Third pov

Fro-zone held on to Dash protecting the boy as they glided across the ice trying to avoid the robot. Seeing as it didn't have it's shooters anymore they thought they were safe.

The thought was quickly thrown out when the bot folded in it's arms to start rolling towards them. Jackson, who trailed behind Fro-zone and Dash.

The ravenett teen moved out of the way to avoid being trampled by the rolling ball of death and stopped on the side of the street.

Lucius took a turn and heard for the lake where he gilded above the water with Dash on his back. The robot stopped seeing that it's targets evaded it's attack, so it launched itself into the lake shooting Fro-zone and Dash up into the air.

Acting on his feet Fro-zone iced the water around them so himself and Dash would land on the concrete ground. Unfortunately for them the little speedster lost the controller for the robot.

Jackson skates across the water to check on his little brother. "Dash!" The older tapped his brother on the cheek multiple times until he opened his eyes. "Good, your okay. Now get up."

Bob, who was far away from the commotion saw the remote land about a couple feet away from him. The hero ran for it, but of course the robot saw his movements and sent out a claw to grab him.

"Ah!" Bob shouted in anguish as the metal claw grabbed him and took him away from the remote.

But where Bob failed Violet succeed. The girl used her invisibility to get around the robot and grab the remote before it could.

"Mom! I've got it, I got the remote." She held out the controller to her mother.

"A remote?" Fro-zone asked loudly, so much so that it attracted the robots attention. "A remote that controls what?"

Violet in a wave of panic started pressing random buttons until she got one that worked. Pressing the big round circular button, jets under the robots claws activated and propelled it away from the group of supers into a building.

"The robot!" Lucius shouted.

The black metallic ball stood back up and faced Fro-zone and the Parr's. "It's coming back!" Dash yelled grabbing the remote from his sister, so he could start pressing buttons. "That's wasn't right."

Unknowingly the boy freed his father from the metal claw behind them. "Give me that." Jackson snatched the remote from the boy. He pressed another bottom hoping it would do something, it did but not what they expected.

The robotic claw that Bob was holding suddenly powered up and closed. Propellers on the edge of the machinery lit up and tried to escape his hold.

"No, no, no–"

That's not doing anything!" Lucius and Hellen talked over each other. Hellen grabbed the remote from Jackson. "Lucius try to buy us some time." Helen asked.

"Try the one next to it!" Lucius shouted as he gilded forward to distract the robot.

"Honey!" Bob shouted to get his wife's attention. Hellen ignored his call and pressed the same round button Jackson pushed and shut off the thrusters on claw Bob was holding. "Wait a minute. Press that button again!" He shouted to Helen.

Helen did as her husband asked resulting in the piece of machinery spinning instead of propelling forward .

"No! The other one. The first one!"

"The first one got it!" Helen shouted back to her husband. She read her hand to press the button Bob needed.

"It's getting closer!" Dash shouted.

"Look out!" Fro-zone put up a new wall of ice to distract the metal ball.

"Get out of here kids. Find a safe spot." Helen insisted her kids leave before things got to hectic.

"We're not going anywhere." The twins said in unison denying their mothers request.

"Press the button!" Bob shouted from a far.

"Not yet!" Helen said with determination.

"Helen!" Fro-zone yelled out a warning letting the woman know the wasn't anything else he could do to distract the robot.

"What are you waiting for?!" Bob yelled at his wife.

"A closer target! You got one shot!" She said just as the robot broke through Fro-zone's last line of defense. Helen pressed the button and the jets started up again.

"Everybody duck!" Bob shouted as he released the animatronic claw. Everyone ducked like they were told and watched as the robots dis-attached limb shoot right through it taking out the heart.

The group of supers stood up and watched the giant robot fall before exploding. The group let out sighs of relief as well as a few chuckles at their victory.

"Hey, Zone." Bob nodded towards the ice hero. The man dressed in blue and white laughed.

Crowds of citizens unhid themselves and applauded the hero's for their work. Syndrome, the orange q-tip woke up from his momentary slumber to see the hero getting the praise he wanted.

