She was all alone, enclosed in these four wells. Minghao left for work already and she took this as an advantage to get ready.

She needs to do it!

She was literally casting clothes everywhere around the room. Minghao was gonna get angry when he returns.

Anyway, she didn't lose time and got dressed with a safe choice but still extraordinary for her. First of all she wore a skirt... A skirt!

She did a natural make up and walked out of the room to meet the dark sky.

The shadows were now twice as long as themselves, the air was damp and cool smelling faintly of a car's exhaust fumes, the sun dipped lower in the sky until the trees that lines the lane stood as black statues silhouetted against the darkening sky, slowly their shadows melted away into the blackness of night.

She took the quick way there just because she didn't wanna waste any more minutes.

The excitement wired her body like she was plugged into the mains. She felt like her brain was on fast-forward and there was no off switch.

Her heartbeat echoed in her ears as she was approaching the door of the souless cafeteria.

It beat so loudly that it seemed to want to escape her chest, to flee away. Away from what's about to happen. She couldn't cope with what she was about to commit. The beats were no longer numbered as her heart almost stopped as soon as she opened the door.

For a seocond she forgot how to breathe. What's this feeling? Why does she hate it that much?

Her eyes slowly meet the guy behind the counter. He scanned her first and then ran all around his counter to seize her.

"Wait what? You are wearing a skirt?" Hao said surprised.

"Yes? Why? What will happen?" She asked obviously concerned for her appearance.

"You don't know what that means?" He was staring at her legs surprised.

"W-what?" She asked petrified staring at the tall guy whispering inside her ear. She was already feeling ready to die but still was trying to stay alive.

"Joshua hates skirts... He hates girls with skirts... she even tried to kill someone with a skirt once..." He was exaggerating leading the girl to narrow hed eyebrows.

"What?" She asked petrified.

"I am joking..." He giggled as the joke was way too good. He fooled her way too easily, a fact that obviously annoyed the short girl.

"Are you serious...?" She hit the back of his neck and he almost whimpered in pain.

"I... I just wanted to make a joke..." He almost cried out of pain.

"You scared the hell out of me..." She whined fixing her skirt and hair. "I am sorry... But it was... funny..." He tried to restrain his laughter but it was almost impossible.

"One word and I swear..." she threatened him by just a single look and he cleared his throat acting all serious.

"So you wanna sit?" He asked and I nodded twice. "Where is he?" She whispered while they were walking to a table.

"In the Kitchen... He will be out at any minute... Remember... Be polite... Talk to him and... Not scold him, for god's shake!" He pinned her down to a chair and walked to his counter.

Soon-hee took out a book cause she didn't wanna seem suspicious. She needed to play it cool. She needed to not look suspicious so he wont undrestand the reason behind her arrival. But most importantly she needed to be polite.

"H-" She heard a voice that actually scared her off.

"AGH ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS?" She screamed and slowly turned around. Her face dropped as soon as she saw a shocked Jisoo with a tray on his one hand.

"J-Jisoo... I-I didn't know it was you Haha..." She played it cool although her cheeks were flashing red out of embarrassment. 

Minghao face palmed his forehead from the distance.

"Are you okay Lola?" He tried to sound cool and not irritate her any further. She was sensetive over small matters so he tried to calm her a little.

"Y-yes... I am so so so so good today... Thank you for asking Broomst- I mean... Joshua..." she failed again and it was not even surprising.

"Um... Are you sure you are okay...?" He asked and the girl nodded. The first step of the plan was done. She tried to be polite...

"Do you want me to bring you something?" He asked.

"A knife to kill myself..." She whispered already feeling embarassed about earlier.

"What?" Joshua leaned closer cause he didn't heard what she actually said.

"I-I said... an orange juice!" She improvised trying to calm her heart down as it was beating like a drum.

"Um... okay...I'll B-be right back..." The boy said concerned. Something was wrong. He could sense it in the atmosphere but still he couldn't know.

Before Joshua could actually disappear Soon-hee remembered something... She needs to compliment him!

It's on the plan!

"Jisoo You are ugly..." She said staring at his back being immobilized right in front of her. He slowly titls around to test if he heard well.

"What?" He asked and Minghao tried to hid behind the counter in his attempt to disappear. He was embarassed of being her friend at the moment.

"I mean... You are... I am... We... Where is the juice?" She changed the subject quite timidly and Joshua giggled for her surprise.

"I am on it Lola... Lay back and relax..." The girl obeyed to his request and took a book of her bag. As soon as he invaded the kitchen Minghao dashed towards the girl...

"Are you serious? What do you think you are doing?" He asked ready to use a gun to kill himself. 

"I am doing what you said! I am being polite and I am trying to compliment him!" She shrugged her shoulders trying to convince herself she is doing good.

"So when you called him ugly in front of everyone, you complemented him?" He asked and Soon-hee shifted glancies all around.

