A pretty lady skipped down the sidewalk to her friend's residence.

She hada huge grin on her face, wearing causal clothing and totally prepared for a day out with her best friend. She looked ahead, wondering what had made him ask her out to the movies out of nowhere.

As she neared the front of the building, she saw two little girls walking around which made her smile even more. She happily walked over to them and composed herself, looking at Mitsuya who seems to be talking to his sisters.

"Okay Mana, Luna, I'll leave you two with Yusuda-san for a bit again today, is that fine?" he asked gently.

(Y/N) giggled at Mitsuya's behavior, although it's expected.

"No! Why won't you let us go with you to your and  (Y/N)-neechan's date?" Luna asked. Mana just nodded her head while furrowing her eyebrows, looking up at her brother.

Mitsuya just sighed and kept his composure with a tint of pink in his cheeks, "Look, it's not a date, okay? (Y/N)-neechan and I are just going to... To do stuff together. That's all."

"Yeah right!" Mana huffed.

"Oi, what's this I hear about a date?" (Y/N) asked smugly, a cocky smile on her face.

The little girls' faces lit up once they say her, immediately tackling her into a hug. She hugged the girls back, looking up at their brother in the process.

Mitsuya just looked at her, embarrassment written over his face.

"(Y/N)-neechan, can we go with you to your date?" Luna asked with gleaming eyes.

(Y/N) just laughed at them, crouching down to their level. "Of course you can! Come on now, your brother and I have a date!" she spoke, playing along.

Although she kind of wished it was an actual date.

Him too.

"Are you sure it's fine with you if they go with us? I mean, they're quite a handful.." Mitsuya trailed off, looking at her holding his sisters little hands.

Mana just stuck her tongue out at her brother, showing off how (Y/N)'s holding her hand.

"Why not though? Listen... Hmm..." the female spoke, arms swinging a bit because of the girls. "Mana, Luna..."

"Hmm?" Mana hummed while Luna just looked at her, ready to listen.

She smirked at this, "I'll be your onee-chan for today, okay? Which means, you two are my siblings too!" she grinned while looking at Mitsuya.

He looked like he's about to pass out.

The little girls' eyes lit up as they nodded excitedly, much to their dear brother's dismay.

"Good!"

The little girls sat between the two of them, excited for the movie.

"But I want to sit next to nee-chan*..." Mana mumbled. *older sister

"Don't you want to sit with your nii-san* anymore?" Mitsuya asked. *older brother

"No."

Mitsuya just sighed, looking over to you and averting his eyes away once he saw you already staring at him.

"Come here Mana, you can just sit in my lap if you'd like." she offered, patting her lap.

Mana immediately scurried off to sit on the older female's lap, making herself comfortable. (Y/N) just giggled at this before turning to look at her best friend who seemed to be too deep on his own thoughts.

"Hey Mitsuya... Won't you like sit in there or something?" she asked, pointing at Mana's previous seat.

"Oh, right.. Right.." the male mumbled as he moved, now sitting beside Luna who had a mischievous smile on her face.

She looked at her brother, and then at his best friend, a silly thought in her mind.

"Heh, nee-chan and nii-san would look like a good couple..." she remarked.

(Y/N) just laughed at this, cheeks heating up. Mitsuya just waved it off and told Luna that the movie will start soon while Mana agreed at her sister's comment.

Four of them were now walking back to the siblings' residence, Mana on (Y/N)'s shoulders while Luna on her brother's.

"That was a good movie, wasn't it nee-chan?" Mana giggled.

"Yup it was! I'm so glad you girls went with us..." she stated, holding Mana's little hands to keep her in place. "How about you Luna? Did you like it?"

Luna thought for a bit before nodding, holding her brother's hands. "It was nice! But nii-san kept on looking at you and not the movie, nee-chan..."

Mitsuya coughed at his sister's statement, face red. (Y/N) just smiled at this, looking away to hide her flustered state.

"Oh? I'm sure he watched the movie too..." she spoke.

"Yeah I did." Mitsuya chuckled, wanting to ease the awkward atmosphere.

It went quiet after that, no words exchanged whatsoever. Both of you stopped waking once you all reached their place, putting down Mana gently and holding her hand instead.

Luna got off her brother's shoulders and as he opened the door, the girls went inside. He just looked at them for a bit before turning to (Y/N), thinking of what to say.

"I.. Today was nice... Would you like me to drive you home?" Mitsuya mumbled, looking at the female beside him.

Her breath hitched as she looked at him, gulping. "Nope. I can go home myself, thank you."

"..."

"..."

Both of them just stared into each others eyes, not mindful of the two little girls watching from the small gap in the door.

"Listen Mitsuya, I... I really liked everything that's happened today. Would you like it if we do this again some other time?" she asked, looking away, face flushed.

"...Of course." he agreed, a bashful grin making it's was to his features. "I'd look forward to it."

"Oh and one more thing..." the female muttered, looking at his face. He gulped as she started to walk near him, but he kept his cool.

"What are you doing (Y/N)..?" he asked lowly, not moving an inch from where he's at. His face turned beet red at the close proximity but he faced her nonetheless.

"You have such... a pretty face.." she whispered while cupping his face gently, looking directly at his orbs.

The little girls watching nearby put their hands to their eyes, only leaving a small gap between their fingers do they could see what their nee-chan is gonna do.

"Hey..." Mitsuya mumbled, face getting redder.

"I want to kiss you, Mitsuya."

His breath hitched on his throat as he registered what she said, his mind running in circles. He just mindlessly nodded, looking straight at her (e/c) hues.

The girls stifled their gasps, hearing what she said.

She then smiled as she neared her lips on his, almost close enough to make contact. She then looked at the little gap on the door and saw his siblings looking at them, a playful smile on her lips.

She tilted her best friend's head a little and gave him an innocent peck on the cheek, much to his astonishment and dismay.

The girls saw everything and at first, they thought their nee-chan was going to kiss their nii-san on the lips hence they're covering their eyes with their little hands, only leaving a little gap so that they could still see.

They let out a sigh before closing the door.

"Heh, you got flustered, didn't ya?". (Y/N) grinned, looking at Mitsuya who now had one hand on the place where she kissed him.

He just chuckled, face still red and the recent happenings still playing on his mind.

"SEE YA BEST FRIEND!!!" she waved, running away and winking at him in the process.

"Yeah! See you! Be careful!" he yelled back, waving with one hand while the other still on his cheek.

He might not have confessed but that was as good as he thought.
