Fortunately, the command title is higher than any other titles [At the moment]...Unfortunately, the side bitch title is the stepping stone for other titles which means, that they are the titles that are lower than most! [At the moment] And currently the main bitch title is the the middle title, which means that this title is not the dominant one or the lower one!

Short explanation-
Command= High
Main Bitch = Middle
Side Bitch= Low.
