CHAPTER TWENTY-SEVEN - THE SNOW PRINCE

𝓣𝙰𝙽𝙽𝙴𝚁

I GROANED AS MY HEADACHES became worse. I was sitting on a log with my Ranger outfit on. "Now this is a sight to see." I looked up to see my brother, Seth. "Seth. Where have you been?" I asked. "Ever since Imperious was destroyed and Koragg became Leanbow, Father and I have been in hiding. Away from Necrolai and the 10 Terrors. Away from The Master." Seth replied.

"Come back to Mom, Tessa, and I. Mom misses you and Dad. Tessa doesn't show it. But I know she does too." I informed. Seth snorted. "You're one to talk. When was the last time you and Tessa have hanged out together. Let alone you visiting Mom since you became a Ranger?" Seth asked.

I sighed. "You don't understand, I have to keep both of them safe. Just until we defeat The Master." I replied. Seth was about to say something until I got pulled into another dimension. It was covered in snow. I saw Nick and Daggeron. "You're here too?" Nick asked. I nodded.

"Where are we?" Nick asked again. "In the realm of the Snow Prince. He is mentor to the original Mystic Warriors, including your father. I fear he's been watching you train." Daggeron replied. "If that's so, then I wonder why I'm here." I said. That's when the Snow Prince appeared. Daggeron began bowing as Nick and I followed as we bowed as well.

"Great teacher, it is an honor." Daggeron said. "Welcome, Daggeron. And you are the Red Mystic Ranger Bowen and the Silver Mystic Ranger Tanner?" The Snow Prince asked. "Nick." Nick replied, a little uncomfortable with the Snow Prince calling him by his birth name.

"It has come to my attention that one of you has strayed off the path of knowledge." The Snow Prince said. "Don't be hard on him, teacher. Nick is very bright, but sometimes a little headstrong." Daggeron stated. "I agree with that statement." I muttered.

"No, Daggeron, it is you who needs to lean a lesson. It is my bidding that for this day, you will become a student again. And you, Bowen—" The Snow Prince started off. "Nick." Nick interrupted. "Will be the teacher." The Snow Prince finished. Daggeron and Nick stood up and disappeared.

"As of you, Tanner. You have more power than you think. Don't be afraid to use it." The Snow Prince said as I disappeared as well. I appeared in front of Seth. "Where did you go?" Seth asked. "Wish I knew." I replied, thinking back to what the Snow Prince said. Seth ended up having to go before our father noticed that he was gone. My Mystic morpher than beeped.

We ended up showing at the location Megahorn was as Nick attacked him. We then got into our Megazord and Daggeron got into his Megazord. "Out of my way!" Megahorn ordered.

"Megahorn. I couldn't make a dent in that armor of his last time." Daggeron said. "Daggeron couldn't beat him." Xander said. "Then what are we supposed to do?" Vida asked. "I'll tell you what we do. We fight!" Nick replied. "He's too strong. We need a plan." Daggeron said.

"Here's the plan." Nick said. "Legend Striker Spin Attack!" We all shouted as we attacked Megahorn but it had no effect. He then attacked us as we got out of our Megazord and out of Legendary mode. "All right. I say we fight dragon to dragon." Nick said. "Yeah." All of agreed as we got out our morphers. "Mystic Titans, Dragon Formation!" We all shouted.

We then formed into a dragon. Megahorn attacked Nick as he fell to the ground. Nick ended up falling to the ground as he got demorphed. We ended up getting attacked by Megahorn as Xander, Chip, Madison, Vida, and I fell to the ground as we demorphed. Nick and Daggeron rushed over to us. "You are no match for me. Time to perish. This will be easy." Megahorn said. That's when he suddenly got attacked.

"I think not." The Snow Prince said. "It's the Snow Prince." Nick said. "Isn't he like the main guru of all the Mystics?" Chip asked. "I don't know, but I'm glad he's on our side." Vida replied.

"I see I must take matters into my own hands. Daggeron, you disappoint me." The Snow Prince said. We all got up. "Get away from them, wretched beast." The Snow Prince said. "Says who?" Megahorn challenged. "The ancient Mystic from the Icy North. I am the royal Snow Prince!" The Snow Prince exclaimed. "Don't make me laugh. I'll crush you." Megahorn said.

