Kiyomi turned off her phone, putting it in her back pocket as she sat at the empty table while Jeno went to order their food.

She could say it was a bit random, Jeno and her. She's always known that the boy had a crush on her, but never took it seriously because her friends were always joking about it. Plus, she was a bit side-tracked by her past crush.

Jeno glanced back at the girl, taking note of how pretty she sat as the sun rays beamed off her skin. He truly couldn't believe he was going on a date with her. He's always had a crush on Kiyomi, ever since they first met. It was obvious, but she was oblivious and he was only a year younger.

Jeno soon came back with their food, gently placing Kiyomi's in front of her before sitting down. It took him a while until he ate, keeping his eyes on her up until she had caught him, making eye contact.

Kiyomi smiled immediately, showing teeth as she started taking a sip of her drink. "Thank you." the girl said, catching him off guard at the sudden thanks. "Oh you're welcome! It was actually not that expensive than I thought it was." Jeno said, assuming she was saying thank you for the food he bought.

Kiyomi chuckled at his cluelessness. "No, thank you for liking me." she said, gently nudging her shoe against his as a blush appeared on his cheeks. "Oh..I mean who wouldn't! You're so bright and..cool!" Jeno spoke nervously, causing her to laugh.

"Thank you, Jeno."

"You're welcome, Kiyomi."
