~The newly couple had been outside for hours.

He set his secret girlfriend down on one of the chairs at the table as he helped her mother set everything up. Y/N could hear her mom and Sugawara have a conversation. She would hear them laughing. It made her smile.

Once everything was set and server, they all began conversating as they ate. She could tell her parents had already grown fond of the silver haired boy. She was picking at her food as they talking, catching her moms attention.

"Y/N? Is something wrong?" She asked with pure worry.

The (H/C) haired girl quietly sat for a second before opening her mouth, "Sugawara and I are dating now."

Both her dad and Sugawara started choking on their food as her mom smiled, "How wonderful! He's gonna make a great addition to our family!"

Her dad nodded his head in agreement and the third years both turned red and when she turned to look at him, Sugawara looked away in embarrassment.

"By the way, what's your first name Sugawara?" Emiko asked him.

"Koushi ma'am." He replied.

"Koushi! What a beautiful name." She smiled.

He blushed again, "Thank you!"

They began to talk some more before they cleaned up and it was time for the boy to leave. Her parents said their goodbyes and the teenagers went outside, Y/N closing the door behind them.

"Thanks for being so cool with my parents. I think they love you more than me now." She laughed.

"Why didn't you tell them we've known each other since we were kids?" He questioned.

"Tell them what? How much I despised you and how much you constantly made fun of me?"

"Fair point. I see you can walk now."

"Shut up. I'm barely making it. I tried so hard not to fall on our way out here just so they wouldn't get suspicious." She mumbled and he laughed.

He cupped her face before planting a small, sweet kiss before pulling away and walking off, "I'll see you tomorrow!"