The Snow Prince and Megahorn began fighting. That's when Megahorn got dragged into an ancient spell seal. "Rangers, I may need your help. Will you fight alongside me?" The Snow Prince asked. "Of course we will." Xander said as we rushed into the seal. We were all in The Snow Prince's dimension as we were morphed and in Legendary mode. "I'll bring you down in any dimension." Megahorn said. Megahorn attacked but The Snow Prince counter attacked it.

"Rangers, we need to combine all of our magic." The Snow Prince informed. "You got it." Nick said. "Mystic Lion Staff, Code Two! Mystic Force Fury!" We all shouted. "Aah! Was that supposed to hurt me?" Megahorn asked. "Our combined powers didn't work." Madison said.

"This place is boring. I'm getting out of here." Megahorn said as he struck the ground. We exited out of The Snow Prince's dimension. It even kicked us out of Legendary mode. "Face it, Rangers, the reign of the Terrors is at hand. Time to be rid of you." Megahorn said as he attacked us.

"Yes! The Mystic Force is defeated!" Megahorn exclaimed. "We must keep fighting. Be brave, Rangers." The Snow Prince said. That's when Megahorn suddenly got attacked and Daggeron appeared on his magic carpet. "Not quite, vile creature." Daggeron said.

"Daggeron!" Vida exclaimed. "I told you to stay out of this. You dare disobey an order from me, an ancient Mystic?" The Snow Prince asked. "Yes, I do. Sometimes you just have to follow your gut. I learned that from you, Nick." Daggeron said as Nick gave him a thumbs up.

The Snow Prince sighed. "Now I remembered why I retired. Some students are just slower to learn than others." He said. "I now see the wisdom in your methods, teacher. Forgive my pigheadedness." Daggeron said.

Megahorn then got up. "Now go teach him a lesson." The Snow Prince told Daggeron. Daggeron then morphed. Daggeron ended up falling but he got up. "That's it, never quit." The Snow Prince said. "Yeah!" We all agreed. Daggeron continued fighting Megahorn.

Daggeron then changed into Ancient Mystic Mode. That's when Megahorn got attacked from behind. "He has learned well. Now I must return to my own dimension. Good luck, Rangers." The Snow Prince said. "Thanks." We all replied. The Snow Prince then disappeared.

"Check it out." Nick said. Daggeron finally made Megahorn fall to the ground. We all rushed up to him. "Guess the teacher still has a lot to learn. Thanks, Nick." Daggeron said. "No problem." Nick said. That's when Megahorn grew big. We got into Legendary mode then got into our Megazord.

Daggeron got into his Megazord as well. "I'll take you both on." Megahorn said. That's when thunder started crashing and the sky went dark and Black Lance appeared. "How about a little help?" Black Lance asked. "What are you doing here? I had them." Megahorn said. "Two Terrors are better than one." Black Lance said.

"Very well. Let's get them!" Megahorn said. Daggeron got attacked by Megahorn and we got attacked by Black Lance. We fell to the ground. "No one can beat the strength of my mighty chariot. Charge!" Black Lance said. We got attacked once more. "He's too fast! He's coming again! Everybody, hold on!" Nick said. We were about to get attacked until Black Lance got attacked. "Koragg! He's still alive!" Nick exclaimed.

"Udonna was right." Xander said. "I wear the armor of Koragg, but my heart is that of Leanbow." Leanbow said. He began fighting Black Lance. He turned into his Megazord. "Behold the power of good magic. Mystic Spell Seal!" Leanbow shouted. He attacked Black Lance. "Carry on the fight, Rangers. I'm proud of you." Leanbow said as he and Black Lance disappeared. Daggeron was still fighting Megahorn.

"Rangers, his weak spot. Give it all you've got!" Daggeron said. "Right! Legend Striker Spin Attack!" We all shouted. "Furnace Blast!" Daggeron shouted as Megahorn went in Daggeron's furnace blast. "Good job, Rangers. Another Terror has fallen." Daggeron said.

I was walking in the forest once more. I sat down on a log, thinking about The Snow Prince's words once more. "What did he mean by I have more power than I think?" I think to myself. I looked at my hands as ice appeared from them. I touched a tree as it immediately turned to ice. I stepped back, shocked.

"Maybe I'm a danger to my own team..."
