Fun fact
When a kaslana says bang you're ๐
You texted the members of the Astral Express, Now! You can go!
Suddenly, Dr. Ratio appeared out of nowhere, looking at you with an intense stare. "You... You're such an idiot," he muttered under his breath, already prepared to roast you.
"You really don't see it, do you? You just leap into things without thinking. No strategy, no foresightโjust pure recklessness." He started tearing into you with sharp words, not holding back as he pointed out all your recent missteps.
Your confidence crumbled quickly, and before you knew it, your eyes welled up with tears. His barrage of insults continued, and the dam brokeโyou cried loudly like a big baby, completely unable to contain your emotions.
Ratio let out a heavy sigh, a little exasperated but softened by your reaction. He awkwardly reached out and patted your head, clearly trying to calm you down. "Quiet down already... I didn't mean for you to get so worked up."
You sniffled, looking up at him through your tear-filled eyes, feeling like a little kid. Ratio simply rolled his eyes but kept gently patting your head,
You were wiping away the last of your tears, Aventurine stepped into the room with his usual grin, completely ignoring Dr. Ratio's earlier scolding.
"Well, well, look at you. Already making friends with Ratio, huh?" Aventurine teased, his voice smooth as he took your hand without hesitation.
"Anyway," he continued, barely giving you time to react, "I thought I'd inform you that we're going to meet the Oak Family leader. Quite an important figure, wouldn't you say?" He winked, still holding onto your hand, giving it a little squeeze.
You blinked in surprise. "The Oak Family leader? Why me?"
Aventurine chuckled, his smile never faltering. "Why not you? You're part of the Astral Express, after all, and your presence alone could shift the tide in our favor. Plus," he leaned in slightly, his voice lowering, "it'll be fun to watch you squirm a little. You've got that... chaotic charm."
You felt your face flush, unsure how to respond, but before you could say anything, Dr. Ratio scoffed from the corner, crossing his arms. "Careful, or you'll end up in more trouble than you can handle."
Aventurine glanced at him, amused. "Oh, Ratio, always the voice of reason, aren't you?" He turned back to you, tugging at your hand gently. "So, what do you say, partner? Ready to meet the Oak Family leader with me?"
You walked alongside Aventurine into the grand hall, your eyes landed on the Oak Family leaderโyour heart skipped a beat. It was Sunday.
Without thinking, you rushed forward, practically launching yourself at him. Your hands reached for his wings, his face, inspecting him with wide-eyed curiosity. "Is it really you, Sunday?!" you asked, your fingers brushing his feathers and then cupping his cheeks to tilt his head for a better look.
Sunday's usually composed expression faltered, his cheeks flushing a soft pink as he stepped back in surprise. "H-Hey! That's rude," he muttered, attempting to maintain his dignity despite your inspection.
You grinned widely, not backing down in the slightest. "Rude? I don't follow the rules, like Hina or some perfect Mary Sue." You laughed, clearly amused by the whole situation.
At that, Sunday's flush deepened, and his wings fluttered ever so slightly, betraying his emotions. His golden eyes momentarily dimmed with sadness at the mention of Hina and Mary Sue, his head tilting down just a little.
Suddenly, a light laugh echoed from nearby. You turned to see Robin, Sunday's close companion, chuckling quietly at the scene. She covered her mouth, amusement dancing in her eyes. "You really are something, Miss Y/n."
Sunday sighed, his composure returning slowly. "You certainly know how to make an entrance. But next time, please ask before touching my wings." Despite the gentle reprimand, there was a faint smile tugging at his lips.
Now, You were eating the cute croissant he bought you!
You casually munched on your croissant, Aventurine leaned in closer, his voice low and mischievous. "You know... it wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on Sunday. He's hiding somethingโtrust me, I can feel it. Just a little spying, nothing too serious." He gave you a conspiratorial wink.
