Nevaeh's POV:

I was awoken by a pair of hands shaking me awake. I rubbed my eyes at the sudden brightness of the room before looking around remembering where I was and what happened. I remembered how me and Alex had a huge argument but how it ended with him saying he loved me and me saying it back.

"Nevaeh, wake up. It's lunch right now" he said as I felt him shift under me

"Lunch?! Oh my god. My counsellor's gonna be fucking pissed at me" I said getting up off of him and grabbing his hands pulling him up off of the floor. "I told her I would go to my lessons today"

"I said the same thing" he said as he got up, our hands still intertwined.

"Fucking hell. I look horrible. I literally ruined my makeup." I said noticing how different I looked from this morning. My face was stained with tears as I looked in the mirror.

"Nah, you look perfect don't worry" he said as he grabbed my face

"Don't lie" I said playfully rolling my eyes.

"Well, you have got a little bit of mascara running down.." he said joking

"Fuck off, Alex" I said lightly laughing as I opened the door with him behind me. We were in the corridor but it was empty since everyone was already at lunch. "I need to go find Miranda. You should probably head to lunch"

"Alright, Eva" he said as he placed his hands around my waist which made me reach up for his neck. "I'll see you later yeah" he sais as he pulled me into a hug.

"Byeee Alex" I said stretching out my letters. I pulled away and hurried to find Miranda to fix my makeup. I knew she would be in the abandoned bathroom as that was where she normally stayed. I walked all the way to the abandoned bathrooms and saw Miranda and Shuji. She was sat on the countertop whilst Shuji was on the floor next to it.

"MIRA. I need your help. It's an emergency!" I said as she hopped off the counter walking towards me.

"The fuck happened to you" she said noticing the tear stains down my face. "And what happened to hi, how are you doing?"

"It's a long story and since when have we ever asked each other how we were?" I said as she nodded in understandment.

"Fair." she said as she pulled me towards the mirror and grabbed my bag.

"Wait how the hell do you have my bag?" I said confused. "Hi Shuji, how are you doing?" I said to piss Miranda off.

"You dropped it when you were about to fight whoever it was this time. That one blonde, tall girl gave it to me. What's her name again? Angel? Aria? Anne...?"

"Anna?" I said as I took my bag from her.

"Yes! Anna. Yeah she gave it to me" she said as she opened her bag and took out the makeup wipes.

"Bro, I actually can't be arsed wearing mkeup today. I'll just go natural for the rest of the day." I said as I couldn't be bothered wearing makeup if I had 2 periods left until the end of the school day.

"Aight if you say so. Who'd you almost fight this time?" Miranda said as she lightly laughed.

"Brandt and his friend. They was being hella racist to Maya. Speaking of which you might wanna find her Shuji" I said realising that Maya might need someone to talk to that she may realte to. He nodded understanding and left the bathroom.

"So you wanna tell me why you have mascara running down your cheeks" Miranda said trying to figure out what happened.

"It's such a long story" I said not wanting to go over the details

"Well lucky for you we've got time"

------ TIME SKIP ------

".... And then he told me he loved me and I said it back" I said as Mira was squealing throughout my story. I had finished taking off my makeup and applying moisturizer as I admired my skin in the mirror.

"AAH! OMG BITCH IM SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUU" she saida s she jumped up and down smiling like crazy.

"Thanks girl but I just hope I'm not making the wrong choice again" I said as doubt starting filling my head.

"Girl, you guys' love for each other was so strong and real that you found one another again. And who knows, maybe this time it'll work out" she said as she rubbed my arm, I pulled her in for a hug.

"Alright come on let's go to lunch" she said as I put everything back in my bag and walked to lunch with Miranda linking arms with her.

As we walked in, we went to get food as there was barely anyone in the queue. We sat on our table after we got our food and started talking among us. While we were talking, I felt someone next to me and turned around to see Alex.

"What's up Eva" He said putting his arm around me shoulders. Miranda gave me the eyes as I turned my head to talk to him avoiding eye contact

"Nothing much. You?" I said as he looked at Miranda weirdly as I was refusing to make eye contact. The reason I was avoiding eye contact was beacuse I was lowkey scared of how her was going to react seeing me without makeup. I didn't want him to see me the way I see myself.

"Nevaeh? What's up? What's wrong?" he said as he came closer to me.

"Nothing." I said again as I played with the food on my plate. He lightly grabbed my face and turned it to face him. I looked him in the eyes to see a sense of worry linger.

"Nevaeh, you look beautiful. Trust me. I wouldn't trade you for any girl in the world. You're absolutely gorgeous, ma" he said reading my mind. I smiled as I wrapped my arms around him.

