CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO - MYSTIC FATE, PART 2

𝓣𝙰𝙽𝙽𝙴𝚁

"NOW YOU WILL FALL, just as your mother has!" Black Lance said as he laughed evilly. Nick stood up. "Now you've made me mad." Nick said as he morphed. He got out his staff. "You're going down!" Nick said as he broke Black Lance's shield. "Fire Heart!" Nick shouted as Fire Heart attacked him. "Good boy, Fire Heart!" Nick complimented.

Black Lance got up. "Your dragon will not save you this time!" Black Lance exclaimed as he fired at Nick but Nick ended up blocking it as he was morphed with Fire Heart. Nick began fighting Black Lance. "Bull's-eye!" Nick shouted as he demorphed from Fire Heart. "You guys want in on this?" Nick asked.

"Gladly." Xander replied. "Is that even a question?" I asked. Chip, Madison, and Vida agreed. We all got out our morphers. "Magical Source, Mystic Force!" We all shouted as we morphed. All of us began fighting Black Lance. Madison attacked him first as Xander and I went next. "Magic Staff!" Xander and I shouted as we attacked Black Lance.

Chip and Vida went next as they attacked him. "Thanks for joining the party!" Nick said. We jumped in the air. "Mystic Spell Seal!" We all shouted as we finally destroyed Black Lance. We all raced to see The Master. "What's that?" Nick asked. "It's him! The Master!" Vida replied. "Where's Daggeron and my father?" Nick asked.

The Master laughed. "Right here!" He answered. Daggeron was the first to appear, unconsious. "Daggeron!" Madison shouted as she rushed up towards him. "And Leanbow!" The Master said. "Dad!" Nick shouted. Leanbow also appeared, unconsious as well.

"This can't be. All we've done was in vain. All this time, finding my dad." Nick said as he fell in front of his dad. I fell as well as Xander caught me. "This is all my fault... all of it. If I just told the others about my visions. This could've been avoided. I could've warned Daggeorn and Leanbow..." I think to myself. "Nothing can stop me from being darkness and despair to this world!" The Master exclaimed.

"What can you possibly gain by destroying our whole world?!" Xander asked. "Your world is now my world!" The Master replied as he grabbed all of us. "You want to see what my world will look like?" The Master asked as he raised us up so we could see him. We ended up being fast forward into the future as everything was dark.

"It looks so dark!" Madison exclaimed. "This is the future of your world. There is no purpose for your species." The Master said as we all fell to the ground when he let us go. "Once I eat your magic, you will become a part of the dust that I will walk upon. That will be your one and only purpose." The Master explained.

"We're not done! You haven't defeated us yet!" Nick exclaimed as all of changed into Legend Warriors. We then got into our Megazord. "Yes. More power for me to eat." The Master said as he laughed. "Come on, Rangers! We've got to hit him with all of our magic!" Nick exclaimed. "Legend Striker, Spin Attack!" We shouted.

But The Master ended up eating it. "Impossible! He consumed our spell like it was nothing." Xander said. The Master laughed evilly. "You are nothing! It is now over! The hopelessness and fear I feel inside of you makes your power even more tender to dine on." The Master said as he started consuming our magic.

"Our magic! I can feel him taking it!" Xander said. We got attacked as we fell to the ground. Our helmets were off and we were only in our suits. The Master laughed evilly as we headed into a cave. "All right. We're safe." Chip said. "Safe? Are you kidding me? That thing just destroyed our Zord, not to mention Daggeorn and my dad." Nick stated.

"So that's it? The great Nick, The Red Ranger, is calling it quits?" Vida asked. Nick said nothing. "Whoa, whoa. No. Don't walk away. Answer her." Xander told him. "Are you giving up?" He asked. "Get out of my way." Nick said. "No, Nick. You answer that." Chip ordered. I stayed silent. I decided it was time to tell them. 

"I have something to tell you guys..." I started off. Xander looked at me, knowing what I was going to say. "You sure, Tanner?" He asked. I nodded. "Ever since I've gotten my powers... I've had these visions that have come true. Like when Daggeron joined us. I had a vision about that. And I've also had a vision about this too." I explained.

Nick looked at me. "You mean you knew that this was gonna happen? And you didn't bother warning us or Daggeron and my father?" Nick shouted at me. "What was I supposed to do, Nick? Huh?" I asked him.

"Back off, Nick." Xander said stepping in front of us. "You still haven't answered Vida's question." Chip informed. "Guys, wake up and smell the darkness! We've done our best, and we've failed. We're no match for that thing. Fine. Yes, I've given up." Nick admitted.

We all looked at him. "Don't you say that." Madison started to say. She headed to him. "Don't you say that, not you. You have held us together through all of this! You will not give up! Listen to me! Giving up is not an option for you! We are a team, and you are this team's leader! We go on, no matter what." Madison said.

That's when we suddenly got attacked. "It is time to finish this meal." The Master said as he laughed. "Welcome to your end." The Master said. All of us groaned. "Not here. Not now! This is not our end." Nick informed. "You are only one." The Master said. "And unfortunately for you, the wrong one." Nick said as he got out both of his staffs.

"I call forth the powers of good magic still left in the world! Of all the good magic still left in my body, come to me now! Magical Source, Mystic Force!" Nick shouted as his helmet returned. "The Light will be most delectable." The Master said as he tried to attack Nick but Nick blocked his attacks.

He ended up removing his armor. "Return us now!" Nick ordered. "Take my hand!" Nick told us. Xander grabbed onto his hand and I grabbed onto Xander's hand and Madison took mine. We ended up going back but we got demorphed. I was in my white tank top. "We're back!" Chip exclaimed.

