Many Dragons have been born and bred over the years with the most recent dubbed the New Dragons being no bigger than a war horse while the only Dragons that have been flourishing are the Dragons from one hundred years ago. These Hundred Year Dragons are only allowed to be owned by the Targaryens while the smaller New Dragons are now available for those brave enough to try and tame them.

King Viserax has a New Dragon older than most of the others as it was born 90 years ago. New Dragons have all been hatched in the last 100 Years. Smaller and surprisingly able to be claimed by those not Targaryens.