"Thanks bae" I said into his chest as I lowkey folded at the nickname he called me. His arms immediately wrapped around me as I embraced him. I pulled away after a couple seconds kissed his cheek. He heavily blushed looking away before I smirked.

"Aww, somoene's blushing" I said joking as he truned back smiling. I pished the meal away as I hated the school dinners and just drank my coke. I passed the bottle to Alex knowing it was his favourite drink and watched him drink some as he placed his lips on the bottle. He gave it back as I checked the time seeing there was 5 minutes left of lunch.

"You should come over today for a sleepover" I said as neither of us had any plans.

"Sure we'll just have to go to my house first to get my stuff. That alright?" he asked as I nodded. I averted my attention elsewhere as I felt eyes on me. The eyes belonged to Heather so I just gave her a fake smile and rolled my eyes ignoring the dirty looks her minions were giving. Miranda had left when I had hugged Alex as she hated romantic shit.

"Let's go to class. I'm really bored." I said

"Wow. I never thought I'd see the day where you actually wanted to go to class" he said as he lightly laughed wrapping his arm around my waist as we stood up.

"Come one Alex, I don't skip class that often" I said knowing I was lying

"You have more abscences this month than I've had all year." he said as I scoffed and pushed him lightly. We walked through the corridor but Alex stopped me before taking my bag and carrying it offering his hand for me to hold as we walked

"Aw, didn't know you were a gentleman" I said folding at his actions. I took his hand as we walked making small talk to our lesson. We got there and sat in our assigned seats which were next to each other. Normally I would skip this lesson to avoid the awkwardness but now that me and Alex were back on good terms I didn't mind.

"Wow surprise surprise, Miss Brown. You actually turned up to my lesson" my science rwacher said as I playfully rolled my eyes

"Well let's just hope this lesson goes as fast as I'm praying for it to go" I said as my science teacher gave me a playful glare.

------ TIME SKIP ------

Science went kind quick since me and Alex were catching up but we did get told off multiple times by our teacher. We had music now and normally I would pay attention since I loved the lesson. I was very skilled at playing piano so some days I would just bunk lessons in the music room.

Alex sat down next to me as our musice teacher waffled on about composition and all that fancy stuff. Despite loving music, I hated the boring bits like when we had to learn the stuff for our exam. After our teacher Mr North explained what we were doing, he sent us offf to learn the piece of music we had been learning for the past couple of weeks but due to my habits I had missed a couple lessons.

In the music room, there was a smaller room inside it which I had claimed and no one knew to go in unless I was absent. I pulled Alex in the room and sat behind the piano while he sat on the window sill except it had no window. He pulled out his art book and began sketching s I sat infront of the piano reading the music sheets.

I began playing however I was a little rusty due to the fact that the last time I played was a couple weeks back. I began playing the piece 'nuovole bianche' which was piece I was gonna be assessed on as Alex listened in awe.

"Damn Eva. That was amazing. I didn't know you could play piano." he said as he hugged me from behind as I turned in the chair and interlocked our hands

"Well you learn something new everyday. It's kinda a hidden talent" I said as I swung our arms

"Well, it's too good to be kept hidden" he said as I moved up on the piano stool so he could sit next to me.

"Says you. Rumours are you're crazy good at art" I said as he turned his head away in embarassment.

"Well the rumours are true then cuz too good at art. Probably the best artist you've seen." He said as I rolled my eyes standing up to get his art book. I picked it up and brought it to him as he tapped his lap for me to take a seat which I did.

"Can I?" I said referring to his book. He nodded as his hand snaked around me waist for support. I looked at every page admiring the quality of his work and how much effort he put into it. I had eventually reached his latest one where I saw a familiar person sat at a piano playing.

"Oh my... is that me?" I said smiling like crazy. I felt like I was falling for him more and more everyday. "That's hella good Alex. Your deadass making me blush bro"

"Nah, chill out. You're hyping me up too much man." he said as his grip tightened. I turned to look at him getting lost in his eyes as he looked in mine. His eyes stole away my words as my breath hitched as our faces intched closer and closer.

I closed my eyes as our lips connected, my mind went blank as my heart beat harder and harder. The kiss became more passionate as I wrapped my arms around his neck lightly, his arms holding me tighter. I pulled away smiling not wanting to get too carried away as I peacked his lips one more time.

"Still don't get what the hype's about" I said cheekily to ease the sexual tension. He laughed as I got up off his lap and got my stuff as the lesson was almost over.

"Come on, let's go Alex" I said getting my stuff together and putting it in my bag.He pecked my lips one more time before we left the room and went back to the classroom.
