Rose groaned, her clock ringing continuously was the worst in history. She had forgotten today was moving day with her mother since her dad was already waiting, she had forgotten about their fight yesterday, and her eyes watered, she sniffed and wiped them away, preparing her stuff.
She carried her luggage to the back of the car, since her father had gotten a job in Texas, they had to move, so they could afford more money and a good house for them three. They never had close contact anymore, because Rose's parents would usually argue a lot these days. Her father violently abused her, and her mother tried to stop him, it was real.
As the car started, Rose leaned her head from the window car, and her green orbs shined from the snowy sky. (It is Christmas y'all) Her brunette, straight hair was messy, her mouth parted apart as she stared beneath from the skies, her fingers twirling and fidgeting.
It was a long trip, Rose had to sleep to make the time go faster, and every time they'd come to a stop, she'd immediately open her eyes in gasp.
A few hours later, they made it from their new home, with good furniture and stocks. All prepared inside their home.
"New home, new adventure, I guess," Rose mumbled.
Her mother opened the door, revealing a quite nice room, (imagine what room you want it to be poor what design) the kitchen was clean, the living room was next after the kitchen, and upstairs were their two equipped rooms.
Her father bumped into her aggressively, her shoulder wincing, it would mean he was not in a good mood. And he was not in a good mood now.
___
In front of their house, where the Coopers live. George (Father) watched some television, Georgie from his room, reading some of his magazines he hid underneath his bed, Mary (Mother) making some dinner, Missy brushing her hair from the bathroom, and Sheldon typing from his computer as usual.
It was the weekends, so he had time to do his science things from his computer. He was 14 years old, soon turning 15 in a few months, since today was December, snowing outside. He didn't like the snow, because he was afraid he might get germs from it and could get infected, too.
Sheldon, before, used to be so little, but now has entered puberty and didn't have that cute, high-pitched voice he had. But he still has the same personality; too clean, smart, and polite in every way.
He could hear some grumbles outside his room, and he had to put on his earmuffs to reduce the noises, but, it was getting on his nerves, he went to his windows, opened the window with anger and yelled out; "Would you please settle down?!" he exclaimed below.
The co-workers apologized, and as Sheldon exhaled, he saw a pretty girl in his opinion, wearing a jumper, her brunette hair tied up, helping them carry the boxes inside. Sheldon wasn't expecting to have a new neighbour. She looked ... ravishing.
Now entering puberty has changed him a lot, he is now experiencing himself liking girls in his opinion.
"Wait, what is wrong with me?" he asked himself.

Rose wasn't ready yet, she was a quiet girl in her previous school, aced her exams and assignments, so she was quite smart for someone like her.
However, she wasn't like Sheldon, too smart and the one 'who knows it all'. She was just an average smart girl.
Once she was introduced in class and sat down to someone she barely knew, it was a blonde girl, and she faced her.
"What's your name?" she asked Rose.
Rose noticed she was talking to her, and answered obediently; "Rose, didn't you hear already?"
"Yeah, just wanted to make sure if the teacher was telling the truth," she jokingly said, "I'm Missy Cooper," she took her hand and shook it hard.
This was the first time Rose ever made a friend, and she finally smiled slightly at this thought, hoping she'd make friends sooner in the future without causing any problems happening to her life at all.
As classes ended early, Rose went out herself, going inside the library, wanting to find a book, something that might interest her a lot.
She found a book she found herself inside the library and started reading quietly, reading each and every word she could see with her big, beautiful emerald eyes, skimming from the book. It was called 'Young Love', since she likes romance quite a lot, actually. Nevertheless, she doesn't know what it even means anyway.
She heard the door open, and her eyes went to the door, seeing a boy (That's Sheldon y'all) like her age, finding a book. She didn't like strangers, and she hid behind a book constantly. She was not gonna lie, he looked good, like a good-good-looking boy she'd seen.
Unfortunately, he exited the library, and she exhaled calmly, putting down the book obediently. But, she was curious about him ...
Who was he?
