a prank. "No, why? Don't you like shakespeare?" He asked surprised with his fingers playing with the pen on the hand. "Of course I like shakespeare... B-but... Is this a prank?" She was peaking all around to find the cameras but nothing was found.
"No... I am serious..." Shua announced and the girl narrowed her eyenrows. That was something she was not expecting at all.
"T-that's my favourite book..." She announced quite moved inside. Is he messing with her? Did he knew and that's why he said the exact same book. "Well, So I guess you agree then..." He said and the girl nodded with a bright smile.
"Okay, So listen to my idea... We could both start writing ideas in our notebooks and then read them out loud to pinpoint the good parts and write an essay..." He said and the girl gulped.
"I-It sounds good.." She stuttered quite perplexed. What's wrong with Jisoo. Was he always so intresting to her or just now?
"Oh I forgot... Did you want me to bring you something? An orange juice...?" He tried to find an axcuse to talk to her again but the girl didn't anything. "I-I am okay! I already took a shower!"
"ha ha!!" He started writing something on his notebook.
"Then Let's start..."
And there was silence for over an hour. Nobody was speaking... Soon-hee was even doubting if Joshua was even breathing.
After An hour and 23 minutes she decided to say something. "How is it going?" She asked trying to peak onto his papers. "Good..." He smiled, but someting Soon-hee didn't know, was that Jisoo was peaking at her from time to time to have some inspiration.
"Do you wanna read an aspect?" She asked and the boy nodded turning to the previous page. "It's not that good..."
"I wanna hear it... I know it is gonna be-" She stopped and their eyes met unlike no other time today. "What?" He asked with a bright smile. "Amazing..." She found the strength to speak. "How come?" He teased her and the girl blushed. "I just know!" She reassured him and he cleared his throat before speaking.
"Romeo and Juliet belongs to a tradition of tragic stretching back to antiquity. They are in a "breathless state of suspense" by the opening of the last scene in the tomb: If Romeo is delayed long enough for the Friar to arrive, he and Juliet may yet be saved. These shifts from hope to despair, reprieve, and new hope serve to emphasise the tragedy when the final hope fails and both the lovers die at the end." He read an aspect of his essay and his smile faded away in the last sentence. Soon-hee stopped smiling as well,
"It's beautiful..."
"You are beautiful..." He said and the girl looked up at him. What he just said was more than unexpected. She tried to cover herself with her hands as she was blushing uncontrolably. Joshua stopped her hands with his.
"No... Let me see you blush...!" He was staring at her face. She was beautiful. Then he slowly removed his hands from her and went back to his essay with a sly smirk. The girl was staring at him not knowing what to do.
"I-I think I am gonna use the restroom." The girl got up and Joshua nodded. "Oh okay..." The boy scratched the back of his neck.
In a snap of a second the girl was no longer there. Joshau smiled, staring at her back disappearing. Then he thought to take a peak of what she was writing. He grabbed her diary and looked at her handwriting.
If you love me you'll sacrifice yourself, you'll walk right into the flames and never blink or look back. If you love me you'll give me the things I need at the expense of yourself. If you don't then I guess you don't love me; in which case I don't love you either. So, time to prove yourself little one, walk into certain death and do it for me. Isn't that beautiful? Then I shall remember you as one who loved me and you will live on in my memory, immortalized. I will be quite safe, that is what you want, right? You do love me, don't you?
"That has nothing to do with Romeo and Juliet..." He thought and smiled. It was amazing though. It sounds so poetic. How did she get such a strong inspiration. She never speaks like that. As soon as Jisoo heard the door of the bathroom he placed the diary back and acted like he is thinking.
"Yo Broomstick I have to ask you something... Your boss won't be mad catching you writing an essay when you have a shift?" The girl sat on the sit and he giggled. "Who said I had a shift today?" He slyly smirked and the girl narrowed her eyebrows.
"You don't?"
"Nope..." He smiled and sat back.
"Let's continue then..." She sat back and continued writing secretly peaking at Joshua from time to time she needed some inspiration. The thing she didn't know was that Joshua noticed it after a while.