You blinked, wide-eyed, clearly not following the subtlety of his suggestion. "Spy on Sunday? No way! He'd catch me in no time, and then what? He'll probably just threaten me even more," you said bluntly, loud enough that Aventurine winced.
"Keep it down!" he hissed, rubbing his temples as you nodded with exaggerated seriousness, crossing your arms with a little "hmph" as if making a grand point.
Robin and Sunday, hearing none of the whispering, happily invited you to hang out with them. You found yourself in a cozy corner cafรฉ, enjoying a pastry while the others conversed. In the middle of their chat, you wiped your mouth with the back of your hand, completely ignoring the napkins beside you.
Sunday, ever the clean freak, gave you a look. It was somewhere between horror and disbelief, as if he were staring at a greasy little cat that had just rolled in the mud. "You know, cleanliness is important," he said in his most dignified tone. "It's essential for health andโ"
Robin, sitting across from you, was barely holding back her laughter. Her eyes sparkled with amusement as you scratched your head lazily, yawning right in the middle of Sunday's polished lecture.
Sunday frowned, clearly unimpressed. "You look like a fish... an absolutely zero-level fish." He raised an eyebrow, fully intending to continue his lecture on proper hygiene.
Before he could finish, you reached out and touched his wings again, earning a small gasp from him. "Stop talking," you mumbled, completely oblivious to how much you were invading his personal space once more. You just wanted the endless advice about cleanliness to end.
Sunday, flushed and a little flustered, straightened up but didn't push you away. "You... really don't care about personal boundaries, do you?"
"It's good to see my Brother fluster once a while, I will know he's not robot who overworks.."
You couldn't help but beam at Robin, your eyes sparkling as you gushed, "I can't believe Miss Robin, the idol herself, called me! This is the best day of my life!" You grinned widely, completely missing the slight tension that suddenly filled the air.
Robin smiled back, but there was a subtle tightness to it. She looked a little tense, clearly unsure how to handle your overly enthusiastic reaction. Sunday, observing the scene, sighed inwardly. He looked at Robin with a hint of sympathy before turning to you. Taking your hand in his, he surprised you by speaking up gently but firmly.
"Y/n," he started, his golden irises reflecting a calm understanding. "Fans acting like this might cause Robin discomfort. It's... weird for me to ask this, but could you behave like a normal friend around her? She would appreciate that more." His tone was soft, but the message was clear.
Robin, visibly relieved by Sunday's words, softened her stance and gave you a grateful nod. "Yeah, I would love that," she added, her smile now more genuine.
You blinked in surprise, nodding slowly as you processed what he said. "Oh, I didn't realize," you muttered, scratching the back of your head awkwardly.
Sunday's lips tugged into a rare, amused smile. "Don't worry about it," he said. Then, his hand still holding yours, he added, "But today, I'm going to teach you how to be a proper lady. Someone as pretty as you needs lessons."
Before you could protest or even react, Sunday was already leading you out of the cafรฉ. Robin, with a knowing smile, excused herself. "I have some things to take care of, so I'll leave you two to it."
You barely had time to respond before Sunday guided you through the hallways of the Family's estate, eventually leading you into his personal office. You sat quietly on a nearby chair, feeling oddly out of place as Sunday calmly sat behind his desk and began working on paperwork.
You watched him in silence for a while, the room filled with the soft sound of pen strokes and papers being shuffled. Sunday looked so focused, his golden eyes scanning through each document with precision and care. He occasionally glanced at you, his expression unreadable.
As you continued to watch, you absentmindedly twirled a strand of your white and purple hair around your finger. You couldn't help but feel the awkwardness creeping in. "So... what exactly are these 'proper lady' lessons?" you asked, breaking the silence.
Sunday paused, glancing up at you with a faint smile. "Patience, Y/n. Sometimes, being a proper lady means learning how to wait with grace." He chuckled softly, returning to his paperwork.
You groaned internally, slumping in your chair a little. "This is gonna be a long day," you muttered under your breath, though a part of you couldn't help but feel curious about what Sunday had planned for you.