"No." The villian scowled as the crowd congratulated the hero's.

"Ha, ha. Just like old times." Lucius said to his bestfriend and Helen, remembering the old days when superhero work wasn't banned.

"Just like old times." Bob agreed while sending an almost aggressive pat on the back to Lucius.

"Yeah, hurt then too." The iceman rolled his sore shoulders.

–

"We've frozen all of Syndromes assets. If he even sneezes we'll be their with a hanky and a pair of handcuffs." Rick Dicker the NSA agent assured Bob that Syndrome would be caught. "The people of this country are indebted to you."

"Does this mean we can come out of hiding?" Bob asked the agent in question.

"Let the politicians figure that one out but I've been asked to assure you that we'll take care of everything else. You did good Bob." Rick congratulated the man.

"By 'take care' do you mean your gonna erase everyone's memories and make it seem like a freak chemical accident happened or make up something rational to cover this up?" Jackson asked the agent hoping to get answers out of the man.

"No kid. It's just a simple cleaning operation." Rick answered the Parr's question.

"What organization do you work for? How did come to working there? How many hero's do you work with? Do you know Edna?" Jack fired question after question at the NSA agent. Rick threw a look towards Bob and the man just shrugged.

"You ask a lot of questions."

"Funny, you don't answer a lot of questions." Jackson tipped his head to the side while maintaining full on eye contact with the agent.

"You talk too much, kid." Rick said flatly before turning his head nd ignoring the Parr twin.

Jackson glared at the man then huffed. "You talk to little." He turned towards the window ignoring all conversation in the car.

"Bob listens to this." Helen called her husband over to listen in on the voicemails Kony left them.

"I'm gonna call the police! Or someone!" Helen need the voicemail then it went to the next that sounded, mellow a huge difference from the others. "Hi, this is Kony, sorry for freaking out, but your baby has special needs..."

"Special..?" Bob looked down to meet Helen's eyes.

"... Anyways thanks for sending a replacement sitter–"

"Replacement sitter!" Helen exclaimed getting the rest of the families attention. "I didn't call Kony replacement sitter!" The car stopped and the Parr's jumped out and ran into their home only to be stopped by Syndrome.

"Shh. The babies sleeping." The spiky haired man held back the family with one hand while cradling Jack-jack with the other. "You took away my future, I'm simply returning the favor. And don't worry I'll be a good mentor, supportive, encouraging, everything you weren't." He glared at Bob. "And I'm time who knows, he might make a good sidekick."

Syndrome sent one more smirk at the Parr's before throwing them against the wall. The villian shot a hole in the roof startling Jack-jack and alerting the family.

"He's getting away, Bob!" Helen shouted as the orange haired man activated his rocket boosters and shot up into the sky with the baby. "We have to do something. We have to do something now!" Helen yelled.

The family ran outside to get a better view of the situation. "What's going on?" Helen asked, watching as Syndrome started to lose altitude and control of Jack-jack.

Meanwhile up in the air Jack-jack had turned to a red beast and started to climb around Syndrome. Ripping out the man's hair and breaking his boots.

"We have to stop him. Throw something!" Helen demanded Bob do something.

"I can't, I might hit Jack-jack." Bob reasoned. They watched as Syndrome freaked out and dropped the baby.

"Then throw mom." Jackson thought of a better alternative. "By throwing her would be able to catch Jack-jack and float down safely."

"Bob throw me!" Bob swiftly grabbed his wife before flinging her into the air like missile. Helen shot straight for her son and caught him, she cocoon the boy in her arms.

"This isn't the end it! I will get your son eventually, I'll get your son!" Syndrome shouted down specifically to Bob only angering the father.

"I'm getting so tired of him talking." Jackson just like his father was looking around for something to throw at the villian, his eyes lit up a bit when they landed on his father's car in the driveway. "Dad–"

"One step ahead of you, son." Bob hoisted the car over his head before chucking it at Syndrome's aircraft.

