Alexa POV

DEREK, Peter, Isaac, Aaron, and I were walking to the old Hale house, after the fight with Gerard. We all stopped suddenly when we saw a symbol on the door.

"You haven't told them everything yet, have you?" Peter asked Derek

I looked at Peter in confusion.

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Why do you think Derek was in such a hurry to build his pack?" Peter asked

Peter chuckled, leaning against a tree.

"So eager to strengthen his power and his number? When there's a new Alpha, people take notice." Peter said

"People like who?" Isaac asked

Isaac took a step towards the house.

"What is this? What does this mean?" Isaac asked

"It's their symbol." Derek replied

He crossed his arms.

"And it means they're coming." Derek said

"Who?" Aaron asked

I looked at Derek.

"Alphas." Derek replied

"More than one?" Aaron asked

I walked up to the door and traced my fingers over the symbol.

"A pack of them." Derek said

"An Alpha pack." Peter concluded

We all looked at Peter.

"And they're not coming. They're already here." Peter finished

Later, I was sitting with Derek on his couch, in his new loft, curled up to him.

"Why didn't you tell me about the Alphas?" I asked

Derek sighed.

"I didn't want you to worry or get involved." Derek responded

"We'll get through this. We always do." I said

"How do you know?" Derek asked

"Because we're Lovers." I said