"Yeah. But now our magic is gone for good." Nick said. We saw The Master appear. "Look what you've done to me. You will pay for this." The Master said. He headed to attack us but his attack froze as The Snow Prince and Clare appeared. "Snow Prince?" Vida questioned. "Clare! You have powers!" Nick exclaimed. "Yes. Mystic Mother made me a full sorceress!" Clare replied.

We all laughed. "Liar! I destroyed the Mystic Mother!" The Master exclaimed. "No! Just before you attacked Mystic Mother, she cast a spell and turned herself into energy." Snow Prince explained. "A few magic tricks will not stop me! I will return to the depths and gather my strength." The Master said. "I'm afraid that won't be possible. It seems your pit no longer exists." Udonna informed. "No longer exists?" The Master questioned. "What she means is that you no longer have a place to dwell in your darkness." Itassis said as Necrolai was beside her.

"Itassis! You're alive! Where is Sculpin?" The Master asked. "He is no more." Itassis replied. "What?" The Master said. "But I am your Master!" The Master exclaimed. "Well, this puppet has cut the strings." Itassis said as she attacked The Master. We all laughed as all of us hugged each other.

I looked at Xander. "Come here, T." He said as Xander and I hugged. "The Master is gone for now, but he will be back. Tell me, White Ranger, why do you shed tears?" Itassis asked. "The tears are for our sadness and for our losses. I cry for my husband — Leanbow — and Daggeorn." Udonna replied. "That is something that I cannot help you with." Itassis informed.

"My mom can." Leelee suddenly said. "Leelee!" Necrolai exclaimed. "You can do anything you want, mom. Always could. Do it, mom! I believe in you." Leelee said. "Uh... All right. I will try to revive them." Necrolai finally said as she set her magic on Leanbow and Daggeron.

They both demorphed as Necrolai fell. "Mom?" Leelee said. We both saw Leanbow and Daggeron alive. Nick went to hug his father. "Daggeron!" Madison shouted as she hugged him. "Hey, don't forget about me!" Jenji said. "Jenji!" I said. "Great to have you back, teach." Chip said.

"Glad to be back!" Daggeron stated. "Look at me! I'm back!" Jenji said. "Mom?" Leelee questioned. We all looked at Necrolai turned back into a human. Leelee hugged her mom. "Leelee's mom is hot." Xander commented. I smacked him on the head. "Ouch! It's true!" Xander said as he rubbed the back of his head. That's when The Master appeared.

"Quite a reunion. Sorry I have to destroy it." The Master said. "Rangers, our magic is gone." Udonna informed. "I've got an idea! Let's all run, okay?" Jenji suggested. "I'm through running. I've found my real family. I've found my home. No more running." Nick said as he stood up front. "Stay and fight!" Nick shouted. "Yeah!" We all agreed. We joined him. "So be it." The Master said.

"You are powerless now! My victory is already in hand!" The Master exclaimed. "We will show The Master what real courage is, even without magic." Nick said. "Without magic, Mystic ones? You are never without magic. You just have to know where to find it." The Mystic Mother said.

""Never without magic"? What does she mean by that?" Madison asked. "Maybe she meant us!" Toby replied as he showed up with the townspeople, my brother, my sister, my mother, and my father were with him. "Or maybe she meant us!" Phineas replied as well as elfs, trolls, and more were behind him.

"Look, I spoke to some of the people from the city, and I told them that the forest and those that live there are not the ones for us to fear." Toby said. "And I spoke the same truth to those in the forest. Either we stay the way we were and perish, or we stand together and fight the real evil!" Phineas said as everyone else agreed.

"Power Rangers... you have fought all year for us. Your magic is used up. Well, now let us give you some of our magic." Toby said. "That's right! You're not the only ones. All of us believe in magic, thanks to you." Phineas agreed as both the surface world and the magic world joined hands. "Let's show him! Together!" Phineas shouted. "Together! We believe in magic!" The crowd shouted as they crowded us.

The crowd separated to reveal all of us morphed. Everyone cheered and applauded. We then began roll call.

"Wolf Warrior!"

"Solaris Knight!"

"White Mystic Ranger!"

"Green Mystic Ranger!"

"Silver Mystic Ranger!"

"Pink Mystic Ranger!"

"Blue Mystic Ranger!"

"Yellow Mystic Ranger!"

"Red Mystic Ranger!"

"We call forth the magic, together as one, united for all time! Power Rangers Mystic Force!" We all shouted. "Give me that magic!" The Master ordered. "You got it!" We all replied. We fired all of our magic at him. "I devour it, yet still it comes!" The Master said as his head looked like it was about to explode.

"Guys, it's working! Keep going! There is no end to our magic!" Nick said. "Stop! It's too much!" The Master said. We all went in the air. "Full power!" We all shouted. "I cannot take any more! I have... devoured... all I can!" The Master said as he was finally destroyed.

"Mystic Force!" We all yelled. Everyone cheered and applauded. We all appeared demorphed from the fog. All of us joined hands as we cheered. I was in the Rock Porium as lots of magical creatures and humans were in it. I was standing with Leelee as she sighed. "Who would have thought this a few months ago? I'm living in the city with my mom in our new condo. I'm dating the Red Mystic Ranger, and she's dating the owner of a record store. How cool is our life?" Leelee asked.

"And Phineas got his job back." I added as I looked over at him. I hugged Leelee as I went over to Xander who was explaining things to a new employee. Matoombo was at the DJ stand with Vida, who had dyed her hair all pink. Madison was carrying Nick's blanket.

"So what's next for you, Tanner?" Xander asked me over the music. I chuckled. "Not sure yet. I just signed with a manager for motorcross. Looks like I'll finally be able to live my dream." I replied. Xander smiled as he patted my back as everyone was dancing to the music. I stopped and turned.

"Hold on, you didn't really think this was the end? Did you?" I asked as my eyes flashed white.