"There is just one costumer in h-"

"That's not the point!!!!!!" He startled her. She was about to freak out. Did she fail? Why is she even asking that in her head? Of course she did...

"Oh Hao... I forgot to do some things you told me to..." She clinged onto his arm like a baby.

"Mmhm?"

" I didn't stare at him long enough to make him see that I don't hate him!" She whined.

"Calling him ugly surely helped you achieve that..." he snorted annoyed. He was so disappointed at the moment.  How could she literally be that bad.

"I am sorry... I brought the juice!" Jisoo passed by Minghao and let the juice onto the wooden table. With a smile he just bows. 

"Enjoy it Lola..." He disappeared into the kitchen and the door fell close behind of him.

"It's a miracle he still talks to you..." Minghao crossed his arms. "What should I do?" She asks clinging onto him again.

"You are going to the kitchen!" He grabbed her wrist and got her up. "Wait, why?" She tried to fight him off and avert that from happening but he didn't let it slide. 

"You need to talk to him!" He stood right outside the door, pinning Soon-hee on the ground and plaxing both of his hands onto her shoulders.

"Forget about the plan... Just be yourself! Talk to him about the lie and for god's shake Do not stare at him, I repeat Do not stare at him..."

"But-" She was about to decline but Minghao swung the door open and pushed her in, closing the door behind. She almost stumbled onto the floor causing a small vibration alerting Joshua to turn around.

"Lola?" She heard the voice she wanted to dodge so badly. Her eyes slowly go high and get locked with his.

"Hey Jisoo!" She tried to play it cool but deep down she was suffering.

"What are you doing here? Didn't you like the juice... Do you want me to make you another one?" He was suggesting solution as she was turning red.

The she remembered that Minghao told her to be herself. She doesn't need a plan. She just needs to be her.

"Joshua I need to talk to you!" She said and the boy smiles brightly.

"Really?" He said with the biggest smile on the world. Her heart literally forgot how to beat and functionate properly. What's wrong with her?

"Yes..."

"Okay! Speak..." He smoothly retorts laying back as she feels her legs trembling.

"You already know that I dont have a boyfriend... So..." She looked down and Joshua giggled approaching her slowly.

"Yeah I knew..." He smiled trying to look at her eyes but her chin was pointing her chest at the moment.

"Do you want to ask me something Lola?" He asked her trying so hard to take a glimpse of her eyes but she didn't even help him to.

"Look at me..." He almost ordered her and the girl lifted her head. "What do you wanna ask..." He soothed her already knowing she is hiding something.

"If you knew... Why did you let it slide..." She asked and the boy scoffed in a playful way.

"Cause I wanted you to come and talk to me... You never do that... So I hoped... You would!" He smiled brighter than the sun and the girl giggled.

"I did after all!"

"Yes you did... But... Can I ask something as well..."

"W-what?" She asked although she knew what he was going to ask. "Why did you lie?" He asked and their eyes were speaking instead of them for a moment. Then Soon-hee shook her head with a small giggle.

"Cause you were annoying the first day and I wanted to avoid you... You were bad news!"

"That happened... Two days ago..." He giggled and the girl got the memo.

"You are still bad ne-"

"Why did you admit it...? Why did you come to find me to tell me that having a boyfriend is a lie?" He asked intrigued of what her answer might be.

"What was the reason behind of it..." He asked approaching the girl even more.

The truth is there were so many reasons behind of it so she was just gonna pick the safe on.

"Cause I don't... I don't wanna lie to you..."

"How come?" He giggled as the girl avoided his gaze for a second. "Joshua I don't hate you!" She admitted and the boy narrowed his eyebrows.

"I already know that..." he scoffed leaving the girl extra surprised.

"Y-You do? And why didn't you let me know broomstick?" She said flustered.

"I-I mean..." She tried to take it back but Joshua hushed her.

"Why are you trying to be polite? What's wrong with you today!?". "I-" She was trying to explain and by explain, Everybody knews that a lie is ready to be said.

"Listen to me..." He fixated his eyes onto her, staring deeply. "When you are with me I want you to be yourself! Just yourself..." He reassured her.

"Why would you want that?" She joked obviously talking bad about herself.

"Cause you are..." He said and stopped himself right away. He was not sure if he should say it or not.

"I am what?" She asked taking a step closer. He finally spotted hwo beautiful she is from a closer look.

"You are... astonishing..." He admitted and this time he was the one to also shutter his head.

"I... I literally call you Broomstick all the time..." She joked and the boy found the strength to stare ar her.

"Even that is special about you... Everything is special when it comes to you..." He admitted but then stiffened right away.

"Jisoo..."

"What?"

"I am so glad you get to be my partner for the Assigment!" She joked but in that way she actually confessed that she liked him.

He just never knew that this was her confession.