The vehicle whistled as it shot through the air and made contact with the engine of the jet. The black aircraft exploded, knocking the villian back near the jets propellers. Syndrome kicked and screamed as the metal blades were pulling him in and he would have escaped if his cap didn't get caught in the blades.

The jet exploded fully sending large parts of the aircraft crashing into the ground.

Helen, who just landed on the ground was grabbed by Bob and just as she was in his arms a large piece of the jet fell down on the hero's.

Thankfully their twins Violet and Jackson reacted fast and shielded them with a barrier, saving their lives. Underneath the smoke and debris the family was huddle up together until they opened their eyes one by one.

"Those are my babies." Helen said with pride, she smiled at her oldest two fondly. Violet and Jackson chuckled before releasing their force-fields.

"Does this mean we have to move again?" Dash asked his parents after seeing the wreckage done to their home.

Bob and Helen laughed for a while but stopped when they heard someone else's laughter. The family turned their heads to the noise and saw a little kid on his tricycle a few feet away from them.

"Oh, man... That was totally wicked!!" The little boy shouted.

"Where are your parents?" Jackson asked a little startled that this kid was just outside during the whole fight.

"Uh...." The boy said before riding away.

"That kid is so weird..." Jack commented making his family laugh.

–

Three months later....

The Parr family were back to loving a normal life, like any other person. Today the family were at Metroville stadium for Dash's track meet finals.

The blonde haired boy was on the track stretching along with the other participants while his family waited in the stands.

Jackson Parr, Dash's oldest brother leaned over the metal railing talking to his friend, Max a member of their schools student council.

"Are you sure you can't do anything about the obsessive amount of homework the teachers are giving out?" The Parr whined to the council member.

"There isn't much I could do about it, but I'll make sure to bring it up drying our next meeting." Max took Jackson's request into consideration. "But I can't guarantee any promises."

"I'll I'm asking it that you try." Max nodded his head. "So which one of those little buggers are you related too?" Jackson's asked pointing at the little runners on the track.

"The one in the blue, next to number two." Jackson let out a little chuckle do to the boys unintentional rhyming. "You have such a beautiful smile." Max complemented the other boy making him blush.

"Thanks." Jackson smiled shyly. "You have really pretty eyes. Not alot of people have green eyes so it's a little refreshing to see." He sent a complement back at the red haired boy.

A whistle blew ending the little conversation between Max and Jackson. "Well... I have to get back to my seat beside the race starts." The Parr nervously pointed back to his seat.

"Yeah, yeah of course. I'll see you at school tomorrow?" Max rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.

"Yeah." Jackson waved at the boy as he made his way back to his seat.

"Who was that?" Violet bumped her brothers shoulders.

"No one." The firing of the referees gun ended their conversation. The runners started off with jogging lightly bridge sprinting.

"Run! Run Dash!"

"Go, go, go run!"

"Come-on pick up some speed!"

"Go!" The Parr's shouted for Dash to speed up and actually try to win the race. The boy sped up drastically snatching the lead.

"No! Pull back!"

"No, no! Slow down!"

"Pull back!"

"Too fast!" The Parr's shouted again for Dash to this time slow down because it looked suspicious how he made it to the front so fast. "Don't give up, make it close!"

"Second place, close second!" Dash nodded getting at what his family was telling him. He sped back up just as the race was coming to an end just to place second.

The crowd celebrated as the kids finished the race. "That's my boy!"

–

After the race had finished and the stadium cleared the Parr's were walking back to their car while celebrating Dash's success.

"Dash, I'm so proud of you." Helen smiled up at her son, who sat on Bob's shoulders.

"Thanks mom." The families light soon turned dark when the ground rumbled and a giant drill pipes up from out of the ground.

A short and stubby man was raised up into the air. "Behold the underminer! I am always beneath you, but today you'll be beneath me!" He shouted into his mic. "I declare war on peace–"

"Oh, when will these villians learn." Jackson like the rest of his family put on their masks. "That there will always be a hero to stop their plans." The family collectively smirked at each.

"Let's do this..."
